Today was your Captain's birthday. The Heart Pirates enjoyed themselves while the party was in full swing. Chatter amongst your crewmates was largely focused on other October birthdays. "I can't think of many other people who have October birthdays…" said Penguin.

"Oh!! I'm pretty sure Marco's birthday happened, and Bartolomeo's is today, too!"

"Eh? How do you even know about that? That's just weird, dude"

You giggle. One of your crewmates looks at you,

"Say, Reader, when's your birthday? You're a bit more of a rookie here than the rest of us." "It's actually one week from today! Hehe" you stare into your lap.

"The thirteenth?? Dude! We need to celebrate for Reader!" "Ah! Nonono, it's okay! Like, I don't really go anywhere on my birthdays, I kinda just like being alone..." you respond, still staring into your lap.

This was normal for you to do. You weren't necessarily the most outgoing person on board. You kept to yourself most of the time. You also loathed parties.

"Like one time, I went to this dance when I was a teenager...and..." Trafalgar Law, your captain, sat at the far end of the table, quietly listening to your ramblings.

Hm, I guess I'm still learning more about her everyday. He felt a bit torn, nonetheless. Did she show up to my party because she was part of the crew or because she wanted to? No, that seems selfish of me to think like that. Hm...

You had an idea.

You excused yourself to go get some more lemonade from the bar. You weren't much of a drinker. You liked more simple beverages, like water, and sugar water...and...pretty much water with one or two ingredients added to it.

While refilling your drink, Captain Law approached you.

“Kanna-ya, may I have a word with you, privately?"

"Oh! Sure Captain" you felt a little anxious. Hopefully, you weren't in trouble. You sometimes had a hard time reading your captain because he was always so stern. According to your crewmates, he used to smile more. But, since his encounter with Doflamingo, his smile is more of a rare sight.

You left the busy kitchen to follow your captain to a corner of the deck. He leaned against the wall, eyes closed. "Hi Captain! Happy birthday!" You smiled

"Oi, Kanna-ya," your captain responded calmly, opening his eyes "Are you enjoying the party?"

"Yeah! I'm not much of a party person, so this is really out of my comfort zone haha, but everyone has been really sweet so far!" "That's good to hear. I'm glad you're feeling welcomed, nonetheless"

You felt sort of awkward with how serious he can appear. Your Captain was taller than you, so you felt shy at times, too. Staring at a floorboard underneath your feet, you ask, "So, how has your birthday been so far?"

"Easygoing, I guess. I'm not too big on parties, either. I just wanted to make sure that you guys were having fun and had a day to unwind." You hum in agreement.

"mm...Anyways, Captain, did you need something from me?". Your captain looked at you with sternness in his eyes. “...Kanna-ya, what are your plans for your birthday?” you look down at the ground again. "Not really anything, sir. I just kinda relax and wait for my birthday to end, I guess" you chuckle awkwardly. Captain Law still looked unamused.

"It doesn't have to be that way,” he paused, taking a moment to gather his words. “Do you want to go somewhere with me? Just us...alone?”

Sure, your captain was very stern and sometimes scary. But above all else, you admired him a great deal. Captain Law is someone very important to you. Usually, when he spoke to you, his words felt warm like the sun. Anytime he was harsh was when you did something reckless or potentially harmful to your crewmates. Whenever you said something silly or asked him a stupid medical question, he played along.

You rarely approached his office, because you thought he never wanted people visiting. You gave him as much space as you could, so much that he wanted to see you more often. However, you knew that deep down, you would always be welcomed anytime. Whenever you were doing a chore nearby Captain Law, you would rant to your captain, knowing he was carefully listening to every word.

He helped you through some really dark points in your life, and this trip might be a great way to say "Thank you".

“Sure! Where would we go?”

"Well, there's an island, not too far away from here. We could make it in about a week, hopefully by your birthday. It's covered in flowers, trees, and the weather is beautiful. There's also...other beautiful places to unwind" this is Trafalgar Law's polite and extremely low-key way of saying “hot springs”

You felt tingling sensations in your cheeks. The thought of it all sounded so wonderful. A place where you could play music, make flower crowns, and just be happy. Captain Law knew you needed this more than you thought.

