Headcanons for sport quartet (+rajbow)
- Raj has a dog named Snowball, and Wayne has a cat named Snowflake.
- Wayne and Raj are actually childhood friends.
- Wayne and Raj like to share clothes with each other.
- They also stay for the night in each other's houses pretty often.
- Wayne has one younger sibling. He's *THE* biggest big bro you can imagine.
- Raj is indian, canadian.
- When Raj came out to his family as gay (despite them already knowing that because of Total Drama), they were really happy and supportive of him.
- Bowie is glad that his bf family is so supportive. He wishes his own could be like this.
- Raj family loves Bowie! They always invite him to stay on dinner.
- Raj has two older siblings who love to tease him (lovingly, of course). He loves them.
- Wayne and Raj have a rule called "you're sibling my sibling." So yeah, they share siblings.
- Bowie is the only child, but if he had a sibling, he would kill them.
Raj: Oh, come on, Bow, don't say that! Look at me and my siblings. Sure, they can be a little annoying, but I still love them!
Bowie: Raj honey, you and your siblings have the same DNA and were raised by the same people as you. So they like big annoying but still sweet copies of you. If I had an older/younger sibling with the same DNA, living with me and being a big/little annoying, sassy copie of me. In that case, if not me, then they will kill me. This world is too big for two Bowies, and I would want to make sure that the best one survives.
- Bowie calls Raj "Ra-Ra," and Raj calls Bowie "Bow," "Bower," and "Snowie."
- Someone say that Raj is carrying Bowie, others, that Bowie carries Raj. Wrong! They both carry each other.
- Chase was Emma's first boyfriend.
- I already mentioned this. Bowie, Wayne, and Raj are protective of Emma when it comes to Chase.
- Emma is not actually her name. Her real name is Emily. The reason why she uses a different name is because when she and Chase started dating, he said that "Emma" sounds a lot cooler for their show. So, she started to refer herself as Emma on social media. When she tells this to the boys, they immediately say that Emily sounds better than Emma.
Bowie: Plus, nobody will confuse you with Emma from TRR now.
After TDI, she started to use her real name (while the boys have another reason to kill Chase).
- Emma is a tennis girl. It's the only sport she's invested in.
- Favorite ice cream tastes: Wayne- vanilla; Raj- strawberry; Bowie- chocolate; Emma- gum.
- Bowie is the brain, Wayne and Raj are the strength, and Emma is the heart of the group.
- The sport quartet is very protective of each other.

