4t2 Cottage Living Debug Animals: Continued!
I would just like to preface this post by saying that it's going to be quite a long one. I did this all over the space of a couple of days on a shitty laptop, so I'm sorry if it's not up to my previous standards 😅

An anon requested for me to convert the rest of the Cottage Living farm animals. Here you go, anon!
Keep in mind that these are very high-poly. I'm talking about, like, as high as 6000 polys, last time I checked? These are the debug Cow, Rooster (which I renamed a chicken, because the hen is literally identical?), Rooster Chick, and European Robin from The Sims 4: Cottage Living.
There's a slight catch: these are debug models after all, and well, as we all know, Sims 4 debug stuff tends to either be way too big, or way too small, or way too blurry, etc. In this case, the chicken and chicks and robins have their wings sticking up in a T-pose, like this:
Not exactly the cutest. I tried to fix it, but I think it only really made it worse. The cow's tail got fixed to my best ability, though. As for the chicken, you can't really tell from the side, I guess...?

4t2 Cottage Living Wild Animals

Next up, have some wild animals! I suppose that the European Robin technically counts as a wild animal... but these were the only ones that had 'wild' in their name in SFS. Plus, I really like how the preview looks, okay?
These are the Wild Fox and Wild Rabbit from the same EP. Not as high-poly as I expected, but they're cutting the 'hair' line pretty darn close.
Also, these have neighborhood decor versions! I couldn't see the farm animals just wandering in the wilderness around town, so I made up for that with these! Now every forest you build can have a little fox peeking out. Assuming your PC doesn't explode first, at least.

Unswitchable Switch - 4t2 Base Game Conversion
This is another tiny TS4 base game conversion, but I really like light switches, soooo... 😅
I didn't think two colors was enough, so it now comes in 10 12 15 colors. Most of them are Valkyrie colors; a couple I just threw in there to round out what I thought I'd use (yes, yes I will use multiple shades of green light switches, thank you for asking). I also removed the shine.
A numbered swatch is included (mesh and 02 are the original TS4 colors if you're a purist). You'll find them under Wall Hangings for $0.

It's the end of September already somehow and I'm 41 now. (For a couple of days already.) Time, it flies. Two years ago, I recolored Veranka's 3t2 balloons. I had wanted to make them shiny, but I was still fairly new at making CC on any kind of regular basis. My old recolors of these balloons are mostly kinda...not great. I use 2-3 of them all of the time in my game, but I wanted more variety. And I wanted SHINY!! As you see above, I managed it this time. (And my recoloring skills are much better now.)
Taking a second crack at these balloons, it took me about three hours to get them to be shiny and transparent like I wanted. I'm very pleased with the results, so it was worth it. I made 15 shiny transparent recolors and 15 opaque metallic ones.

Of course, birthdays are more than balloons, so I have cake for you too! I started off wanting more recolors of @balkopat's 4t2 birthday cake. I made a few recolors of the TS4 textures, but I wasn't completely thrilled with how they turned out. I wound up doing a fully frosted edit, instead of the drips and bare sides. I'm sharing some of both varieties.
Seeing the fully frosted edit on the TS4 mesh made it look kinda droopy to me, so I tightened up the shape and edited the plate a bit while I was at it. My recolors will also work on balkopat's mesh, but now you have options.
Note: My mesh edit has the same GUIDs as balkopat's conversion. YOU MUST PICK ONE!!
(And by one, I mean my version or balkopat's. Both have three files.)

If you’re interested, here are my edits (and a few recolours) of 4t2 AWL Apartment Therapy Plants converted for TS2 by @linacheries. Original TS4 set was created by Awingedllama.
I’ve added second subset to each of these. Two planters using identical textures were repositoried. Plus I’ve replaced the hooks and moved the hanging plants up to ceiling level.