"Yes! I'd love to!" you say excitedly. Your captain gave you a gentle smile. "Do you think we could stop by the Straw Hats on the way there? If they're on the way, I mean. Sanji wants to give something to me. "

"Sure. We can try that."

"YAY!!! Thank you, Captain!!" You hug him, his arms trapped under your grip.

"You're welcome anytime, Kanna-ya" he replies, outwardly unbothered. Hearing his heart skip a beat, your eyes widen and you quickly step back, retracting your hold. You felt incredibly embarrassed by your sudden and unprofessional action.

"AH! I’m so sorry, captain. I don't know why I did that. I know you're not a touchy-or whatever-Ah…um, is it okay if I hug you, captain, or-" Your Captain’s eyes sparkled as he smiled

"...Of course, Kanna-ya", he said, prepared for your arms this time. You embraced your Captain, arms wrapped around his sides and your face buried right into his chest. Your Captain gently pulled you in with his left hand very gently holding the back of your head close to him. His other arm around your shoulders.

You blushed, hearing his heartbeat pound loud and fast. He felt warm, and he had a good heart. You felt safe in his arms. You wanted to stay like this, it felt right. You both closed your eyes, completely at peace with one another.

Before completely getting lost in the embrace, you suddenly remembered your birthday present.

"Ah! Captain!" You spoke into his chest, "H-Hm? What is it, Kanna-ya?" responds Captain Law, caught off guard by the sudden and soft vibrations from your voice. Your captain loosened his arms around you, looking down at you with his tender, golden eyes.

"Gimme a sec" you look down, fidgeting and rummaging your hand in your pocket, your other arm still holding his side. You didn't seem to notice that Captain Law's arms were still holding you close, and he found that adorable.

You finally pull out a small box, about the size of your hand. "Happy birthday! Just open it later!" You hand him the box and quickly escape his embrace to go spend time with the others. "Thank you for everything, Captain! I hope you have a good birthday!" You say excitedly, struggling to make eye contact with him as you walk away. “Oi! I’m your captain! Be a little more…respectful.” It was no use, she was having too much fun for that.

“Jeez…”

Later that night, alone in his quarters, Law slowly undid the wrapping that you had made for him. In poor handwriting on the box read,

🌸“To: Law Captain-ya!! :)) 🤍🤍 From: Kanna-ya!! ✨✨✨”🌸

He blushed. “Damn, she didn’t need to be that cute with it…” He whispered to himself.

He carefully lifted the lid to find two hibiscus flower hair clips with a surprise attack of a pinch of glitter now getting everywhere. “!! Jeez, it's all over my fingers and desk! That girl…I am going to have a word with her tomorrow…”

They both were carefully sculpted and crafted, yet flexible and sturdy. One was painted pink in the middle and the other was painted yellow. There was a small note underneath the hair pins.

Law picked up the letter with his glittery fingers. written in poor handwriting. It read,

” Dear Captain-ya,

Happy birthday! Thank you for all that you have done for me! I wouldn't be here without you and the Heart Pirates. You are really sweet and generous. I bought these at a Wano marketplace and thought they’d look cute good on you! I hope you like them.

Law had a big grin plastered on his face, thinking about how short and lovely you would look walking to a cafe with him. He carefully inspected the Hibiscus hairpins while he thought about you.

He liked imagining how you were a somewhat messy eater, always getting sauce on the sides of your mouth. How soft your hair might be, what you would wear, what perfume you would use. How he would have to point it out and maybe even

…no, I’m not bold enough to do that. Covering his hands over his face, Captain Law sighed. “Jeez, Kanna-ya…”. His heart fluttered, beating loudly the rest of the night.

Hi, everyone! I hope you like my fan fiction if you stumble upon it!! This is my first time writing something like this. The entire fan fiction is complete, I'm just editing and posting as I go along. The title is inspired by "no surprises - a trafalgar law animatic (one piece)" by luseraphims on youtube!! Oh nooo! I had the same problem with my nails breaking but they finally started growing out, tho I don't like having them too long anymore.

I've been dancing ballet for about 8 years now but I recently also got into swing, whuch if you don't know are a group of vintage dances originating from the 20s onwards. I absolutelly love it, they take you into a completely different world and the community is so nice. Definitelly very different from ballet, but I still love ballet, tho I've been slowly lessening the intensity at which I do it.

