Dennis probably ended up with Geeta in the Mindy project
Tumblr media
Dennis regretted cheating on geeta with mindy and asked her to give him another chance.
Geeta decide to give Dennis another chance because she blamed mindy on the affair.

Netflix’s Never Have I Ever: Great TV Comedies to Watch Next
https://ift.tt/3klRNa5
If there’s justice in this world, high school comedy Never Have I Ever will return for at least a third season. The story of 15-year-old Devi Vishwakumar, a Los Angeles teen reeling from her beloved father’s sudden death while trying to navigate all the usual boys/school/friendship mess of adolescence, deserves to continue long into the future. (Here’s our spoiler-free season two review.)
While fans wait for news on a third season commission, the 10 great shows below are well worth discovering or (re)discovering. They’re not all teen shows, nor are they all strictly comedies, but somewhere along the line, they share some DNA with Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher’s Never Have I Ever. Add your own additional recommendations below.
Fresh Off the Boat
Six seasons (2015 – 2020)
Since the cruel early cancellation of her show Don’t Trust the B**** in Apt. 23 (Krysten Ritter’s funniest performance to date) it’s pretty much mandatory to watch anything Nahnatchka Khan makes. Fresh Off the Boat was her follow-up comedy for ABC, based on the early life of celebrity chef Eddie Huang as his family moved from Washington DC to Orlando. It’s set in the 90s and concluded last year after six seasons. The cast is great, in particular Randall Park (WandaVision, Always Be My Maybe) and Constance Wu (Crazy Rich Asians) as young Eddie’s Taiwanese immigrant parents, each of whom has very different mileage on adjusting to life in the US.
The Mindy Project
Six seasons (2012 – 2017)
This romantic comedy was Mindy Kaling’s post-The Office project – the story of self-absorbed, pop-culture obsessed, lovable OB/GYN Dr Mindy Lahiri (Kaling) and her search for love in Manhattan. After some cast changes in its first season, it really found its feet and settled into a sharp workplace comedy with a great ensemble. It survived a post-season three cancellation by FOX thanks to being picked up by Hulu for a further three seasons, and ended in 2017. US comedy fans can enjoy playing actor bingo too, thanks to appearances from many of Kaling’s The Office co-stars, including writer-producer B.J. Novak, Ellie Kemper, Ed Helms and more.
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend
Four seasons (2015 – 2019)
Rachel Bloom and Aline Brosh McKenna’s comedy-musical series is inventive, boundary-breaking and packed to the rafters with talent. Like a few of the shows in this list, it’s distinctly adult in theme and not a high school comedy but still shares the wit, high-key colour and bold approach to life’s harder moments as Never Have I Ever. It’s the story of high-flying NYC lawyer Rebecca Bunch, who gives up everything to move to a backwater Californian town to pursue her summer camp first love Josh (Vincent Rodriguez III). Rebecca’s love of musical theatre bleeds into the show, turning it into a mental health musical complete with funny, original, sharply written song-and-dance routines.
Popular
Two seasons (1999 – 2001)
The debut series from super-producer Ryan Murphy (American Horror Story, Pose, Glee, Nip/Tuck) co-created by Gina Matthews, Popular is the story of Brooke and Sam, two high school sophomores from opposite ends of the popularity spectrum who are forced together when their single parents become a couple. It ran for two seasons on The WB before being cancelled, and has since attracted a cult following for Murphy’s characteristically sharp blend of comedy, romance and serious themes. It landed in the 90s, so yes, the teens are played by 25 year olds, the unpopular nerd (Carly Pope) has model good looks, it’s not exactly diverse (though there is LGBTQ representation) but it’s seminal in Never Have I Ever’s genre.
Sex Education
Three seasons so far (2019 – )
Laurie Nunn’s charming British comedy-drama is a frank and funny look at sexual hang-ups and teen relationships. It has a great ensemble cast led by Otis (Asa Butterfield), a shy teen embarrassed by his sex therapist mother’s forthright attitude to all things physical. When Otis teams up with ‘bad girl’ Maeve to offer anonymised sex therapy to their schoolmates, he discovers that he’s not the only one with issues. It’s a bright and funny high school series with characters to invest in, a stand-out performance by Ncuti Gatwa as Eric, and oh, the sex therapist mother is played by Gillian Anderson. Season three arrives on Netflix this September.

