WHAT WE DO? The Neverland Pokémon Rehabilitation Centre focuses on the care, the health and well-being of Pokémon who’ve been mistreated, misused, and/or badly injured due to human causes. Our work is divided into Six Divisions, but we all are responsible for the health, nutrition and well-support of every Pokémon that comes under our care. Mostly we study and record the behavioural patterns of Pokémon to better understand their world, and to share that knowledge to help trainers build a healthier relationship with their partners.
All Six Divisions share a mutual goal, each of the staff members have different areas of expertise, which is required when you handle Pokémon eggs, Baby Pokémon in the nursery, abandoned and/or injured Pokémon of all ages, to elder Pokémon, and battle-proned/aggressive Pokémon who have become too much to handle for a simple trainer. Our Centre handles all sorts, and offers a multitude of events for the public to partake in.
The care facilities here match any Pokécentre you may come across, with available rooms for short stay rental. Unfortunately, Camping isn’t an event here as we considering our patience front and foremost, for most of our wildlife are those rescued/retrieved or wild. We also rehabilitate and rehome many species, should both parties be interested in the partnership, feel free to call or contact us for an appointment and we can discuss further from there.
All public locations are signposted, Pokémon guides frequent most locations should you become lost, and you’re free to wander the grounds in your own time. If you want to explore more of the Rejuven’s archipelago, chat with Tom and he’ll gladly give ya ride.
WHERE WE ARE – HOW TO FIND US:
Our Island archipelago is off the central equator in the southern western seas of the Kalos Region. It’s a fair distance from the mainland, and its not visible from the shoreline so it requires a bit of a boat ride to the islands. You can ferry across from Ambrette Town or Courmarine City should you not have a travel Pokémon, or of course surf/fly over at your own leisure. It’s recommended to visitors to book ahead of time whether for a visit/appointment or vacate at the Rejuven Archipelago, depending on the season before making the trip. And make sure to pack well! For the islands are mostly temperate but with a tendency for storms and cold winter nights.

Would anyone working at your facility be interested in adopting a polygon?
Doctor Elias: "Of course! my curiosity is in a buzz. I do apologize for the late response to your email @alexanders-pokemon-adventure Things have been a bit rough here lately at Rejuven, especially with the fall and winter slowly creeping in... not to mention a discovery was made by one of our Marauders that left them in a bit of a pickle. So that is still being sorted out."

Email Cleared! - Ask Box Open!
Tumblr media
Professor Fanalia: “Well that was a whole lot of emailed questions then what I was expecting, but it was a lot of fun answering them. I will admit it, you were right Kry, and I was wrong.”
Professor Kryspyn: “See I told you! Its a whole lot of fun. Elias you own me ten bucks!”
Doctor Elias: “Yeah, Yeah don’t get your boxer’s in a twist.”
Groundskeeper Romaine: “Wait, you guys made a bet?”
Professor Fanalia: “I really shouldn’t be surprised at this point. Nonetheless,  after some early spring cleaning the Rehabilitation Neverland Centre Ask Box is open n’ cleared for any newcomers or revisiting patrons.”
Professor Kryspyn: “Feel free to ask about any inquiries! whether it be about the Rejuven Archipelago itself, the facilities on islands, The Six Divisions, perhaps about the Events held here!”
Groundskeeper Romaine: “Or maybe your curious about the job positions, and how to make applications to become apart of our Rejuven Archipelago Family? Along with who works here?”
Doctor Elias: “There may be the perchance, you are interested in learning about the Pokémon who live here? or querying about the particular patients on a certain islands?”
Neverland Team: “Either way we welcome all curiosities”
Professor Fanalia: “Just a side note. If you see this blue Logo in the future, it means the Ask Box is Open or an Event is happening that is open to collaboration.”

To both professors have you ever seen Pokémon try and naturally hybridize I heard I can happen sometimes and wanted to know if it’s true or just a myth
Professor Kryspyn: "OH! I love this, oh gosh yes! It is very much a possible thing, though rare it is there. Pokémon can successfully make hybrids, as long as physically capable of course. But its a thing for me to harbor many beautiful and unique little babies, and really they fit in so well, though they are genetically different they are brightest stars in my nursery."
Professor Fanalia: "Its not really my expertise, but as you can see our Head of the Nursery Division is very much in love, whether they be normal baby Pokémon, Regional variant babies, and even the rare few hybrid ones. I would imagine that in the wilds it’s a little more rare, due to a lot of things could go wrong. Not to be morbid, but I feel like hybrids that are born in the wild may struggle to survive. You really have no idea how the parents would react, how strong their immune system is or whether they have ways to defend themselves. Not say bad things happen all time, but life isn't easy."
Doctor Elias: "Yes so all the words, Kryspyn oogled over in his statement I'll summarize for all our sakes. It's far from myth in fact a Professor most of us know has a hybrid, @prof-peach has one on her team, a beautiful mix of a Grachomp and a Charizard by name of Beu."