Your walks sound so cute:) Maybe I should take a page from your book and install pokemon go to motivate me hehe. I definitelly don't go out enough, oopsie. I'm not sure I would say running will become a habit, but I like that I'm proving to myself that I can do it and that it can be enjoyable. And it's so cool you liftt, I have had urges to start but I end up being a bit scared of the new situation.

Also for the question part of this ask: do you ever listen to music during sex? I remembered this one from the list of asks you rebloged. I haven't ever given it thought and then once I did I could not think of what would be something to listen while. Hopefully the ask isn't too invasive, I'm judt curious but of course don't feel like you have to answer it.

Pokemon go for sure was a big motivator for me to go outside more It sounds silly, but a few months ago I went through a bad depressive episode and rarely left the house, but for some reason trying to find new pokemon, collect cute ones and looking for pokestops really helped with going outside more It also started with just tiny 10-15 minute walks, but now I can be gone for over an hour fighting in gyms and catching pokemons It still feels silly to explain to people a game made me walk more, but you know, if it's silly but it works, it's not really that silly I get that! It doesn't have to be or become a habit, but it's great that you have proved that to yourself, so proud of you :) Lifting was for sure scary in the beginning, just the gym, the people, the using weights and machines I still get nervous from time to time but I happen to train at a nice gym with superfriendly employees, I've even had the courage to ask for help a couple times and they were so nice about it

Oohh a question! I do yeah, not always but having music on while having sex or doing naughty things can be very nice or useful! I actually have a sex playlist lmao, although I do need to go through it sometime and remove some songs But it can be nice when you are not home alone to reduce the chance of other people hearing you, it can help set the mood if you have the right music or be useful when you are doing impact play Impact play can be quite loud so having some music can help muffle those sounds Also Daddy sometimes hits me to the beat of the music, which is very funny xD It wasn't an invasive ask at all! Don't worry 😊

has THE prettiest handwriting. and she can write SUPER fast

it’s like a superpower

like she transcribed five pages of a report in less than two minutes with perfect handwriting

naruto is so jealous.

she is also super good at origami! those diligent, accurate hands aren’t just for throwing things

taught sakura how to make shurikens but does NOT endorse any violent uses of them

she can replicate all of her weapons with paper and they can actually function, it’s so cool

made paper kunai knives one day and the wholeee village wanted to get their hands on them

i feel like she’d listen to mitski. idk i just get those vibes

LOVES BIG DOGS!! especially fluffy wuffy samoyeds

like man’s best friend?? no, GIRL’S BEST FRIEND!!

hugs and cuddles and squishes all the big dogs

she thinks small dogs are spawns of satan

sakura and her have definitely quarreled over this

but at the end of the day, all dogs are adorable fur babies, so she lets it slide :,)

KIBA

kiba always looks SO GOOD in photos you take of him, candid or not

like you could just whip out a camera and snap a photo of him at any given moment and he would look perfect

you framed a picture of him yelling at akamaru for peeing inside the house

i feel like he tries to swagger around with his hands shoved in his pockets but it fails MISERABLY and the girls are wondering if he broke his leg or something 😭

oH and she has those mini yoobi highlighters, she thinks they’re so cute (and functional!)

everyone flocks to her to try them out and marvel at the cute tiny highlighters

and they try to steal them from her but she doesn’t even stop them because she’s too timid to 😭

naruto goes BALLISTIC over them

she lets him have all of them <3

all of her opponents always underestimate her because she’s so timid and shy and quiet

but she has a KILLER serve

and then she takes her opponents to the slaughterhouse with a complete shutout ;)

she’s really athletic believe it or not, she can beat most of the boys in a mile run and she has incredible endurance

i feel like she really loves velvet scrunchies

she just thinks they’re so pretty and they keep her hair soft so they’re cute and functional

also takes the PRETTIEST notes!!

He didn't know what that *something* is when you asked him about it. So you made it a point to yourself to figure it out on your own..

Once you were in the garden,, sure enough you saw Margie dancing to a song,, then shortly finishing it with a closing pose right at the center of the garden surrounded with all the pretty flowers with the sunlight hitting her *just right* that makes it seem like the spotlight is on her..

She looked so ethereal,, you can't help but think to yourself that she truly IS deserving of being a dancer....(´∀`)

Shaking yourself out of your thoughts, you started walking towards her..

