i bought a water sack on tuesday that people generally buy to take hiking but i solely got it because i started to feel sick tuesday and i needed a sack of water so i can lay in bed and drink without having to get up

i’m really hoping that mistborn gets the first adaptation…
though i do wonder how they’d get soothing/rioting/etc the less physical across the screen. maybe just small gestures like the force or maybe a small rippling effect for the viewer?? it would have to be subtle whatever it is

i’m at urgent care cause all the fuck-off-cold weather has made my asthma act up. i worked last night and felt so fucking awful the whole time. like i was working slooow. and i never work slow. i never walk slow but everything i did last night was slow
they just did a covid test and i’m thinking it will be negative cause it really started with the cold weather.
i’m probably gonna call out of work tonight though i don’t really want to but i feel like utter shit

so a couple weeks ago when my mom was in town she went with my dad to the bar while he played darts
and she told me “you should come out with him sometime, it’s fun to people watch” blah blah whatever
and then tonight my dad asked me if i was looking for another relationship and i told him that i had dating apps on my phone and i go on them and message some people but then i just get disinterested. and Then he told me a few minutes after tthat “i’m surprised that there’s so many gay girls at the bar during dart night. their pretty good (at darts). i don’t know if you’d be interested in them though”

it was my moms birthday today
we didn’t do much. it was just the three of us which is what it typically is nowadays cause my sisters are assholes. eryn didn’t even tell her happy birthday
but we went to texas roadhouse and mom opened her presents this morning. we planted things. it was a chill day.
question though. which hand do you use to hold your knife when you cut your food? nondominate or dominant? we got in an argument at dinner about it lol

i worked the past three nights. i was finally off work last night. its been a shitty week work wise. the floor is so freaking hectic. andni had really needy/rude people its just draining. and a patient complained about me saying i didn’t check their blood sugar…it’s all in the computer system. i checked their sugar 4 separate times. like seriously. managers just have to look at the charting. meanwhile the same patient was on the call light every 10min with a different request. probably just upset because i physically didn’t check it and had the tech do it because i was busy. it’s just really annoying and stressful.
ive been playing videogames this morning and im almost finished with parable of the talents
im super hungry rn and im debating on going to subway for lunch lol sandwich sounds good but getting dressed and driving is kinda meh lol

so i never made it out of the house today lol i even got myself dressed but still just didn’t want to leave the house.
i have work the next three nights and then after that i have to deal with my car. i have one slow leaking tire and one that is also hopefully slow leaking. i just filled them both with air so i can tell in the morning if i need the spare put on.
i also need to do so many other adult things that i really don’t want to do. eye doctor appointment, dentist appointment, i have to check in on my passport, and i have a bunch of dumb work stuff that i need to do. ugh.
but rn i’m just gonna eat some fucking cheesy fries and watch a dumb cartoon. fuck it.
