I remember finding a copy of this CD at a convention shortly after starting to watch the series, so I heard this song a good while before seeing the episode it aired in. The episode was a play on a classic children's story, but with the Keroro platoon having to sumo wrestle a group of alien mice who capture Natsumi & Koyuki after thinking the latter's oddly made rice ball was a weapon (This show was wild, wasn't it?)
The song's lyrics don't tie into the episode the way "Senjou Cake" & "Mendokusei March", and is more the characters dabbling in sumo and getting distracted, but it still has the fun feeling of the songs sung by the characters (^.^)

Thomas and Friends: Tales from Sodor (Short Story 1): Rosie’s Dream
Hey everyone, Ry here, and today, I’m doing something new for my Thomas and Friends AU, Short Stories! So, enjoy the first Short Story
Narrator: Rosie’s Dream
Scene opens to 10 of the 11 Members of the Steam Team (Thomas, Edward, Henry, Gordon, James, Percy, Emily, Molly, Rosie, and Rebecca) all settling in their berths at Tidmouth Sheds
Narrator: One clear cool night, after a hard days work, the engines were ready to call it a night
Thomas: Good night Rosie, we have another day ahead of us
Rosie: Good night Thomas, night everyone! *she began to sleep*
Narrator: As Rosie slept, she began to have a dream
The Dream shows Rosie, all painted like Thomas, as she arrives at Ffarquhar Station, pulling Annie and Clarabel
Rosie: Well, here’s the first stop!
Bertie: *honked his horn* Oh, you beat me today Rosie, we should do this again
Rosie: Very well Bertie
Soon, Rosie woke up
Rosie: Wha? Me being like Thomas? Very odd, oh well *she goes back to sleep*
The second dream begins, this time, in the style of Kyo Yamashiro’s Manga Art, Rosie was shown as a Human in a Red Two Piece Swimwear and Red Mawashi
Rosie: Huh, this is an odd dream- *sees hands* What the?! This looks like one of Mr. Yamashiro’s Comic
Soon, she hears a song called Rosie Conquers Japan, by Molly and The Bubblegum Maidens
Rosie: Oooh, my own theme song! *she enters the ring* Dosukoi! Who wants to wrestle? *she stomps with confidence*
Rosie looks up and sees a Professional Yokozuna landing towards her
Rosie: Oh my-
Rosie wakes up with a shock look
Rosie: Dawh!
Thomas: *wakes up* Rosie what’s wrong?
Rosie: Oh, nothing! Had a dream where I was a human and a sumo wrestler
Emily: *yawning* How many times do we say about this Rosie? Engines don’t Sumo Wrestle, remember that since our trip in Japan
Rosie: Point taken *she goes back to sleep*
Scene cuts to Rosie’s 3rd Dream, where she was working with Thomas and Percy with the mail
Rosie: That’s the last of the mail
Percy: Well done Rosie!
Thomas: Great job!
Rosie: Thanks
Scene cuts to the next morning, as all the engines left the berths for their jobs
Rosie: Wha? It’s morning already?
Thomas: Come on Rosie, it’s time to head over to the Ffarquhar Branchline for another day of work *chuckled*
Rosie: Oh! Uhh.. Coming Thomas! *she blew her whistle and puffs off to follow Thomas*
Steam clouds rolled in
