All significant work is filtered by them and they have the ultimate say on the direction of the creative, specific artwork utilized, the way the tasks are divided up and much more.
The Creative Director position is a precarious one. Frequently, they receive the praise when a job goes , even if they haven't really designed one thing. Similarly, when projects go horribly wrong, they take the blame, even to the danger of their own jobs. They will pass both compliments and castigation on for their team, but ultimately it is their heads which often rest on the chopping block.
 Regions of Design
