The weekend past reminded me of a lifetime ago.

Three artists dropped albums and not a minute was spent without music flowing through the house.

The molecules in my body relaxed; rested; cleansed.

Letting go of the unwanted, unnecessary, unused.

I’ve been carrying the weight for a lifetime, she said.

I asked if I could have been carrying this before my birth. It’s possible.

I could have experienced the trauma when I was a dot of possibility back in 1964. It has been realised. It has been released.