Freaks & Geeks
One season (1999 – 2000)
A must-see high school comedy. Paul Feig and Judd Apatow’s 1980s-set series is most discussed these days for the outstanding cast of unknowns gathered by Allison Jones (who went on to cast The Office, Parks and Recreation, The Good Place, Arrested Development, Veep and basically every US sitcom worth watching). The prematurely cancelled NBC series kick-started the careers of Seth Rogen, Jason Segel, Martin Starr, Busy Phillips, Linda Cardellini, James Franco and more. It’s the story of Cardellini’s Lindsay Weir, a maths star who crosses social boundaries from ‘geek’ to slacker ‘freak’ after the death of her grandmother. It’s brilliant, weird, funny and painful, and a total antidote to mainstream, slick, rich-kid Beverley Hills 90210 high school glamour, so of course, hardly anybody watched it, the network didn’t get it, and it was cancelled well before its time.
The Wonder Years
Six seasons (1988 – 1993)
Husband and wife team Neal Marlens and Carol Black created a classic in The Wonder Years, a coming-of-age story about Kevin, the youngest son of a suburban American family, growing up against the backdrop of the Vietnam War and the hippie movement. It’s fuelled by nostalgia and the sweet romantic yearnings of its young lead Kevin Arnold (played by Fred Savage, now a top comedy director-producer), but doesn’t gloss over life’s more serious moments. Never Have I Ever’s choice of John McEnroe as its wry adult narrator may well have been influenced by Daniel Stern’s role on The Wonder Years. It’s available to stream now on Hulu in the US.
Skins
7 seasons (2007 – 2013)
Not strictly a comedy, but with plenty of comedic moments, Skins has to be in the running for the best British teen show ever made. The first four seasons especially are filled with great writing, strong performances, and characters whose lives – and complicated love lives – are easy to invest in. It followed the students of a Bristol sixth form college through their A levels, giving it the chance to renew the cast every two years as the previous generation graduated/dropped out/ran away/were murdered. Like Freaks and Geeks, its cast of young actors, from Nicholas Hoult to Dev Patel, Joe Dempsie, Daniel Kaluuya, Jack O’Connell, Kaya Scodelario and more went on to very big things. Much more layered and satisfyingly weird than the reputation it was given by the British press as an orgy of sex, drugs and bad behaviour, it’s another must-watch.
Daria
Five seasons (1997 – 2001)
Developed from a character created for Mike Judge’s animated MTV comedy Beavis & Butthead, Daria Morgendorffer is a cynical 16-year-old with a gimlet eyed take on suburban US life. She’s a 90s icon with a monotone voice (provided by Tracy Grandstaff) and a wry take on her schoolmates, parents, and cheerleader sister Quinn. Her witty, dry animated series aired for five seasons plus feature-length TV specials, and is soon to have a new spin-off coming to Comedy Central, focused on Daria’s classmate Jodie’s travails in the modern workplace.
My So-Called Life
One season (1994 – 1995)
When My So-Called Life aired its only season on ABC in 1994, it was the anti-teen TV show. Muted and realist rather than upbeat and aspirational, it cast actual teenagers, not models, and ventured into areas avoided by many other teen dramas of the time: alcoholism, sex, domestic abuse… Its first-person narration from Claire Danes’ lead character gave it a distinctive voice, and influenced many shows to follow. It’s worth saying that My So-Called Life is a drama, not a comedy, and paints teenage life with a totally different colour palette to bright, satirical Never Have I Ever. Acknowledging that, it’s a cult favourite, and possible to trace a line from Devi’s love triangle with nerdy academic Ben and hot, popular Paxton, and MSCL’s Angela Chase’s love triangle with nerdy academic Brian and hot, popular Jordan (would that line continue all the way back to Pretty in Pink? Probably).
cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "106e33c0-3911-473c-b599-b1426db57530", }).render("0270c398a82f44f49c23c16122516796"); });
Never Have I Ever season 2 is available to stream on Netflix now.

