oh don't worry about being invasive! im very public about this bc it's super important to me to like, Be Around for other survivors, but i am actually a third generation ex sex cultist!! my grandparents on both sides joined in their late teens/early twenties. so like while i get that having half sibling pop up was probably a bit weird for my dad, things like this happen in an organisation like that and honestly his relationship with them is pretty solid! it's was really nice to family outside of The Family (cult was The Family International, formerly The Children Of God) who could help us out when we were trying to get out. so i guess to answer ur question, my family is A Okay with the half siblings by merits of my grandads sex drive causing SO MUCH BIGGER PROBLEMS HOLY SHIT DUDE lmao. but we're okay!! we move forward and we're safe now! these things happen

It infuriates me how cheap chickens are

Like eggs are so expensive. Chickens lay too many. If I had chickens I'd have TOO many eggs. Obviously you've got to feed the chickens but I mean. I could grow them food (you aren't allowed to give chickens food scraps here. I'm not sure why that is)

There is a cost to keeping chickens no matter how you do it but omg I don't think people realise how cheap they are.

I have nowhere to keep chickens. I'm not allowed. But you bet if I had a garden I'd want chickens in it.

Growing up is a scam. My grandpa accomplished so many things in his life, but I've never seen him more proud than that one time he talked about beating this buff Albanian kid in arm wrestling when he was 8. He's 80 now, still going strong on that win
