There's a very specific image from the arcade era I think of frequently where DKSr is holding DKJr in only the palm of his hand while the former is getting whacked on the head by Jumpman and every time I think of it my first thought is usually "oh the Boy™ is so small in comparison!" so this is supposed to follow that thought process.
Kind of a forced perspective, really. Junior, if standing, would actually be a couple of inches shy of DKSr's waist here. But, I am quite partial to the idea of DKSr looking at his much smaller child and thinking "How do I grab hold of you without breaking you?" so I wanted Junior to be smaller her than I normally draw him but not too small.

The NES game Donkey Kong Jr. Math was the only North American title to be released under the “Educational Series” label.
The game consists of Donkey Kong holding up a sign with a number, and Donkey Kong Jr. having to find the numbers and math sign to get that number to a point.
Donkey Kong Jr. Math was the worst selling North American launch title for the NES.

Four Generations of Kong!
This is some of my proudest work yet, I'm really happy with how this turned out. I really wanted to make this piece look atmospheric, and I think it turned out amazingly! It took like six hours for me to do but it was definitely worth it

After spending so much time visiting all the locations around Doo Wop City, and traveling, I sometimes like to go to the Wildwood of Tomorrow for some video games. Actually, this is at Starcade arcade in Mays Landing, about an hour away from the Wildwood of Tomorrow. These pictures were taken on March 7th, 1984. (…Or, was that 2023?)
For my visit to Starcade, I dressed more casually, wearing a…
