जब तक हम भीतर न झांके हमे कैसे हमे पता चलेगा कि परमात्मा है बिना आत्मज्ञान को जानें।।

क्या आप इतने आलसी हो की आप लोग दिन के पांच मिनट ध्यान नहीं कर सकते।