When auteurs come up in conversation, they're typically associated with films, in the sense that Martin Scorsese is an auteur director. However, there are a few showrunners in the medium of television who have become auteurs in their own right. One such example is Michael Schur, who has become a comedy legend on the small screen and essentially has a blank check to create whatever show he desires.
RELATED: 5 Reasons Why The Good Place Is Michael Schur's Best Show (& 5 Why It's Parks And Rec)
Schur's next project is the Peacock original, Rutherford Falls, which will star Ed Helms. Until that time, though, it's always worthwhile to explore his past career achievements. He's created, written, and produced many television shows, all of which have been rated by IMDb.
10 Sunnyside: 5.1
Tumblr media
Created by Kal Penn and Matt Murray, Sunnyside was an NBC comedy during the 2019 television season that died quickly and only ever aired eleven episodes. Schur helped produce the series under his Fremulon banner, but it ultimately went nowhere.
The comedy on Sunnyside was ultimately just too broad. Penn is a winning performer and the topic of immigration is a quality one to boost. Still, not even Schur's production team could boost the series out of meandering mediocrity.
9 Abby's: 5.2
Tumblr media
Another short-lived NBC series from 2019, Abby's was created by Josh Malmuth with the intention that it would be the long-awaited series vehicle for Natalie Morales, who previously worked with Schur on Parks and Recreation.
The cast was winning between Morales, Jessica Chaffin, Neil Flynn, and Nelson Franklin. But the alchemy was completely off. Abby's was a noble endeavor that never took flight and remains one of the few blights on Schur's IMDb-rated resume.
8 The Comeback: 8.0
Tumblr media
From here on out, Schur's list of shows he had a hand in becomes quite remarkable; they're all at an 8.0 or better! First up is The Comeback, which was Lisa Kudrow's follow-up to the obvious NBC juggernaut, Friends.
Over on HBO, The Comeback employed Schur as a writer and he was credited on two of the series's most acclaimed episodes before the show was canceled outright. While The Comeback eventually made a comeback of its own, Schur was too busy with Parks to partake in earnest.
7 Saturday Night Live: 8.1
Tumblr media
It's certainly strange to consider Saturday Night Live as being a "Schur show," but he did write for the variety/sketch behemoth from 1997 to 2004. As he's explained on The Poscast and Le Batard & Friends, he didn't unlock his comic voice until he realized he hated his job.
RELATED: SNL: 10 Funniest Sketches Starring Professional Athletes
One wouldn't guess it on paper, though, considering Schur is one of the most storied writers to come from SNL. His tenure comprised the bulk of Will Ferrell's run on the show and aligned with cast members like Tina Fey, Jimmy Fallon, and, fortuitously, Amy Poehler.
6 The Good Place: 8.2
Tumblr media
One show that has Schur's identity written across it much more clearly is The Good Place, the first truly blank check Schur received from NBC. He used his rein-free creativity to depict an alternative version of the afterlife with Kristen Bell and Ted Danson at the helm.
Quickly, though, this comedy morphed into a treatise on philosophy and what it means to be a good person. It remains Schur's most singular vision and a clear contender for one of the best to ever do it in the world of television.
5 Master Of None: 8.3
Tumblr media
After Aziz Ansari's breakout on Parks and Rec, he had the ability to shepherd a series that reflected his own voice. Thus was born Master of None, which is a definite marriage of Ansari's and Alan Yang's talents, but which Schur does hold a producer credit on.
With a third season rumored at the moment, there might be time for Master of None's IMDb score to tick up a bit. For now, it remains an accurate crystallization of how soaring and thought-provoking the Netflix original can be.
4 Brooklyn Nine-Nine: 8.4
Tumblr media
Another show that largely credits Schur as a producer is Brooklyn Nine-Nine. He is credited as a co-creator of the Fox-turned-NBC police comedy, but as he's stated, the show largely belongs to the creative vision of Dan Goor and his writing staff.
Still, though, the Schur sensibility is all over the Andy Samberg vehicle. Smart, gentle humor with satisfying pay-offs, lovely character dynamics, and a few well-written archetypes. That's the Schur way and it works wonders in the nine-nine.