Total Drama Island 2023 Headcanons (Pool Day)
Priya is wearing a one-piece that is optimized for swimming the fastest, and a swim cap for speed. She practices swimming laps, then takes a break to beg Millie to get in the pool and play Marco Polo with her (they’re the only two playing).
Millie wears a simple one piece suit with one of those swimwear cover up robes on top. She doesn’t actively get into the pool, she just sits on the side of the pool and dips her feet in. Her main activity is just talking to Priya and reminding people to not run or splash in the pool too much. She will complain if you get her wet.
Ripper wears a pair of ratty cargo shorts. He doesn’t know how to swim very well, but will not admit it. He walks around with his chest puffed out like he is the hottest thing to ever grace the Earth, but anytime any man (especially Chase) happens to glance at him, he flips out.
Damien wears a simple pair of swim shorts and forgoes his usual hat, though he complains frequently that he feels almost naked without it. He swims with Wayne for a bit, chats with Nichelle, and even briefly joins Priya’s game of Marco Polo. He honestly is just there to have a good time, though he becomes increasingly frustrated by Chase and Ripper trying to get him to referee their swimming matches.
Axel is the self-appointed lifeguard and patrols the pool in a wetsuit with a life preserver under her arm half the time. If someone falls in or seems to be in trouble she is immediately there to help, though her response time and gentleness is highly dependent on if she likes you or not. If Nichelle starts drowning she’s there in a split second, hefting her out of the water and treating her like a princess. If Ripper starts drowning she leisurely swims over, picks him up by the scruff of his neck, and tosses him onto dry land.
Chase wears a basic, solid colored pair of swim trunks and some douchey designer sunglasses. He walks out of the changing room/shower room thinking he’ll be the hottest shit there, and is quickly shown up by Wayne, Bowie, Raj, and Caleb just minding their own business. He spends his time eyeing up Emma, trying to show off, and yelling at Ripper that it’s gay to look at him.
Zee wears the same outfit they always wear, just without the hat and with a different prosthetic leg. Their swim leg is exactly the same as their main one, just covered in pink hibiscus flower decals to make it swimming themed. They spend most of their time at the pool hanging out with Emma chatting and back floating around lazily. At the end of the day they just air dry by lounging on a pool chair, instead of changing into new clothes or using a towel.
Scary Girl wears a simple black bikini, but adds to it by covering herself in large chains and a small anchor that hangs by her feet. People can’t tell if the chains are real or fake, until Ripper starts drowning and she uses the chains and anchor to pull him onto dry land. Ripper avoids swimming in the deep end after that, as he doesn’t want any more bruises on him from the anchor.
Caleb wears a speedo, not to show off but because it’s better for swimming. Julia eyes him up the entire time, but he completely ignores her. Man just wants to swim laps in peace.
Nichelle wears a cute, understated bikini. She doesn’t know how to swim because her handlers haven’t let her learn. Bowie tries to teach her, and when she starts to freak out a little bit, Axel is immediately in the pool to save her. She fakes little freak outs a few more times just to get Axel to come and save her.
Julia wears an extremely expensive, flashy bikini that shows practically everything. She actively looks for attention by bending over in front of as many men as possible and takes an obscene amount of selfies. Chase and Ripper are the only two that pay her any attention. She slathers on sunscreen, not because she’s scared of cancer, but because she’s scared of aging. She also refuses to get her hair wet - chlorine will ruin her bleach job.
Bowie wears super cute short shorts and a crop top. He spends his time wading in the shallow end with Raj, gossiping by the side of the pool with Emma, and teaching Nichelle how to swim. He also tries to avoid getting his hair wet, he did pay a lot to get it done after all.
Wayne simply wears a pair of cargo shorts and his usual hat. He spends most of his time at the pool running around with Raj, doing cannonballs and racing with anyone he can. Occasionally he goes off to get himself a drink while Raj and Bowie talk, but after a while he always ends up back at Raj’s side waiting for his buddy to be ready to hang out with him again.
Raj splits his time as evenly as he can between hanging out with his boyfriend, and hanging out with his best friend. When with Bowie he mainly chats, flirts, shares fruity drinks, and idly cheers Bowie on as Bowie swims. When it’s his time to hang out with Wayne though, he becomes a poolside nightmare. He and Wayne practice diving, start splash fights, and play mermaids for ages- occasionally roping Priya, Zee, and Nichelle into their games. By the end of the day Raj is completely drained but happy, and spends a while in a pool chair with Bowie just relaxing.
Emma wears a modest two piece, similar to the style that Taylor Swift wears. She usually goes for a one-piece, but feels the need to show that she’s hot without Chase too. However, she doesn’t like to push herself too far out of her comfort zone. Bowie hypes her up, and Chase tries to chime in but just objectifies her. Zee compliments her bathing suit, and she compliments their swimming leg, and Emma plays up their flirting a little bit to show off in front of Chase.
MK wears swim shorts and a swim top. They’re mismatched - she just swiped the easiest ones to steal from Urban Outfitters. She wears a scuba mask and swims around near the bottom of the pool looking for things that others have dropped, and she ends up seeing a little bit too much of Julia in the process. She’s able to swipe some things from Zee because they’re just wearing their normal clothes, including everything they normally carry with them (soda, a lighter, a pipe, some loose change, a rubber duck, and a concert ticket from 1983).