Margie heard some light footsteps,, so she opened her eyes, quite pleased and happy to see that it was her darling Sugar Plum Fairy who had come to visit and check up on her..❤

Now,, let's face it, but you probably aren't as amazing of a dancer as Margie over here and KNOWING that, it made you a tad *bit* nervous...

But Margie assured you that she had come up with a routine that is easy enough for you to understand and follow.

And so,, the practice has begun!( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ

The both of you spent some time practicing the routine.. With you may or may not fumbling over your footing countless times..(^_^;)

However, Margie is quite understanding and patient of your mistakes..(^.^)

"Aww, don't be so down on yourself Sugar Plum, you'll get it correctly over time!"

It was like that...... For a while...

Because at some point in the choreography, the routine called for numerous spins, twirls, and leaps. They weren't really hard to do

But the AMOUNT of times that you had to do it would make anyone feel dizzy and nauseous.. And you were no exception..

Spinning around only to entangle your legs like ropes intertwined together, twirling around and bumping into Margie, or leaping then SOMEHOW landing straight into your face which made Margie terribly concerned..

"Oh dear, are you okay Sugar Plum?"

You had some dirt and minor cuts on your face but nothing really fatal((thank god...))

After recovering from the fall,, Margie suddenly let out a small laugh, you can only presume it was because of your mistakes.. "My sincerest apologies for laughing, however, I must say that your attempts were quite humurous, dear.."

You can't help but snicker at her comment, since you WERE quite silly at your attempt to learn the choreography.

Margie stared at you lovingly for a second or two before her expression changed, almost seemed as though a light bulb had lit up on the top of her head...

Margie then stood a little away from you... Then proceeded to imitate and exagerrate your actions earlier..

From spinning too comically fast to leaping while flailing her arms wildly, she was recreating your "dance" while giggling every once in a while..

Honestly,, with anyone else, you might feel a little insulted, but for some reason, you find it charming and endearing when it's Margie who's doing it, so you can't help but just smile and giggle along with her..

You stood up, walked up to her, and tell her that you'll show her the "proper" way and for her to follow your lead.. I mean, you can't just let her have all the fun right??

Margie knew you what you were up to,, but she still followed suit while giggling "hehe, very well! Please show me the "proper" way of dancing, madame!"

From there,, the both of you began your "dance lessons"...（・∀・）

From prancing around the garden while interlocking arms like small children, Margie dramtically dipping you SO down your head almost touches the ground while she has a rose in her mouth, to running and leaping around throwing flower petals everywhere..

You both had a lot of fun, needless to say..( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ

When the both of you are all tired out,, you two had decided to lie down on the grass to look up at the light blue sky that's starting to turn orange due to how late the afternoon it was..

While you two were catching your breaths from your silly shenanigans, you would point out some weird shapes in the clouds and Margie would do the same in return..

You once pointed out a cloud that was in the shape of an elephant that slowly turned into a lion...

Margie was quite amused by how the clouds can drastically change like that..

Finally, when the both of you were fully rested, you two got up and started tidying up the garden from earlier..

"I must admit s/o, it's been such a long time since I'm able to have fun like this! The last I felt this way was when... I was younger. So thank you s/o..."

You knew what she was talking about, it was her "experiences" before she met you. So to hear her like this, it made your heart melt, to know that you could be someone to make her happy in these times..

For a while, you two have been staring at each other, almost as if you're communicating each other's feelings

Margie then stepped forward and closed the distance between you two with a sweet kiss as she wrapped her arms around your neck.

You were taken a back at first,, then soon returned her gesture by hugging her close by wrapping your arms around her waist.

You both had stayed like that for a couple of minutes before you parted. Margie smiled softly while interlocking your hand with hers..

"Come now Sugar Plum, it's getting late already, the others might be worried about us if we stay here for too long. We'll just have to practice the routine for another time, hehe.."