3 Parks And Recreation: 8.6
Tumblr media
Of course, many of these archetypes first got their start on the first series Schur was allowed to work as a creator on (along with his The Office supervisor, Greg Daniels), Parks and Recreation. This was Schur's first television baby that he guided from beginning to end.
RELATED: Parks And Rec: 5 Best Leslie Knope Compliments (& 5 Of The Weirdest)
Over time, Parks found its footing and a singular voice to separate it from other workplace mockumentaries. Credit Schur and his all-star team of writers (including the aforementioned Yang and Goor, as well as Aisha Muharrar), who spun an all-timer from the rainbow of the peacock.
2 Black Mirror: 8.8
Tumblr media
A certain departure from Schur's typical fare was his 2016 dip into the world of Black Mirror, the sci-fi/thriller anthology from Charlie Brooker. Schur and fellow Parks star Rashida Jones are credited as the writers on the season three episode, "Nosedive," starring Bryce Dallas Howard.
RELATED: Black Mirror: 5 Best (& 5 Worst) Episodes (According To IMDb)
The episode deals with themes of status, popularity, and social media very astutely and it all stems from the work of Schur and Jones, who are crafting their story from a Brooker script. It helps show Schur can also lend a hand in dramatic territory when called upon.
1 The Office: 8.9
Tumblr media
While Schur was certainly an instrumental figure of late-'90s, early-00s SNL, The Office is where he got his first mainstream breakout. He was a member of that early writing staff, which also hosted Daniels, Mindy Kaling, B.J. Novak, and Paul Lieberstein. It was like the 2017 Golden State Warriors at Dunder Mifflin.
In addition to writing many of The Office's best episodes, Schur also portrayed Dwight's cousin, Mose. It wouldn't have been one of the most popular series ever made without him and it will always be a part of Schur's towering legacy.

The Mindy Project: 10 Cameos From The Office Cast | ScreenRant
The Mindy Project is a rom-com TV series that aired from 2012 to 2017 on Fox and Hulu. It follows a New York City OB-GYN's search for love, which of course, is accompanied by tons of conflict and men (usually at the same time).
Being that The Mindy Project was created by Mindy Kaling, who was both a writer and actress on The Office, the show is stocked with cameos from The Office's cast. While you won't find Jim or Dwight making an appearance, you will find Ryan, Andy, and even Toby.
We're here to show you the best Office alum appearances on The Mindy Project, so get ready to see Scranton and New York collide!
10 Ed Helms
Tumblr media
Helms is best known as The Office’s always-singing, anger-managing Andy Bernard. He transfers to the Scranton branch during Season 3 and remains a prominent part of the show throughout the rest of the series.
On The Mindy Project, Helms guest stars as a character named Dennis. He shows up in Season 1 as one of the decently datable guys Mindy knows. Though their flirtation is brief, she and this dude with an economics degree get along well for a hot second.
9 Ellie Kemper
Tumblr media
Erin Hannon becomes Dunder Mifflin Scranton’s new receptionist in Season 5. She is sweet and naive and ends up developing romances with Gabe, Andy, and Pete. Additionally, she is one of Kelly Kapoor's best buds, which is why it's not surprising to see her showing up on The Mindy Project.
RELATED: The Mindy Project: 10 Storylines That Were Never Resolved
Kemper plays a character named Heather, who also dates Mindy's jerk boyfriend Josh. Though neither of the couples last, Heather tries to move into Mindy's apartment building. While Mindy says she's cool with it, she regrets speaking too quickly and works hard to put an end to the move.
8 Paul Liberstein
Tumblr media
Toby Flenderson is the boring H.R. representative in The Office that everyone seems to dislike (especially Michael). Liberstein's character in The Mindy Project isn't that far off.
In Season 4, Mindy decides to tackle the world of dating apps and finds herself going out with Libertein's character. The problem is that he talks a lot about things no one cares about and is way too mundane for Mindy's vibrant personality. Mindy solves this by sneaking out during their date. You go, girl!
7 B.J. Novak
Tumblr media
Kaling's Office-co-star, who is best known for playing the arrogant and flighty Ryan, had another shot at love on The Mindy Project. B.J. Novak's character, Jamie, is a Latin teacher who starts going out with Mindy. They go on a double date with his best friend, Lucy, and Mindy's co-worker, Danny.
