17. Do you think you’re justified in giving other people art advice?

Yes, to an extent, but I think anyone giving any advice should consider what the individual is actually seeking. "I want to make good/better art" ok, what do you consider good art/what particular goal? Any examples? Etc. "I want to know how to paint like this" OK thats something to work with, such as painterly style or color/value blocking or palette knifing, etc.

25. Do you like to draw in silence, or with music?

Both, sometimes TV or a movie, sometimes not. I don't like total silence unless I'm like, realllly concentrating on something.

28. For traditional artists: what medium do you like most? (Pencil, charcoals, etc)

Pencil and micron pens definitely. I do realllly love charcoal, i love its effect, its blending, its depth. But i fucking hate the mess 😭

I also love colored pencils, I found I love using colored pencil way moer than digital painting by a landslide. I'd love to get pastels and play with those, but I'm afraid I'll just have the same issue as charcoal....

I sometimes use alcohol markers (some copic, some offbrand) but i dont use them for full painting, more like touching up or giving certain areas a certain flair.

I'm getting back into acrylic painting slowly, I just still have to overcome the anxiety of "if I mess up I can't get more" I used to have; I can afford them now, its just a rough hurdle to overcome when I wasnt able to get my own supplies for twenty years, you know?

There's a few other things I do here or there, but pen and pencil I think is my best and favorite work when I love to do fine line detail.

Hiiiii I am in LOVE with your art style and i am a traditional artist so I’d like to ask(if you don’t mind) what do you use for coloring? Copic markers or Watercolor? And howww did you learn to use them so well 😭 😭😭

So about the ask, I use acrylic paint more, I highly recommend it since it is a very good paint and at an affordable price (at least here in Brazil).

I've recently started using watercolor, it's a little difficult and I'm still getting the hang of it but it's really fun.

About how I learned, I saw many videos about it, on YouTube there is a lot of quality teaching content. But I'm still learning, it's always a constant learning process. Oh and I also highly recommend studying about color theory, that's it 🤠👍
