Just got another project diva game... ah shit, here we go again

AU Idea

I kind of want to make my own Tordsworld/reverse Eddsword AU now, but it's different than your traditional swap AU's, don't get me wrong there ARE EW swap AU's I really enjoy like the @/reverse-eddsworld one, but I want to make one myself

So how my take would go, instead of Tord, Pau and Pat just straight up swapping places with Edd, Tom and Matt like you NORMALLY see in these swap AU's it's different, here's how MY take on one of these AU's would go:

So, I'm going to call it TS!Reverse EW (Based off of the name TS!Underswap because it's based off of the kind of swap AU TS!Underswap is),

TS!Reverse EW takes place right after The End, and by that it LITTERALLY STARTS right after, there's NO previous history for this au- All events from before that follow whats canon-

So after Tord's giant robot explodes and he's injured and crap he reflects on his past and realizes he does not want this anymore, he realizes it was not worth it, he wants this to stop, but it's not like he can go back, his now ex-friends think he's dead and even if he went "Hey! I'm alive and sorry!" They'd just kill him on the spot-

But it's too late to turn back technically so he thought he was stuck, but he developed a strong friendship bond with Pau and Pat and they plot how to get Tord out of this and help him heal from this, so they fake Tord's, Paul's and Patryck's deaths (Tord's "death" was by murder and Pau and Pat's "death" was by Cloudburg)

So they move into an empty house far away from Edd, Tom and Matt's house and decide to relive the old times like Edd, Tom and Matt did on wacky brand new adventures that are similar but much different from the old ones, and boy do they have fun and are happy like this

Meanwhile Edd starts having trust issues with Matt, Tom, Eduardo, Mark and their new neighbor, Todd, especially Todd, (In my Todd's canon he moved in the same time Edu, Mark and Jon did, but in this AU he moves in AFTER The End) and slowly gets corrupted, the neighbors and main boys have bonded a bit are are trying to be more like friends, kind of? So they're all trying their hardest to comfort Edd and help him get over it at his own pace, but he only gets worse and eventually he snaps and creates his own army to take over the world because he's paranoid thinking Tord's still alive (PFFT Well, your not wrong lol) and he becomes a real life super villain, because he had some radiation left from "PowerEdd" and it decided to corrupt him when he snapped so he's a real life radioactive villain who has created the Green Army to take over the world and flush out Tord to tear him from limb to limb, Matt and Tom (unwillingly, only being out of fear) being his seconds in command

Well here we go again...

I kinda wanta make an ask blog for this where you ask Tord, Pau and Pat and sometimes the Green Army and Edd but I want to be sure if anyone would be interested

The Warehouse

Blake Crouch told me to read this book.

Ok, not personally, but still. 

Initially, I read the first chapter, shrugged and put it down, slightly discouraged by the glossy magazine-sheen styled tone.

Then I received a BookBub email with Blake Crouch’s recommendation to read The Warehouse.

Having just acknowledged in my last B3 post that I might in fact jump off a bridge if the man suggested, I figured it was reasonable to read his book recommendation instead.

Naturally, I finished The Warehouse within a couple days because as the narrators and perspectives switched so did the tone of the book, making it as palatable as a CloudBurger at LivePlay. But I’m getting ahead of myself.

Enter a world where The Cloud is king. Naturally, said world has gone to pot: climate change makes temperatures unendurable, unemployment is ubiquitous, water unpotable, meat scarce, and prospects dire for small business.  But at The Cloud, with fully stocked shelves of shiny goods, air-conditioned dorm rooms, built-in healthcare and tram cars, not to mention LivePlay entertainment and readily available Cloud Burgers, life is good. Well, not necessarily good, but tolerable. Well, not necessarily tolerable, but air-conditioned. 

So what if the shifts are 12 hours long, or there’s a $6 bank transfer charge, or you get docked ratings for not volunteering for extra work time? And so what if the bathrooms are constantly out of order, or the cinderblock rooms are the size of closets or your every move is tracked with a wristband?

The Warehouse is like if The Circle were written about Amazon and Apple combined featuring Steve Jobs and Lisbeth Salander set to an employee training video.

But don’t you enjoy having everything delivered at the click of a button? And for a such a reasonable cost? Have you ever wondered after you click “buy now” who is paying for the deficit?