While Mindy and Jamie have great banter, he realizes that he is actually in love with his best friend, Lucy, and ends up ending things with Mindy on Valentine's day. Fun, right?
6 Rob Huebel
Tumblr media
In The Office, Huebel plays Holly Flax's boyfriend. Yup, he's the one who gave Holly the Woody doll that Michael absolutely destroyed. Though his relationship with Holly doesn't last, he gets another small-screen role in The Mindy Project.
Huebel appears in two episodes, first in "Indian BBW" (S2E16) and later in "The Devil Wears Lands' End" (S3E4). He plays a character named Andrew who is the co-CEO of the website Sploderz alongside Matt Oberg. Let's just say their company is not classy.
5 Beth Grant
Tumblr media
Yes, we said this was going to be full of cameos, but Beth’s larger role in The Mindy Project is too good to pass up.
Beth plays Dwight’s babysitter Melvin in The Office. She’s the woman that goes with him to Michael and Jan’s dinner party in Season 4 and is later hired as a junior salesman in Season 9.
RELATED: The Mindy Project: 10 Things That Make No Sense
In The Mindy Project, she takes on a larger role as Beverly, a nurse at Shulman and Associates who gets fired and re-hired as a receptionist. She remains a series regular who happily inserts her off-beat comments into situations whenever she feels like it.
4 Zoe Jarman
Tumblr media
Jarman also has a larger role in The Mindy Project than in The Office, but it's still worth pointing out. She shows up in The Office episode “Christening” (S7E7), which follows the christening of Jim and Pam’s daughter. A group of teenagers from the church is headed on a missions trip to Mexico (which Andy joins impulsively) and one of the girls who heads the trip is played by Jarman.
On The Mindy Project, Jarman plays Betsy, who mans the front desk at Mindy’s practice. She is naive and sweet, but despite her likability, Camp left the show as a series regular after only two seasons.
3 Randall Park
Tumblr media
Remember Asian Jim? Yeah, the guy in the cold open from "Andy's Ancestry" (S9E3). He is Jim and Pam's actor friend who tries to convince Dwight that Jim has been Asian his entire life, and Dwight has simply not noticed.
In The Mindy Project, Park plays an ophthalmologist named Colin who is also Mindy's friend. He moves the plot along in a total of three episodes.
2 Anna Camp
Tumblr media
Camp plays Pam's sister, Penny, in The Office. She is seen during Pam's wedding and mistakes Kevin for Oscar's boyfriend Gil.
Camp plays a slightly larger role in The Mindy Project as one of Mindy's friends, Gwen. They both moved to the city together as single women, however, Camp quickly got married and gave Mindy a goddaughter named Riley. Though her friendship with Mindy is said to be important, she is not seen after Season 1.
1 Kelen Coleman
Tumblr media
Coleman plays a minor character on The Office named Isabel. She is first seen at Pam and Jim's wedding, and when she reveals to Pam that she is seeing Dwight, Pam's shock causes her to tear her veil. She later visits the couple's newborn child, makes out with Dwight during a happy hour, and "whacks" Angela for using her pregnancy as a means to keep her and Dwight apart.
On The Mindy Project, Coleman played a recurring character named Alex during Season 1. She is part of the Mindy-Gwen-Alex friend group and loves showering her gal pals with advice.

The Office Revival: Where Is the Cast Now and Who Might Return?
New Post has been published on http://gossip.network/the-office-revival-where-is-the-cast-now-and-who-might-return/
The Office Revival: Where Is the Cast Now and Who Might Return?
Is it time to return to Scranton, Pennsylvania? NBC reportedly thinks so and could be bringing The Office back to life.
While some people might be feeling like Stanley on pretzel day, for many fans, this news might feel more like Toby has returned—for good. How could any version of The Office possibly be the same without the majority of the main cast?
TVLine’s report already noted Steve Carell will not be returning, and that the new show, should it come together, will be a “mix of new and old cast members.” Viewers already know from the last few seasons of the show’s original run that Dunder Mifflin without Michael Scott is like a Jim without a Pam, that’s not to say there weren’t a few bright spots, but Michael Scott-less seasons eight and nine were definitely not as strong.
