You guys.. it’s time to say goodbye to our Broadway queens 😭
Bre Jackson, Andrea Macasaet, Keri Rene Fuller, Brittney Mack, Samantha Pauly, Brennyn Lark, Nicole Kyoung Mi-Lambert, Mallory Maedke, Courtney Mack and Keirsten Hodgens will be taking their final bows at the Lena Horne Theatre on December 4th.
They will join fellow departed queens Anna Uzele, Hana Stewart, Adrianna Hicks, Abby Mueller and Joy Woods.
Holli’ Conway and Ayla Ciccone-Burton are the only ones who will stay in the show as unconfirmed roles.
Cast announcements are due to follow in the next few days.

So initially you sent this ask in when I just needed a day of distraction from US politics (whooo) but I had SUCH a good time mulling over all of these answers that I’ve now been working on it for months. Went with all musical theatre songs too.

Broadway Cast Change is December 4th
We will be saying goodbye to the current cast of Six on Broadway on December 4th! To recap, everyone leaving on December 4th is:
Bre Jackson, Andrea Macasaet, Keri René Fuller, Brittney Mack, Samantha Pauly, Brennyn Lark, Mallory Maedke, Nicole Kyoung-Mi Lambert, Courtney Mack, Keirsten Hodgens.
The only people staying are Ayla Ciccone-Burton and Holli' Conway.

Not really much of an ask but I just realized, depending on who Holli' and Ayla cover, we could have our first all black performance! The prospect of that is just so crazy and exciting!!
We definitely could! Ayla Ciccone-Burton covers B/C/P, and then there are a few rumors about Holli' Conway but the only one confirmed one is H. It does depend on potential cover changes and which alternates will be leaving and when, as well as Holli's' other covers. But with Bre Jackson or Nicole Kyoung-Mi Lambert Aragon, Nicole or Ayla as Boleyn, Keirsten Hodgens as Seymour, Brittney Mack or Nicole or Keirsten or Ayla as Cleves, Holli' as Howard, and Brennyn or Keirsten or Ayla or Holli' as Parr, it's very much in the realm of possibility. The biggest question is if we'd ever have a show with Andrea Macasaet, Keri Rene Fuller, and Sam Pauly out, because three alt shows are fairly rare with Broadway.

excuse my language, but this is complete bullshit. they had a choice to leave, and did so. don’t find it suspicious that actresses that have been with the show since early 2019 are now finding new opportunities elsewhere. don’t find it suspicious that actresses do indeed want to leave six.
people hype up six too much, it is still a growing, developing show. it’s getting bigger by the day, but it still isn’t the biggest thing thats hit broadway. bre, and brennyn may be fairly new to the contract, they may have basically just started, but in all fairness, they’ve been part of the show the same amount of time as joy. were we really not expecting this? sure, our hopes will have been on them staying, but our brains suspected.
if they had signed the new contract, they would be part of an entire new cast, they’d have to redo rehearsals, they’d have to adapt to a new cast and most importantly, be stuck with the show for another year or so. they’ve also had fairly unsettled starts, keri has auditioned so many times, and has been in and out as a temporary replacement, bre didn’t even get to perform the full show until a few weeks later, and brennyn has been out due to an injury.
remember, they have been with the show the same amount of time as cruise queens, as joy, as lauren byrne and jodie steele, as jaina, but have been out a significant amount more than usual, which may make it seem like a shorter time than it has been.
if their contracts were terminated, so would ayla and holli’’s. they are in the same situation, but bre and brennyn chose to leave :)

Hearing about Bre going off stage randomly reminded me of when I saw Six in Chicago a few months back. During Heart of Stone, Khaila just, wasn’t there. Then afterward she came back on just fine.