And with that, the both of you made your way back into the manor before dusk. You never really learned the routine at that time, but to see your sweetheart smile in exchange was definitely worth the price..❤

i've been keeping busy over the break as well! i run a couple of blogs (including this one), I've been spending more time with my family, I've been playing Animal Crossing, I've been going on dates with my boyfriend, and I've recently become very interested in the process of bettering my life, of manifesting good things, of using crystals, and of journaling my experiences. the only part of khajiit lore ESO expanded on to do with deities that I really love is the Twilight Cantors, Temple of the Hidden Moons and Dro-m'Athra... the rest I feel they added a lot of unnecessary things but on the other hand aside from the deities, the one thing I'll say is that I'm glad that they at least tried instead of keeping Khajiit as just the hehe sneaky khajiit has wares joke they were in Skyrim

I’m not very familiar with the lore post basegame and Morrowind myself so I’ll only be speaking about what I saw in Maw of Lorkhaj, which to put it simply, I really loved. One of my favorite Khajiit lorebooks is from ESO, and about the dro-m’Athra! This one : 

These, then, become the Dancers in the Darks, where they whirl to no music but the beating of the Heart. Sometimes these dancers seep up through the cracks in Nirni to the moonlit world, and walk among us as if made of moonless night. Then we call them dro-m'Athra. And this is a name of fear.

The emphasis on song and dance as part of ritual is something I really like, I’ve always percieved khajiit as way more religious than some other races, weaving their beliefs in their every day life, and that could have very badly backfired to “silly ultra religious funny fantasy people, look they worship the moons and talk about it constantly” which would have sucked big time

And you’re right about Skyrim... Khajiit are so rare and the way the caravans are treated is at best a dissapointement as worst very tasteless given how quickly you see people make real life comparisons between this and nomadic populations like the rroma :/ I know we’re not the only people dissapointed by this. I hope the writing on BS:Elsweyr will change the view on khajiit Skyrim showed to most of the fanbase. 

Even if I bitch about it a lot and I fear for future entries now that ESO has bulldozed a lot of cool stuff, I still think khajiit are my favorite, they’ve always had a lot of personality ESO didn’t water down, and have a lot of interesting lore

i assure you i'm okay, i just have a bad immune system and get sick easily, that's all!! but all of your concern means so much to me, thanks a million 💞 before i got sick, some friends came over since they wanted me to teach them how to ballroom dance for some reason,, it was very sudden but i was happy to do so nonetheless! i haven't danced like that in a long while, so it was quite exciting for me,, i am a dancer after all! i taught them how to do a basic waltz and tango,, they seemed to enjoy it a lot!! i suppose i'm a dance teacher now hehe 💞 oh, and last night, a friend slept over and we spent the night watching different televised comedy shows! stand-up has always held such a special place in my heart,, because when i was very small, i wanted to be a famous comedian for a long period of time,, silly isn't it? i would watch all of these different comedians perform and look up to them as inspirations,, i even wrote a few comedy routines to perform in front of my family when i was 4,, i guess i was really into it! now that i'm older, my aspirations have changed, but i still love to occasionally sit in comedy clubs with a glass of whatever i want, ahhh,, it never gets old ✨ (8/10)

Me and My Mental Health

What is this "mental health" you speak of Janine?

I'm glad you asked😊

Mental Health is a level of psychological well-being, this is somewhat different from emotional health which is having good control of your thoughts and feelings. So, your emotional health is pretty much 'a part of your mental health.'

But did you know that your metal health is actually probably a bit more important than your physical health? Now don't get me wrong, your physical health is just as important too, but think about it, a comatose is still alive and possibly physically well in some way, only their mind is in an unconscious state, making them almost, 'lifeless' so to speak. I am in no way saying they're dead, but without a healthy mind, were merely a vessel, a body without a host, a ship without a captain, a man without a woman....hehe jk, but you get the idea. Our mental health certainly is very important, and because of this, we need to do all we can to preserve it and keep it safe.

Now the next question is, how do we keep our minds safe? Well here are a few things you could do:

 STOP PROCRASTINATING

Yes, I'm talking to you Dom -_-

It is true what they say about procrastination being a thief. But some of you actually allow this thief to enter your minds... If you catch yourself procrastinating, find a way to stop. Be strong enough to walk away from that insensitive thief and make a change in your actions. Do your homework! If for some reason you're having a hard time focusing, listen to your thoughts. What is replaying in your mind so much that you can't focus? Is it important? Is it something that can wait until after you do your homework? If not, clear your conscience and do that thing now. You'll feel better later after accomplishing two things, when before you felt like you couldn’t even accomplish one.