While it is a bit of a problem for the revival that The Office turned most of its main cast into big stars, a surprisingly large number of those stars have said they’d be up for returning if a reunion or revival were to happen. So all NBC really has to do is hold them to their word, and this revival could turn out to be exactly the trip to Scranton we’ve all been dreaming of.
Scroll down to see what the cast has been up to lately and what they’ve said about an Office reunion.
Ben Gabbe/Getty Images
Zach Woods (Gabe)
What’s he up to? Woods appears in The Post and has been popping up everywhere from Ghostbusters to Playing House and his HBO comedy Silicon Valley.
Would he return? Woods has been mum about returning to The Office, probably because he’s so busy. Time will tell…
Angela Weiss/Getty Images for Environmental Media Awards
Paul Lieberstein (Toby)
What’s he up to? Lieberstein has been brought in as showrunner to change things up on Fox’s Ghosted. He also wrote and directed Song of Back and Neck.
Would he return? Hmm…in 2014 he told TMZ “there’s no chance” for an Office reunion or movie, but a lot can change in a handful of years…
Dia Dipasupil/Getty Images
Oscar Nunez (Oscar)
What’s he up to? Nunez recently appeared in Baywatch, Shameless, People of Earth and The 5th Quarter.
Would he do it? Probably, he’s reunited with the cast off camera a few times.
Gabe Ginsberg/FilmMagic
Brian Baumgartner (Kevin)
What’s he up to? The actor has kept busy with roles on Hand of God, Good Behavior and Life in Pieces.
Would he return? He reunited the cast at his  wedding in 2014, so chances are pretty good if they wanted Kevin, Kevin would be back.
Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images
Kate Flannery (Meredith)
What’s she up to? Flannery has multiple projects in the pipeline according to IMDb, and you can often see her performing in her musical comedy duo The Lampshades (which we highly recommend if you ever get a chance).
Would she return? She doesn’t seem to have publicly said anything about it, but we’d be shocked if Meredith didn’t at least make an appearance. In fact, we’d be worried if she didn’t.
Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images
Angela Kinsey (Angela)
What’s she up to? Kinsey appeared in the recently canceled Netflix series Haters Back Off and has roles in several upcoming projects, including Andover, Extracurricular Activities and The 5th Quarter.
Would she return? Kinsey regularly reunites with her costars off camera (and posts about it) and when the revival news hit, she took to Twitter. “Ummm @nbc call me…. have a quick question for you. Also call @creedbratton because he is blowing up my phone. K. Thx. Byeeeeeee,” she tweeted. She recently said she’d love a reunion. “Everybody is doing so many things, but sign me up, I would do it,” she said.
Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images
Leslie David Baker (Stanley)
What’s he up to? Leslie David Baker has been acting consistently since The Office wrapped, most recently popping up on Raven’s Home and Ryan Hansen Solves Crimes on Television. He is set to appear in 2018’s The Happytime Murders.
Would he return? Probably? Only saying that because it doesn’t appear he’s commented in the press and what would The Office be without Stanley?
Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images
B.J. Novak (Ryan)
What’s he up to? Not a whole lot this year in terms of acting, but he has written several books. He appeared in 2016’s The Founder and recurred on The Mindy Project.
Would he return? Novak was quick to shoot down the excitement Carell sparked with a tweet about The Office‘s reunion. “No,” he told Andy Cohen when asked if there was actually talk of a revival. “That was a very Michael Scott move of him, I think.”
Dia Dipasupil/Getty Images
Ellie Kemper (Erin)
What’s she up to? Oh nothing, just starring in her very own critically acclaimed Netflix show called Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. She also does some cartoon voices and has a young son.
Would she return? The Office was Kemper’s big break, but strangely it appears she hasn’t been asked about returning for a reunion recently. She has reunited with cast members on various occasions, both in front of and off camera.
Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images
Craig Robinson (Darryl)
What’s he up to? Several movies and a starring role on Fox’s Ghosted.
Would he return? Maybe, though maybe not if it’s a full-blown TV show. “Under the right situation, absolutely, yes,” he told Hello Giggles earlier this year about attending a reunion. “I think it’d have to be a movie or something. That’d be dope.”
