Jazz for Two Ep 3 Music Thoughts

Even less thoughts this time and it might not necessarily be music but they are music related:

If Se Heon's wrist is bad enough that he needs to wear a brace then it is bad enough for him to not be practicing. He should be RESTING that wrist until it's healed. *screams in tendonitis*

I wish the music hadn't switched so early when Doyoon went to kiss Juha. The switch happened too early and removed the tension before it should have been removed. As soon as the music switched, I knew what was going to happen. I would have waited a beat or two more to properly build the tension before dispelling it. I also think they shouldn't have dispelled the tension but rather shifted it to a different kind of tension and I don't think the song choice was correct right there. Again, loved the song. Don't think it was right.

Sorry, I gotta say it again because dear god I know he loves the piano but he should NOT be playing on that wrist. He went to the doctor and everything. Did they not tell him no practice for a few days? I'm gonna be screaming forever.

Choosing groups for the group project anxiety aside, that teacher really said "you do an ensemble piece with whoever good luck" and that was it. Also that group that was like "we already have a pianist" there are pieces for multiple pianos but also I get where they're coming from.

I am anxiously waiting for Taeyi's trumpet playing. I love the trumpet and I think it is undervalued and underappreciated as an instrument. So they're not going to tease me with a trumpet player and not give me trumpet, right? Right????

Day 1-2 is monster bride and it reminded me of a post about how wives would kill their husbands back in the day. Something about it being harder to divorce and marriage being more transactional (I don't really know a lot about it, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong👍)

Love spending the whole day with my mother and doing favors for her only for her to say the most awful things to me before I leave so I come home in tears.

now that i've taken the time to read b.eowulf and get back into the flow of reading and having fun analyzing, may i just say my first impression of g.rendel is: he's the g.rinch but Worse bc instead of stealing christmas, he kills a bunch of people and does so for like a decade asdfg but he was just upset these people were having fun and singing about everything god created for them while he's over here living in the swamp bc he's descended from c.ain and a monster bc of that relation on top of that. and i guess what i'm trying to say is i'm so happy to be reading stuff like this again bc i'm a big nerd who likes thinking about this stuff :' )))