 Learn to actually say no, when you don’t want to say yes

You don’t owe it to anyone to be perfect or a ‘people pleaser.’ If you want to say no, just say no. Would you rather sacrifice your mental health to be accepted by another person, especially one who probably disregards your mental health by trying to force you to do something you don't want to do? Now this doesn’t mean ‘be mean,’ it just means that with all generosity considered, if you feel as if saying yes will affect you negatively somehow, then don’t say yes. Be true to yourself, be strong for yourself, be thoughtful of yourself. It is not selfish to disagree with someone, it’s called individuality.

 Find a Passion and stick to it

Finding something that inspires and/ or drives you, can give you a sense of purpose, and as human beings having a purpose makes us feel like we are worth more than the dirt we were made from. I mean if dirt can give life then I gotta up my game. If you haven't found a passion yet, then you can try new things to see what interests you. Write a book, feed a cat, play an online game, write a song, cook a recipe, research endangered animals, tell someone a story, take pictures, share your experience with God, sew those pants up, sing a song to your friend, sing a song to a stranger, try yoga, dance, draw, make a YouTube channel, start a blog 😉 Whatever you do, just stay inside. Give yourself a challenge and stop sleeping around if you are. It will make you feel better. I promise.

 Physical Health

Eat healthy, get enough sleep, exercise or at least practice stretching. Your physical health can affect your mental health too.

Aside from keeping your body healthy, eating healthily also affects your mood and mental health. There is apparently some association between certain nutrients in food and our emotional well-being. These nutrients include omega-3 fatty acids, folic acid, vitamin D, magnesium, B vitamins, and tryptophan. Just eat ya’ fruits and veggies... and all the other foods from food groups that make up a balanced diet. Don’t believe me? Go see for yourself, click here.

Sleep is important for many brain functions, like how nerve cells (neurons) communicate with each other. Recent findings suggest that sleep plays a housekeeping role that removes toxins in your brain that build up while you are awake. Adequate sleep can prevent depression, aid in your social and emotional intelligence, and even help you to be more productive and concentrate. Want to know how? Exercise, this releases toxins from your body and bla bla bla you know the rest. Okay fine, for those of you who don’t know, “exercise is a natural and effective anti-anxiety treatment.  Be kind

Being kind can elevate your mood and release endorphins (a group of hormones secreted within the brain and nervous system and having many physiological functions, produced and stored in the pituitary gland, the gland of wellness).  I know I feel good after helping my annoying sister with her homework or assisting an old lady by reading something she can’t. Any of the fruits of the spirit really, can help with your overall well-being once you practice them. The Fruits of the spirit can be found in the Holy Bible; Galatians 5:22-23. Essentially, they are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. All good things to practice for a sound mind and a better life.

 Love yourself

Still under the fruits of the spirit, this ‘fruit’ is actually the very first one and it’s no wonder why. Love is a very powerful thing. It was Jesus’ love for us that made him choose to die for our (undeserving) sake. This love is not to be kept to oneself but to be shared. Love is free and it’s for everyone. Even from you to yourself. I am not going to tell you why you ‘should’ love yourself, as you should have been told this plenty of times. But if for some silly reason you don’t, don’t allow yourself to deprive yourself of something so beautiful, the love of God. Discover the true you and try, just try and never stop trying to find a way to your own heart. It is so important that you do. Without love, life has no meaning. God is love. So, if you can’t find your love, find His.

 Pray and get closer to God/Spiritual Health

This one is the most obvious and yet the most neglected. You can’t do anything without God so why leave him out of anything, especially something as important as your health? This of course is another form of self-care that connects with your mental health. All aspects of your self-care are connected. This topic of course needs a blog of its own, so as briefly as possible, let me say this, The Lord is your health and your strength. Jesus Himself said in Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

 Surround yourself with positivity

Ya’ like Jazz? Then listen to some. Don’t hold yourself back from doing your favourite things just because you’re busy. Try to balance your work with your leisure. You could even try rewarding yourself after each task with something you like, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the rest of your tasks or any other form of your self-care.

Another way you can surround yourself with positivity is by literally surrounding yourself with positivity. Put positive affirming messages on your walls, as your wallpaper, on your mirror, even on your clothes. Remember, you are what you eat, and this goes for what you allow your mind to consume also.