hii, now that u saw the new episode i wanted to ask ur fav ships from the gen 4
OMG HI!!! this turned into a complete ramble i'm very sorry i'm just really hyper and love total drama!!! okay actually i dont ship very much from gen 4 compared to other people i've seen!! the only two ships i'd say i care a lot about are rajbow and prillie which feel like pretty basic answers.
i hope it isn't weird to say that rajbow makes me feel represented in a way and that i feel a connection with it? i'm not a gay man (in fact i'm straight) but i am still lgbt (i'm trans) and seeing total drama do good lgbt representation with two fun, enjoyable characters makes me so happy, especially because total drama is a show that i hold very close to me. i have been a fan of total drama for 13 years and i just have always had very intense feelings about it because total drama genuinely shaped me as a young, impressionable child. this is both a good thing and a bad thing because it is literally total drama but STILL!!! rajbow and zee will probably be the closest i get to feeling represented positively by canonical total drama as a lgbt person and a person with a physical disability, even if my disability is much different than zee's. i will take any good rep for the umbrellas i fall under, even if i may not be part of the exact group being represented under said umbrella. sorry ik zee has nothing to do with this but it just kept nagging me when i put rajbow is the closest i'll come to feeling positively represented because... zee exists and i am disabled.
sorry that the rajbow paragraph became very personal but aside from my connection to total drama as a show, i just think rajbow is fun!! and funny. i giggled a lot when raj left bowie his mouth guard and that letter. i wouldn't say they're my favorite ship in the entire show or anything but i think they mesh well together and their moments feel real in a sense? i don't know if this makes sense to anyone else but i just find rajbow to be one of the more realistic couples on total drama. the way they act reminds me of real teenagers more than a lot of other couples on the show and i like that.
as for prillie, i just tend to get really attached to sapphic couples and got really into them because their arc made me so invested and also they're my two favorite girls in the reboot. they have a lot of sweet moments that would make this post way too long if i described them all. i'm very much a fan of best friends to lovers as well which is a trope that i think fits with them.
OH ALSO WITH RAJBOW AND PRILLIE I AM VERY BIASED BUT MY TOP 4 FAVES IN THE REBOOT HAPPEN TO BE PRIYA, RAJ, MILLIE, AND BOWIE..... especially priya. i am very crazy about priya.
ummm ships i like besides these two are ones i don't care very much for. i think axelle is a cute concept and priyamien is too!! also after watching the leaked episode, i am interested in mkulia and depending on how they act this season i may start to really really love them together. i'm not that big on julia as a character but i was very interested in mk during season 1 and am very excited to see her interacting with people again!!

MY THOUGHTS ON TOTAL DRAMA 2023!
Hey everyone! Hope you campers are doing well today because I have a review just for you!
Total Drama is a franchise I didn't get to watch live on television. Mainly because I didn't get to see it growing up. However, that all changed when I reached high school and got majorly hooked. I liked the campers, the challenges, the wacky hijinks, the romance drama, and everything that makes the show unique. My favorite season is ROTI for a long time (Please don't hate. World Tour is a close third to the Ridonculous Race for me). All the characters, even the terrible ones, have all made quite the impression on me. For years, I've waited for new content to be uploaded, watching the stupid Dramarama, was there when Reunion shut down, and enjoy the pseudo series of Disventure Camp.
Now a new season has come out and let me be positive in saying that this was one of the best seasons in a long time.
New Chris voice? Doesn't bother me since I kinda liked the new voice direction.
All new cast instead of the old one? Thank goodness! The old cast is great, but new people are fun too! Stop whining for the old and embrace the new for a change.
Multicultural and LGBTQ rep? Sign me up! I loved Nichelle, Priya, Millie, Damien, and Bowie so much! Was surprised at the pairing of Bowie and Raj, too. Love them boys so much!
Challenges that felt different, but still stuck with the formula? Heck yeah! I loved the selfie one, the hunger one was funny, and the catapult one was so cool!
Were there negatives? Emma and Chase brought the season down sometimes. I liked Emma, but not enough to call her my favorite. She just needs to break up with that egotistical slimeball called Chase! Scary Girl being eliminated early hurt me too. She was funny. Damien got robbed, but he did that to himself.
My favorite characters made this season great for me!
Priya is my baby! She's funny, determined, and a hard worker. An athletic nerd girl to her core who trained to be on this show. I don't get the Priya hate, she's amazing! Sure she carried Millie, but that's what a girl in her shoes would do to a best friend. I liked their dynamic a lot.
Millie surprised me with how much I started to like her. She started off as a closet nerd that had a pension for being judgemental and mended her ways. Making friends with Priya was the best thing that ever happened to her. I bet she would get more love if they made her a villian.
Bowie....need I say more? He's the moment, the true villian in my opinion, and he slayed! His relationship with Raj was sweet, his friendship with Emma was funny, and his rivalry with Julia was top notch! This boy should come back for another season and kill it again!
Scary Girl aka Lauren was a fun character. A sweet little psycho who was Gothic and funny. I lived her wild card mindset of just being kooky and nutty while displaying certain strengths.
Damien was a cool nerd. Like he was chill and scared, but also knew his science. He came on the show expecting the million to be given to him. He's like if you mixed DJ with Cameron and added a dash of awesome. He wanted to get off so bad that he wasted his time. Bummer...
I feel bad for Nichelle though. Girlboss turned Girlfail real fast. I thought she was going to be the cool girl a la Heather and become the major villian. However, I just wanted to hug her instead. Hope she gets another season too.
Raj and Wayne are package deal and the bestest of bros. Wayne cracked me up when he noticed Raj was gay. He was literally the fan base when we all heard. Raj was a sweetie too. His crush on Bowie was the right amount of meet cute, awkward glances, and then Bowie became his hero. Boy loves his man more than hockey itself. How darling!
The other characters were okay in my opinion. Some were decent like MK and Zee. Chase can go die in a ditch with his car's breaks cut. Ripper was annoying. Julia was like a better version of crazy Courtney with Heather skills. Axel was fine too.
Chris and Chef's dynamic was much better than previously bad ones and Chef made me chuckle a few times. He's such an overprotective dad figure to the campers when he wants to.
Overall, I loved how the new season gave us a new perspective. Thirteen episodes are just okay to me, but I hope for more next time. Give this season a chance and maybe two watches before you come down on the hammer. It has gen z kids as the protagonists now, they are going to be different from the old cast. They were early z's, these campers are late z's. Do not be so hard on them.