Scott Dudelson/Getty Images
Creed Bratton (Creed Bratton)
What’s he up to? More than you might realize. He’s been working steadily as an actor since The Office ended, and he currently has a couple movies coming out in which he plays “Quarrelsome Saloon Guy Town 2” and “Cowboy Guy.” He’s definitely also busy with his website, www.creedthoughts.gov.wwwcreedthoughts.
Would he return? Probably. We hope so. There don’t seem to be any quotes from him about his thoughts on the concept of an Office reunion, but we kind of prefer that even the real Creed remains as mysterious as possible.
Rodin Eckenroth/Getty Images
Ed Helms (Andy)
What’s he up to? Helms has a couple of movies coming up and recently returned to Comedy Central for a Fake News special.
Would he return? He just recently told Larry King he would “be open to doing anything with those folks,” and back in May, he told E! News to sign him up. “I’d be there in a second,” he said. “I miss those people so much.” However, he also very recently admitted he didn’t really believe a reboot would ever happen, so his comments were probably rather theoretical.
Allen Berezovsky/Getty Images for Fashion Media
Mindy Kaling (Kelly)
What’s she up to? So, so many things. She has a new show coming to NBC called Champions, and she’s also about to have a baby any day now.
Would she return? “I loved working on the show and I was there for eight years,” Kaling said on The Talk back in September. “I think that if Greg Daniels, who did the American version of the show, he’s such a genius, and if he were to be in charge of it, I can’t imagine that I wouldn’t want to help out in some way, or write, and I feel like probably the rest of the cast feels the same.”
Randy Shropshire/Getty Images
Phyllis Smith (Phyllis)
What’s she up to? The second season of The OA begins filming in January, and since she was in every episode of season one, we can only assume she’ll be in every episode of season two.
Would she return? “I think it would be a really great idea. I haven’t heard anything. It was such a joy to work with those people, so any time they want to pull us back together, I’d be on board immediately,” she said.

Rainn Wilson (Dwight)
What’s he up to? He was in a couple of episodes of Star Trek: Discovery, and he’s got a couple movies coming out. He has also spent a bit of time this year ranting about how he is not Dwight Schrute (as part of a podcast).
Would he return? He says he would. Earlier this year, he told Cinema Blend, “Yeah, I’d be up for that. A reunion episode or kind of like…continue on with a couple little movies here or a little limited series there.”

How busy is she? She has an upcoming ABC show called Splitting Up Together that’s set to come out next year.
Would she return? She claims she’s up for it, though she thinks it would be “logistically difficult” to get everyone back together, especially with many actors under contracts with different networks, she told Metro in September. “I mean, listen, big wigs make things happen all the time, so I’m not going to stand in the way of anything, but I’m not sure…But, like I said, people have ways of making things happen if they want to make them happen. Studios talk and make deals and negotiate things, so I don’t know, but I would love to work with that group of people again in any capacity. We could all get together and do something not called The Office, or I’d do an Office movie, or I’d do an Office miniseries! Whatever it is, I’m always up for it, so if somebody can figure out how to get everybody back in the same room, then let’s do it.”

How busy is he? Fairly. He’s currently in post-production on the movie A Quiet Place, which he made with his wife, Emily Blunt, and he’s about to star in the Jack Ryan series for Amazon.
Would he return? He’d probably do a cameo at the very least. He told Harpers Bazaar in 2016 that he was “absolutely” open to a reunion. “I have no problem doing something like a reunion movie or a reunion show. I thought that our experience was so perfect, so just let me know what the story is that’s good enough that would bring us all together and I’m there.”
NBC declined to comment on the original revival reports, but Robert Greenblatt, chairman of NBC Entertainment, previously told Deadline there has been talk about more The Office. The network has already brought back Will & Grace to great success.
“We often talk about The Office, I’ve talked to [Greg Daniels] four times over the past few years. It’s always, ‘maybe some day but not now’,” Greenblatt told Deadline. “There is certainly an open invitation but we don’t have anything happening right now. If he wants to do it, I would do it.”
That was back in August.
Do you want to see an Office revival? Who do you hope appears in it?
(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
