12) Who is your favourite character to write for? Why?

Hmm, I guess this is a three-way tie between Harley, Dick, and Jason. I love writing Harley because she’s quirky and you can write so many different things with her. I love writing Jason for similar reasons, like you can write him pissed off in a fun way, but he can also be pretty difficult to write when you do it seriously. (Also, I really love writing him crushing hard on Dick.) And I love writing Dick because he’s lighter to write than Jason and an exercise in optimism lol.

Honestly, I can’t give good reasons other than that I love them, haha.

19) Are there any stories that you’ve written that you’d really love to do a sequel to?

I am surprised you would ask me this. I thought you knew how long my WIP list is, which includes sequels I’d love to write. I recently tweeted that even my WIP list is a WIP, meaning I honestly lost track of where I’m at with any of them. (Other than that they’re all at chapter 1 of ?)

Fics that come mind:

It’s bigger than the sum of us (DCAU: Harley/Wally) - to answer the question if she was actually using/distracting him.

I have felt a pulse-beat start (DCU: Harley/Dick) - I actually have about 1k of a sequel written, it was just very boring and wouldn’t come together. This is like my third Harley/Dick wip. The universe does not want me writing that pairing.

that one fic that takes its title from Atwood’s poem “February” and is the first in the Red Dead Redemption series that is supposed to become fanficverse. Not sure if that counts.

Ditto the actual yj sadfic (those mistakes only I could make) sequel.

ETA - I’m updating my WIP list, and...

One sequel you probably don’t know about isPain is just a simple compromise (YJ Birdflash, forced to fuck) - would deal with rape recovery.

images of humility (DCU: JayDick with Jay having been Slade’s apprentice) - would deal with Jason getting Dick close to Slade, just as an excuse for more porn.

the made of glass series (AK: JayJay) - would add Dick to the mix. I have also been thinking about writing this with Arkham Jay meeting different universe versions of his younger self.

Ash on my Tongue (JayDick Cinderella AU) - a big maybe, but I kinda want to explore the two secret ideas I had, although maybe I’m going to recycle them for a non-fairytale AU.

you fell into my lap (Arkhamverse: Roman/Harley, rape) - basically, i just want to write a really depraved fic in which Roman’s thugs gangrape Harley.

We're halfway to complete (Titans: Hank/Jason) - basically I just want to write a longer, more detailed version of that.

29) Do you have a story that you feel doesn’t get as much love as you’d like?

A lot of my rare pair things, as is to be expected. Like, who even is interested in Harley/Christina Bell (Arkham Knight) or Harley/Marian Drews (White Knight)?

I used to be fond of she truly believes the lies (a Harley/Christina normal AU), which is one of the things I might have liked to continue, although I don’t dare re-read anymore, haha. But actually, my pick is:

I’d cut your name in my heart (Thrillkiller: Hayley/Bianca) - which is basically a 60s AU in which a young Harley is obsessed with a female Joker and wants to work for her; I just saw that it has even fewer kudos as the above-mentioned fic even though it was written a year earlier. I used to be fond of it because I ventured out of my comfort zone at the time.

30) In contrast to 29 is there a story which gets lots of love which you kinda eye roll at?

Push the envelope, watch it bend. My first Titans fic that is just JayDick porn and not even really good, at that. I mean, I’m glad people enjoy it, but I have things I poured in more sweat and tears, so this one feels like cheating?
