I have a significant amount of free time this weekend due to not having to read any Pathophysiology chapters, so I’m doing some drawing :D

Next logical step! Draw Minos and Sisyphus as Hollow Knight charater right after I drew V1 and Gabriel's versions (witch you can find right here)

I honestly had alot of fun designing these 2 (especially Minos, I really love his original design so i had a blast)

And again: imma go ahead and explain my design choices down below:

Starting with Daddy™ Minos Prime :

-It was abit challenging to turn his massive form into an insect from hollow knight (even though he kinda looks like Pale King), but I finally figured it out and it's all thanks to his attacks patterns (and his backstory too but, we'll talk about it later on)

-Idk if y'all noticed, but Minos's attack patterns kkinda resembles the Mantises attack pattern (especially the Traitor Lord's): Get to high places to pound you to the ground (joke intended, he's the king of Lust after all), he has range attacks and can take on your health bar pretty quickly with his strong attacks (also he fast as f boi)...So yeah go for a more or less Mantis base

-I also wanted his to have a pretty and dynamic shape, so I modified the bodyshape abit, making it ressemble the headcanon looks of Pale King that somme of y'all has (including me). He is a King after all ^^

-Replaced the big snakes with white Garpedes (the weird centipede this that either blocks your path or helps you do parcour in HK) cuz of course I did

-Modified his facehole abit cuz..idk, it's more fitting I guess

-Also, back to the bit about his backstory that made me pick his bug desig: he was the king of a region who wanted to control it and protect it in his own ways but had trouble with "upper" authoryties...doesn't that remind you of the Mantis tribe? the only difference is that the Mantises and PK eventually figured it out but Minos...Well, this didn't end well

Now let's move on to Sisyphus

.....I mean, do I even need to explain myself for this one?

Look:

-Big shiny fella : go for big moth (Regal moth specifically) cuz light and Radiance and yaddy yaddy yadda

-Tried to raise his army to take over/ have freedom (Radiance exept Radiance was a forcefull b )

-Locked away in order to be forgotten by the Insurectionists (...Radiance with her people) + notion of memory in his monologue

-THE HARDEST BOSS IN THE GAME (...yet, and act III has yet to come out as I speak) : For me, absolute radiance is the hardest boss in HK

Yeah that's it! I don't need to elaborate any further and it's 4AM

I'll admit it was more for my undiagnosed adhd (or autism, i still don't know) brain than an actual audience, but I hope you had fun reading through this ^^

Introductory Post

Uhhhh... Hello! Greetings! and Salutations! random person of Tumblr! You've stumbled either on this post, or you decided to check on my Blog in whichever case, Hi, make yourself at home.

I am Bartibit, or Barti - A random internet person who wanders around the interweb, trying to find the place that suits them. Shy in person, Introverted from hell and back, trying to find non-toxic side of the internet. I've only recently stumbled on here, quietly watching to see if this site is to my liking after... whatever the fuck is happening on Twitter / "Nobody will call it 'X' Musk". Yes, I'm a Twitter Refugee (woe me). And from so far I've observed, I really like it here, so this post is more for me, finally breaking ice.

I actually have a lot of interests, so follow me at your own discression, I will be unapologetically me, I will vent, I will post about my interests, I will make typos, I will share my accomplishments, I will post random sketch once in blue moon. I will randomly fixate on some series, I will post about my thoughts. Maybe you'll find something new, I don't know. I will be fucking random because my mind does not know how to segue naturally. I will probably have reflex on liking instead of reposting which I'm sorry about, I will fight the demons of not reposting.

I am a digital artist, mainly doing some silly doodles and seldom full pieces. I drawed comics in my addolecense instead of studding, making me also interested in storytelling. I dabbled in flash cs6 animation, video editing, writing reviews/video essays (i'm kinda bad at them) and making source maps for TF2 and CSGO.

I also play a lot video games, like I am obsessed with this medium; I love it, it's my entire personality because it carried me through a lot of hardships. I mainly play on PC, as I find it the most comfortable, most flexible and I already have most of my hobbies be tied to computers.

My brother forced me to play through the Pantheon of Hallownest while I was taking a break from trying to P-Rank Layer 7. So now these exist.

I'm also planning to do Minos and Sisyphus Prime eventually, alongside maybe-possibly some enemies and the Earthmover.

...Yeah this was inevitable since I absolutely love those 2 games....

Sooo here's my attempt at a Hollow Knight x Ultrakill crossover

But instead of giving you all the design and calling it a day like I usually do, imma go ahead and do a section below to explain my design choices cuz why not :

Starting with V1's design:

-Since we know that V1's a robot, it was the logical thing to do to give them a similar design to Steel Soul Jinn, considering she has the same speech patern and design as a robot (also there's a type of enemy in silksong who is similar but i'm not gonna show pics of them cuz spoilers and stuff). Plus I tried adding elements that would make V1's recognizable

-Since there's no firearms in Hollow knight (...yet), I just went with "V1 has different types of magics."

-Also, bug's blood (or soul idk) is white in the game, so they can harnest it with the gems on their chest (gem that is seen on Jinn too)

Next our fav babygirl, Gabriel: (gotta admit, it wasn't easy)

-So again with light spoilers for silksong: there a boss at the top of the citadelle that more or less has the same vibes as gabriel in terms of design (they have 2 sword, they're mainly golden, black and white, they're some sort of skilled guardian according to speculations), so I decided to inspire myself from this one abit (mainly for the bodyshape)

-Also, something I wanted to avoid was just slaping Gabriels armor on the base and call it a day...So I decided to give him fur to give this idea of a godly power (cuz Radiance's fluffy and moth are linked to some mystic powers)

-Modified his wings to be more fitting for a bug (like I did with V1 haha) and tried to write alphabet to replace the letters on gabe's halo and wings.

-And finally, modified his weapons too so they fit better ^^

Oh and if you made it this far, you can drop a request in my inbox and tell me which Ultrakill character should I turn into a hollow knight character next (I mean, there's gonna be Minos and Sisyphus first, but I can still see witch one should I do next)

Spider Sisyphus. That is all.

The poll results said to make him something from Deepnest so he's a spider now. You guys get both Prime Soul and alive variations, as a treat. (And V1 getting absolutely obliterated)

For AU lore things, he's probably also dead, his corpse somewhere in Deepnest for V1 to find. Not sure if Gabriel killed him this time around or if something else did.

Gotta love it when I plan to draw Minos and Sisyphus, only for the Ferryman to come out of nowhere to beat me over the head with their oar.

Was struggling with this one, but I remembered that ghosts and the dreamnail exists, so I did something with that.

For the weird mixed lore I've got stirring in my brain, Mothriel was the one who gave the Ferryman the Dreamnail to deal with all the ghosts in Hallownest. Do with that what you will :)
