Avis was last seen during the autumn months of 1961 in Mabank, Texas. Avis’s husband told his two children that he had come home from work that day to find a note from Avis saying that she is leaving him.

Una relectura que tenía pendiente desde hace tiempo. Siempre he pensado que es una especie de Berserk light, porque es un rollo parecido (luchas sangrientas con espadones contra monstruos en un mundo medieval) aunque shônen en lugar de seinen. La primera vez que la leí me gustó mucho, pero iban sacando los tomos al ritmo de Japón, así que a partir de cierto punto lo tenía todo muy difuso y ha sido casi como leerlo por primera vez. Tiene un comienzo algo genérico, luego arranca y mola un montón hasta llegar a un punto en el que se estanca un poco, pero la parte final también me ha gustado mucho. Es una pena que nunca tuvo mucha popularidad y actualmente no existe ninguna edición en España, porque me parece un manga muy bueno.
