#throwbackthursday to my @race_organiser marathon prep 20 miler @dorneylake 🏃🏼‍♀️ This was four loops of the lake with a head wind down one side, however I finished in 3:25 and knew I’d be able to finish the marathon! Since then I’ve run over 20 miles a couple of times and can’t believe how much stamina I’ve gained. What a beautiful morning!! ☀️ So happy with this long run. A steady, slightly easy paced 17.4 miles 🏃🏼‍♀️ Amazing what a bit of sunshine can do!