tdtwt can NOT be real like no wayyy are people theorizing bowraj breakup in exchange for Wayne/Raj…….. I understand total drama has a record of ruining perfectly fine couples but Wayne and Raj don’t make sense?? Raj has always been with Wayne, if he really felt that way with Wayne he would’ve felt it all those years ago.
Bowie has Raj experience an opening and then he’s like “thanks man I needed that! Now that I know I’m gay, let’s call it quits I wanna be with my best friend who I’ve never had any weird feelings die like I did with you but now that I know I’m gay I think I’ve just been in denial this whole time” like . If anything that would be both a frustrating AND hilarious case of bad writing
Like I’m not saying it’s impossible for them to breakup, but I think there’s zero chances of it being so that Raj and Wayne could be together in canon. I love that ship I really do I have NOTHING against it I adore it both platonically and romantically but it’s just not gonna really happen I’m sorry folks

To this anon, yes you’re pretty much spot on with why the circumstances are different between shipping gay characters in straight relationships vs straight ones in gay relationships. The fact that straight people don’t need extra representation because they’re seen as the default by society makes the preservation of canon straightness not on the same level of importance as preserving canon gayness, something that is usually marginalized.
But also, it’s often different bc with characters like Bowie and raj, they both say out loud “i am gay”, whereas I don’t think a total drama character has ever said “I am heterosexual” aloud?* So even if they dated the opposite gender they technically all could still be bi, so there’s no straightness to preserve. It’s just that most assume they’re straight until stated otherwise, when there aren’t technically canon straights in most media
*(I mean technically Tyler said “I like girls”? But he never said “I don’t like boys” so it could still be both)

cringezekiel anon again: thanks for giving me an actual answer lol. in the time it took people to write two other vague asks about how im wrong, i actually came up with this answer for myself. and also, if you didnt know, i dont really plan on shipping bowie or raj with girls any time soon (i shouldve worded that better in my original ask)
and i apologize if this brings more drama, but i wanted to say how i find it interesting that this answer is the case. objectively, shipping a gay character with a woman and shipping a straight male character with a man would end up erasing representation in both cases. but it isnt seen this way for the straight character. why? the most obvious reason for me is because there are many more straight couples in shows than gay ones. and this is because of the historic oppression of gay people, in and out of the media. so yes, i can see why it would be in bad faith to go against the representation that the lgbt+ people of the past have fought so hard for. the power of context at its finest, as i like to see it
anyway the rest of this ask wasnt related to total drama so also i think rajcourse should die in a fire already

once again, i have to apologize for my lack if clarification. when talking about canonically straight characters, i was talking about characters across all media, not just total drama (which, as you said, does not have any outwardly straight characters).
also, when you spoke about people insisting on shipping raj and bowie with girls, i dont think that was targeted at specifically me, but for clarification i dont actually ship raj or bowie with anyone really, i just used bowie x emma as an example (because honestly its the only bowie/raj x female ship that makes a lick of sense besides bowie x julia)
