ugh i am SO annoyed with the new episode of drag race. when will they send mhi'ya home!!!!! she didn't even make her dress!!!! sapphira did!!!! the only thing she can do is tricks istg. they put her in the bottom 3 times, and she wins every time only because she can flip around. the way NO ONE even says anything about it, except for dawn being absolutely GOOPED AND GAGGED in the background.

that garvez “date”

so, i won’t lie, when i first found out about the garvez date scene in criminal minds: evolution and read about what happened, i avoided that scene like the plague. i wanted no parts of it because it was a major disappointment and let down. i finally just watched it in full for the first time because i was getting clips for editing and i have to say, i’m even more upset. it felt like a dismissal of garvez and garvez fans by the writers. the line about her finding it hard to have a conversation with him when she’s not insulting him was just bullshit. acting like their only connection was them being “frenemies” was kind of insulting. the fact that they found tyler green right after that scene where she’s talking about how “her person is out there” also felt like a dismissal. i hate to be pessimistic when it comes to garvez, but i just feel so let down. i am all for more optimistic opinions, so please let me know what you all thought about it and what you think will happen from here.

These black and white flashbacks are pretty cool.

Okay why didn’t we get these flashbacks dotted around in previous episodes? Would’ve worked a lot better than lumping them all in one episode. Also why didn’t we get a flashback of JJ coming back from New Orleans, I would’ve loved to have seen what happened when she was there and when she returned.

Nooo. Tara and Rebecca. Please let them be together. I loved their flashbacks.

Garvez date flashback!! But why was it so awkward they are made for each other.

Elias is one sneaking sob but boy did I enjoy his scenes. Probably some of the best parts of episode.

Sydney rocked in this episode.

Also from the looks of things the timeline for this season takes place after thanksgiving so from end of November 2022 to around January 2023? But that’s a guess.

Loved seeing Will in this episode but please don’t kill him off.

Loved Emily and Luke going off at Garcia. Wish it was JJ too seeing as she also won’t approve of the relationship. Also poor Luke, writers stop tormenting him and get him a boyfriend.

Elias calling Rossi old and him going with it was hilarious.

Not gonna lie when Emily asked JJ to call in a favour I thought she wanted Matt to come in but I’ll take Will as I love seeing him team up with the BAU.

Tyler was infuriating in this episode.

That ending though. Really hope that Rossi considers retiring after this and maybe now Will can be a FBI consultant so he can appear in more episodes and help the team out as well as increasing the number of people on the team in doing so. That’s where I’m thinking they are going with Will when helped the team out in the field.

I was worried that this episode wasn’t going to be great and that the team would barely be in it from the promo photos they release but I’m glad the team got decent screen time.