Remember the days when my converters didn't have preg morph? This dress was the first one which I create preg morph, but then for some reason it never made it onto the blog (it's been done since May 2022... 😅). Herbalist Decor - 4t2 Conversion of Nolan-Sims' Decor
Happy Halloween (again)! 🎃 Here is some herbalist-themed decor for your Sims! Because even at Halloween, it's all about the plants over here. XD Swatches, details and an updated download below!
This set is comprised of 4t2 conversions from @nolan-sims' Simblreen 2019 and Simblreen 2018 collections, and includes two hanging plants (wall and ceiling), four picture frames and two skull planters. I slaved objects whenever possible to save on space, so please be mindful of that if you don't want everything in the set. Also, a few of these meshes are high poly! The skull planters in particular are quite high, so please keep that in mind as well.

I've included numbered swatches for the artwork, so if you're an arachnophobe like me, you can easily delete anything that's too crawly. XD The ones that are numbered "01" should actually read "mesh", since those are the 01 recolors. Whoops!
The frame recolors are attached to files mesh - 05 for these. Please pardon the wonky swatch, there was no other way to do this one.
And the frame recolors are attached to all the recolors for these, which I'm hoping won't be a problem since there's nothing 8-legged here.
@kayleigh-83 sent me a message and let me know there was a problem with one of the herbalist hangs recolors. If you already downloaded during Simblreen, please download again for the fixed version! It was sils_herbalist_hangs_v1_08 which wasn't working properly; you can just overwrite that file. If there are any other issues, please let me know!

My first post for my BIG Pride project won't be ready until later this week, maybe early next week. So here's a little snack in the meantime.
When I was looking at @sim-saurus' TS4 stuff, I saw these cute Pride posters. I added them to my "ooh, maybe convert that" list, and kinda forgot about them. Well, until @2fingerswhiskey reblogged them recently. "Oh right! Those! I'll do those!" And so I have. I put them on the BV Collectible Travel Poster mesh, because why not use something we all have a bunch of options for? The ones I used here are BB's Feast Of Frames, not included in my download. (I'm unsure which frame recolors these are though, sorry!) The TS4 image sizes were on the small side, so they might pixelate if you put them on big frames and zoom way in. No swatch, since it's the same as the original TS4 post. (There are 31, not 30 though.)

4t2 Fireplaces
My previews are like... I'm not impressed. Don't let them fool you, a whole lotta effort was put into these fireplaces and I hope they live up to it.
First and foremost, huge credits to @episims and @lordcrumps for their edits to Numenor's templates to allow the ts4 logs to ignite when the fire is lit. They also worked out the Realm of Magic fireplace to have green fire and purple/blue smoke. Love that!
If you have LordCrumps' Horse Ranch "Sturdy Ranch" & "While the Irons Hot", & Desert Luxe "Earthen Fireplace" delete them (and their Scriptorium_Fireplace scripts) and replace with mine. If you have my Decor to the Max "Warmly Chromatic Fireplace" delete it and the script file and replace with the new version (Decor to the Max 4t2 pack has been updated as of 17 April 2024).
10 fireplaces can be found in buy > appliances > misc
16 fireplaces can be found in build > misc > fireplaces
3 decorative objects can be found in buy > deco > misc
2 mirrors for EastEggElite & CrystalHearth can be found in deco > mirrors
1 tv for EastEggElite can be found in electronics > tvs

🪨 Desert Rocks 🌵
Hey, y'all! I was decorating Strangetown and felt bothered by the flatness and lack of scenery. I decided to take a shot at editing the colors on some of my favorite 4t2 rocks by @leoz94, and since they turned out good, I thought I'd share them with you today!

⚠️ You can't have both mine and leoz's in your game, so you must choose one (I'm sorry). I'd ideally like to have both, but I don't know how to do that at the moment.
These were made to match lordcrump's default desert terrain because that's what I use. I'm not sure how these would look with other ones. I'd be happy to make ones that match other defaults if it's requested/wanted. 💛
