Okay this isn't a drawing or a ramble or anything, but like, apparently half of Grian's skins on Name MC are just gone now (notable examples including Ariana Griande, almost all of his MCC skins, almost all of the YHS skins, Robot Grian, etc...)

If you have the links you can still go back and look at them, it just won't say Grian's name on the page. I've managed to find a few of his skins, but a lot of them are still missing. If anyone has any they've sent in discord DMs or have in their history, can you provide links in the comments or reblogs. I have a list of every skin currently missing as well as every skin on Name MC. Some skins were not on Name MC but a very useful video on Youtube actually informed me about them.

Oh man, I’m gonna turn 20 in 4 days - wow.

This will be a pretty important day since it’s been a really rough road to this point but I’ve gotten a lot better with help from some awesome friends and a really good doctor, I’m glad I’m still here for the ride!

A distinguished gentleman via phone sketch for a future plan, I’m still trying to simplify the anatomy a little better by looking into what kind of inner contraption would hold the joints to the wing shoulder and the front leg shoulders while also having some of those key muscles (avian pectorals attached to a keel on the front of the chest but doesn’t extent past the forlegs, and also accounting for the muscles that would be attached to said forlegs behind the pectorals. Dactilions are definitely a sort of hexapod) . Also trying to rework the legs a little bit by looking at the muscles on big cats like lions and mid-small sized theropods, big strong bird legs to help get a horse sized animal into the air.

I’m also thinking of turning my osprey inspired dactilion into a recurring little character and making a wacky self-instert character who just travels (more like stowaways) around and studies and draws various fauna from different systems - Steve Irwin style. That way I have a way to motivate myself to draw more often by incorporating a little bit of narrative and character building.

I really hate that i apparently just have a sixth sense for damn FNAF Release anniversaries - this is TWICE now that I have had just a sudden urge to draw something FNAF and realize later it was on (or a few days before I’m the last posts case) one of the games anniversary’s.

The monochromic Springtrap doodle I did is especially scary because it was on the 3rd games release date anniversary that I drew it and I found out the day afteR while talking to a friend.

An idea for shenanigans that started out as me just wanting to make a comic and do some light hearted joking on Common Fanfic Tropes I see a lot of in the Reader Insert scene of things for Undertale and throwing my own AU into the fray for flavor as side characters to see what happens and give myself a familiar narrative to work off of because who doesn’t love a confused bystander?

It turned into a semi-fleshed out mini thing because I like world building and character development even if it’s not serious, there’s not quite a story yet since it’s just a collection of scenes, drabbles, and ideas on a timeline.

It also gives me an excuse to draw Aucori with the same expression as the dude from The Bee Movie

UHhhH I’d like to do it, it’s definitely just a self indulgent project that I think would be funny and give me practice with writing and formatting comics

oh. Oh god that’s such a tough question caus I have lore moments I love for all of them. For Zed, there’s a moment in Season 8 where he like. Goes into his brainspace or smth?? Idk but this is what spawned my headcanon about his pocket dimension. Also anything related to Wormman and Zedeath but I don’t consider them Zed so they don’t count. Zed running the Wormman Shop is very silly though.

For Impulse it’s DEFINITELY what happened to him post-Demise. Nobody talks about this, but Impulse had to go to Scar and use this thing called a “Resurrection Chamber” in order to get a new body. So. Like. Impulse just replaced his decaying body with a non decaying body. This is never acknowledged again. Also really love him canonically traveling to Season 7 via the Infinity Portal, surely nothing could go wrong. Can’t forget “I think I’m human” either. And the entirety of Season 8.

For Tango it’s either the existence of Tiny Tango (does anyone REMEMBER Tiny Tango???) tor that one clip from Secret Life where he talks about Redstone leaking into his brain.

And god where do I start for Skizz. Being lost on Legacy for 3 months, the fact he was canonically sending Impulse his Legacy episodes because we see Impulse watching them, the 3L Enderskizz, the Enderman torture roller coaster from Solo Skizz, the fact Endermen talk to him, anything related to Endermen actually I’m the Enderskizz guy. I have too many Skizz lore moments that I love, he is my favoritest guy.

So like I don’t usually post rambles about Life Series but does literally anybody care that Skizz hurt Tango in episode 7 or what???

Like. The first time Skizz ever gets Boogey in the entire series and the first person he hurts is one of his own. And not even just that, but it’s specifically Tango. Who he’s hurt accidentally in the past.

In Last Life, he wouldn’t let Tango go red so he could kill Bdubs. Tango wasn’t a priority. The entire team staying together was. As a result, I think Tango lost any trust he had in anyone that season.

And in LimLife, yea Skizz helped kill Tango, but that was something they talked about. It wasn’t a betrayal or ignorance. That was planned.

