Raphael is into racing and vehicles such as bikes so he gets sent to a world where he gets to take part in a race.
Michelangelo loves comic books and superheroes so he is sent to a world where his brothers are superheroes and he gets to join in as a member of the team.
And Donatello enjoys science, technology and inventing things so naturally he gets sent to… a bad future where Shredder rules the world, his father is dead, so are most of his friends, his big brothers hate each other, his little brother is an angry bitter man and then they all end up dying.