So professor Fanalia any tips for rookie trainers wanting to start with a dragon type?
Professor Fanalia: “Alright hold it right there. I must warn you that Dragon-types are all high maintenance. There isn’t any really beginner-type friendly Dragon-types for rookie trainers, these little guys require at lot experienced care, and just buying the right products can make any normal trainers’ wallet empty. And due to some of them being powerful to the get go, its hard to simply earn their respect n’ loyalty in return. It’s a long and tedious achievement to even receive that.”
“So, no there is no Singular Dragon-type you can start out simply because you want to. However, if you really want a starter that is Dragon-ish or has the potential to reach a dragon-typing at the end, your best bet is a Charmander, Swablu, or even a Horsea. Despite not being at Dragon-type at first, these mono-types have to the potential to become one, and are the best way to work your way up to working with full-blooded Dragon-types. The Safety and the wellbeing of Pokémon is top priority here, be the smarter trainer and pick something a little easier to start with, then work your way towards a Dragon. Even I had to start with something different before I eventually got one of my now permanent members of my team. And that was way after the Neverland Facility was built.”
“This is the same with every other Pokémon, Love and respect your partners but don’t over-coddle them. Just like us they sometimes want their space and that’s okay, sometimes they want reassurance for sometimes they feel lonely. Love, respect, enrichment, plus the proper care and merely spending time with them is what is all required. Every Pokémon, no matter what type have very different and specific needs.”
“Though, if you’re looking for some for proper care tips, I might suggest checking out @pokemon-grooming. They have some informative ways on proper care, while @pokebiologist and @pokemon-breeder-sky have intriguing notes you can take up on."

This is a pure Pokémon behavior question is it normal for fighting types to try and mimic ghost types because you see I have a group of falinks trying to mimic my ghastly and while it’s fun to watch I’m starting to get concerned for them because their trying to go through walls and use ghost type moves like will-o-wisp during are mock battles
Professor Kryspyn: "Oh my, well this is a worrying one. It's nothing negative, unfortunately mimicking something like that does need to stop, I do agree. Though I've spoken with Fanalia on the best approach on this, and she is right. Falinks are very unique, in that they value essentially Unit cohesion at a young enough age. They do so much together with favored peers, that it seems almost natural that in a team there would be mimicry. Its better I let Fanalia explain her idea but I feel like it would work, its important to keep the process positive, because really the action isn't really bad in the sense of scolding, it has to be rewarding to ensure that the Falinks holds onto the lesson tighter it will mean more to them when its a good memory."
Professor Fanalia: "It's possible that the Falinks is at the stage of fascination, due to a lack of enrichment it’s entered the copycat phase to place that interest into the Ghastly. So maybe providing it some form of fun enrichment, and teaching it a new move will show that Falinks is very much loved the way it is. We've seen this behavior before, it seems to be a very common phase for Falinks. During one of our fostering events, we had a Falinks who kept following a Treecko about to the point they ran into trees when the Treecko tried to flee from them by climbing trees. Their mimicking instinct is a more common behavior in the Falinks because they have a follow the Follow-the-leader base instinct. A good enrichment for them are doing March patrols, give them a routine to do and they will follow it - Falinks enjoy March parades or patrols. You can have the Ghost-Type work with this to help the Falinks mimic in a more healthier manner."
"With enough positive reinforce, a new move catered to them rather than the ghost-type moves. And a new form of enrichment, your Falinks will grow to understand that while is mimicking is fun, there are limitations on what it can do."

I have a bit of an odd question for both the professors that I don’t know if it’s in your fields of expertise but I have lot of issues for moving around such as my legs can’t take to much strain without collapsing and plan on being a trainer are there any Pokémon you could recommend or think of that could help me
Tumblr media
Professor Kryspyn: "Oh don't worry about asking questions such as that! Honestly that's very valid, something like this requires an aid from a Pokémon. It does take a lot of conditioning in a sense, to teach the Pokémon to understand how they can help you. So, proper training is in order. Honestly I would suggest a Deerling, at least start at that point, A deerling will take some time and it wont be immediate, but they are a loyal Pokémon especially when a deerling evolves to a Sawsbuck you will have a Pokémon that will take their task very seriously. Surprisingly Sawsbuck are used a lot to be a aid Pokémon along with the Stoutland line."
Professor Fanalia: "The Deerling evolution line is an excellent choice, they are quite chivalrous creatures. Once you have their loyalty and friendship, they'll never leave your side. We have a couple of them living here on the island helping transport goods, or as a ride on the trail paths. In fact there’s a herd you can witness during the autumn season if you book a stay during the fall. They are a fascinating Pokémon that’s connected to the seasonal equinoxes - it certainly helps alert us on the first day of the seasonal change, so we can plan out the appropriate schedules around the facility."

Um dear professors what would happen hypothetically speaking if a rowlet were to eat energy bar designed to keep pokemon energized for a few extra hours and somehow accidentally unleashed onto ones enemy how should one go about stopping this......
Tumblr media
Professor Kryspyn: “Oh my a situation like that can be....ehhhh that can be a volatile situation. I don’t recommend allowing Rowlet to go at something they dislike at high energy, because they might just be a tad unpredictable. You definitely don't wanna lock them up! I recommend giving your rowlet space to let this energy out in a safe manner on toys and kinda let them, burn that out, if they are acting aggressive its going to be hard to approach. Fanalia would have a better idea than me on how to break up fights and how to separate both parties.”
Professor Fanalia: “First of all, please place those energize bars in a safe place and out of reach of Pokémon. I recommend putting a baby safety lock on the cabinet draw/door, don't worry your not the first to make this mistake one of our Marauder Workers had a similar incident. As my fellow co-professor suggest, take your Rowlet to a safe and secure environment where they won't feel constricted, let it fly or play with a Substitute doll until they run out of energy. Make sure any of your other Pokemon are out of range, as it’s common that Pokemon who eat such an energize bar tend to get aggressive. I hope this suggestions were helpful.”