But this? This wasn’t even an accident. This was. On purpose. And you can’t blame the bloodlust of the curse combines with being red because Skizz has never ever purposefully hurt one of his own, even when his bloodlust was at its peak, aka Third Life. He doesn’t turn on his family. And in his mind he didn’t seem to consider this as turning on Tango. Because his only justification for it was wanting Tango back. “I’m doing this because I want you back”.

And Tango’s response is “I trusted you”. Sure, Skizz doesn’t kill Tango. But he certainly hurt him enough for Tango to respond with “I trusted you”. Implying that trust has been broken.

Now I don’t know if this will lead anywhere in session 8 or not but it feels criminal that literally nobody else seems to be talking about this??? Like. Skizz hurt Tango. Purposefully. For the selfish reason of just wanting him back. Even though there were other non-infected people he could have went after. Even though by session 8 the curse would have been gone and they could have been together. There’s no rule like Last Life where reds are exiled. Skizz could have had Tango back regardless.

But he couldn’t wait I guess. He thinks with his bleeding heart. And all it wanted in that moment was to be with one of his brothers.

Or maybe I’m just insane about Skizz and Tango’s three season relationship and nobody else gets it. 

Fuck it, explain the Grian of this season to me. Love a sea monster.

so Grian n Pearl r both shapeshifters, but in different directions. While they can consciously change their forms, their forms also change subconsciously. Grian’s change based on his environment, so in S6 when he was living in the water, he was a Cod, in S7 he became a parrot bc jungle, S8 he was a dragon bc of the dragon egg. So this season he’s a sea creechur. Mostly bc he’s in the same waters as Gem, and with her theme being inspired by Dredge, the horrors may have effected Grian’s new form. The coral on his body is based on the Mean Gills from LimLife also. And his entire palette is kind of a sickly green, hair n skin included

as for Pearl, her form is based on how people percieve her. So in Double Life she had horns bc she was called a demon. When the Hermits went to Empires, she was seen as a Goddess (cause of Sausage). So for S10, due to her Salmon head, she’s bein viewed as a Salmon, n thus Salmon mermaid.

oh yes.

for Skizz I have. Many many many design fun facts, like the fact that if his blush were visible it’d be purple, cause his blood is purple. Also his scars all bein different colors, which comes from The Life Series. Red scars are from when he was human, the purpley red ones are from between his first death and his second death, and purple is everything after! Also he n Impulse have matching scars from the LimLife Creeper explosion! That’s not even everything But I gotta save some of my thoughts in case other people ask for Skizz.

as for Joel. I got to be self indulgent here. Man’s a bean. Specifically based on the Beanish from “Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga”. Cause I was like “…I have NEVER seen Bean Joel. Somehow!!” Then drew it myself. His green streak being a leaf that can change colors is one of my favorite bits about him. Also the little sprouts in his head bein like Shrek ears cause It’s Joel. Oh also his eyes are bean shaped. Honestly think my Joel design is so silly.

So fun thing with my Skizz design is I recently gave him silly matching earrings with Impulse. I just think it’s cute. Also fun thing: I purposefully misinterpreted Skizz’s suit as a vest so I could give his design more contrast, and also because he strikes me as a vest guy. As a vest enjoyer myself I can say that. I’ve also begun drawing him with fingerless gloves, he used to also have bandages under them but he doesn’t really do that anymore

as for Zed. Oh my beloved. Fun fact I cannot draw: Zed’s hair deflates when he’s sad. Yes like Pinkie MLP. His lil curly hair (the one between his bangs) also changes with his emotions. Another fun detail is his uh. His hooves n horns are space colored. That’s bc I’m a Watcher Zed enjoyer and also a Void Zed enjoyer so he’s kind of both! But also a sheep!! His Voidy Bits actually match Tango’s Void arm. Which Zed gave to him. Also you’ll rarely see me draw Zed bleeding cause if he ever bled out enough he literally would just become separated from his body

Ya know I wasn’t gonna post about this because I thought the Irony was Funny but. I am. So back in 2021 I made a very large Google Document that went over the entire situation involving MatPat stealing from my friend Della (aka Micer2012). Decided last night and today I was gonna do some digging to see if I could find other instances of Mat stealing, because I know this isn’t new

I did find some things, what was more interesting was I found a documentation of the entire event uploaded on some website called Techhenzy. I was curious and went in and…it was my document. My entire document, screenshots and all, just. There. My entire record of the Matpat Hermitcraft situation just. There!

I want to know if anyone knows anything about what Techhenzy is. The only place that Google Document was uploaded was Della’s Tumblr and Reddit posts responding to the situation, which were the same post. I wanna know what this website is, because I have never heard about it, and I am like. I’m not mad but I’m curious if I’ve stumbled on some rabbit hole, because…If I have? I want to fall down it.
