#I would find the switch in focus from couples to friends less frustrating if Tabitha got to interact with Betty

I love the little Jabitha things we got this episode :) Tabitha as obviously one of the main people (and one of only two focused on) when it came to his mind, Jughead going to Tabitha for help, their bedroom and the "Love, Jughead."
I wish it was more obviously but so happy with what we got :)
I love that they focused on Tabitha on the wall, and I think it's to show both her significance to Jughead and Percival going "god fucking damn it, not her again" because he's very much at war with Tabitha specifically. I do think it's such an odd choice though to have three pictures of Jellybean on his wall but not have them on the side we focused on. Like, why the FP picture? Is it because we can't really bring Jellybean back because her actress was cast as age-appropriate and probably can't pass for seven years older than she is, but that isn't a problem for FP? Also, justice for Gladys and Pop, neither of whom got a spot, which sounds fake tbh.
And Jughead going to the diner immediately after he left the casino is so !!! He was so frazzled and clearly not thinking, because Pop's is a restaurant, aka a place that often has a number of people with minds to read. Granted, ok, Pop's is also randomly completely empty except for Jughead and Tabitha, so maybe he was hoping for that, but it was still a gamble, one he was willing to make, consciously or not, because that's where Tabitha is. The camera cuts between Jughead frantically looking at the patrons and steadily looking at Tabitha until he's clearly overwhelmed and has to flee again.
Then, omg, the way he was pacing around their apartment trying to handle all the thoughts, I'm 90% sure that he was trying to wait it out until she'd come home from work, but he just couldn't do it, alas. Idk why he didn't just text her so he could say goodbye in person before fleeing, but at least he left a note this time, although it's weird that he didn't say where he was going. And the "Love, Jughead" is Quality, even if I would prefer Riverdale's first use of "love" between them to be in a mutual confession rather than in a letter. Still, I'm so starved for jabitha content that I'll take it.
I did like what we got this episode, but I want more, can't they balance having friendships and couples on this goddamn show? Ba get at least one scene together, often in or around bed, every episode, and we have gotten nothing for multiple episodes in a row multiple times this season, and it's bullshit. I'm so hungry for content, pls feed me, Riverdale.
