*Danny and a Batfam member having a friendly chat at a cafe. They've known each other for a few months now*

Batfam member: "You know, you actually kinda look like B with a few minor differences. Prime adoption bait. Hope you're not another secret love child of his." *laughs*

Danny: *Starts sweating bullets because he is in fact, Bruce's kid but from a different dimension where instead of being a himbo billionaire, he's a himbo ghost hunter named Jack who almost killed him before he got here .* "Haha, you don't say?"

Batfam member: *Clocks in on sudden shift in mood* "Please tell me you're not."

Danny: "So do you want the short and funny story, or the long and sad one? Yes, there's a right answer."

Batfam member: *crying because they can never have a normal sibling*

Danny: Also, do you believe in ghosts?

Batfam member: *cries even more*

DP x DC au except it's Dan.

In his new body, Dan stays in Amity Park with Vlad to get used to himself again. He and Danny have a shaky relationship, but Dan ends up coming to see him as a younger brother. There are some days they can hardly stand looking at each other, too caught up in the way things were to appreciate what happened now.

On the bright side, Danny could focus on protecting the town with his Protection Obsession and Dan could focus on taking down the GIW with his Vengeance Obsession.

On the dim side, the Fenton parents believe Phantom has become a monster (Dan) and are more ruthless than ever. Danny can't fight back against his parents and Dan is forbidden to.

Except they get their hands on Phantom and disecc him. Dan murders them without a second thought and takes him to Vlad, who decides to flee town with all the halfas and liminals capable of getting pinged on the GIW radars. This includes Danny, Dan, Ellie, Jazz, Tucker, and Sam.

He takes them to a safe place, an atmosphere rich with ectoplasm and a spirit already guarding the city so Danny could heal.

Gotham.

Jazz goes to Gotham University while Dan, Tucker, and Sam start trying to take down the Anti-Ecto Acts. With the deaths of the Fenton parents, the GIW has become more of a problem. Ellie and Vlad stay with Danny as he heals, but it's taking quite a long time.

Frustrated and angry and wanting vengeance for Danny more than anything, Dan persuades Sam and Tucker to help him bring in the big guns. Nothing has worked and so he wants to go to the big leagues to stop this at the source. Dan takes the mantle of the Ghost King from Danny as he rests, Sam becomes Undergrowth's apprentice, and Tucker gets the Scarab Scepter, all with one target in mind.

The Justice League.
