the gym workers received Hershey kisses

some coworkers who were away last week are back and that was nice.  and then some stress caused by others decisions or things not working out with regulatory agencies as they have in the past and that causes difficulty.  no matter what, just keep moving forward.

Ang daming mga ganap since last friday.

Masaya. Hindi ko pinipilit.

Sobrang naappreciate ko yung mga tao sa paligid ko. Workmates, Friends and Family. Importante din pala ko kahit paano. Sobrang daming dapat ipagpasalamat. Kelangan ko lang pala talaga sabihin at gawin yung mga bagay na gusto ko at makakapagpasaya sakin. Kelangan ko pala talaga lumabas sa comfort zone ko para malaman ko na kaya ko, na pwede pala yun.

Parang ang layo ko na dun sa "Ako" last year. I'm still a work in progress, pero dadating din ako dun. Hindi naman ako nagmamadali.

Anyway, kahapon nagpaalam ako sa parents ko na magpapabutas ako sa tenga, gusto ko talaga yun matagal na. Pero ang sabi kong reason ay dahil hindi pantay yung una kong butas which is totoo naman. So kanina habang nasa market market, nakita namin yung Silverworks. Sila pa nagsabi sakin na pwede na ako pabutas dun. Nagustuhan pa nila yung result. Takot ako dati kasi akala ko magagalit sila. Hahaha sana pala dati ko pa to ginawa.

日めくりピアノ万葉集：ピアノ短歌作品番号2193:He doesn't understand magic and passion 12162019本日の曲が降りて来てくれましたのでアップさせて頂きます。あなたに気に入って頂ければ幸いです。 ◆創作ノート： まあ左手は和音で右手が旋律というのはそうなっている。その中で大事にしているのは旋律と和音とがどれだけうまく連動できるかというところです。和声を構築するひとつひとつの音とメインの旋律と連動しての和声のリズムやアルペジオ。その細部には即興ならではの美しさが織り込まれる。演奏の素朴さ（まあうまくないということですが）が、そのタイミングや採用する音の組み合わせ（まあ和声ですね）には様々な不確定要素を埋め込んでいく。その美しさは不思議なもので、後から加工すればするほど削ぎ落とされてしまうのです。即興が好きなのはこれが一番の理由です。この繊細な美しさに触れてしまったがゆえに、構築していく形の音楽はできなくなりました。この味わいの創出が難しくなるので、楽器の演奏が上手な人は即興演奏で良いものを生み出すことは難しいでしょうね。 ではでは．．☆☆☆☆☆ ◆雑談： ■音楽：■歴史：■ドラマ・映画：大河ドラマが終わったみたいですね。この数十年で初めての大河ドラマ完全排除。しかしたまにチラと映像を見るとすごい役者さん達がたくさん出ていたのですね。浪費。さて来年の大河と思っていたら、エリカ姫退陣は良いとして、はじめ数回を遅らせるというのは残念無念。そもそも明智光秀はまずいだろ。時代は最高としても。それでも来年は見るでしょう。戦国時代と幕末だけで良いのですよ。そして２０年経過したら世代も変わっているので堂々と同じ人物の話で良いのですよ。だから光秀はちょっと悲しい。ひとつだけ良いことがあります。新しく帰蝶役の女優さんのファンなことです。川口春奈さん。大変とは思いますが頑張ってもらいたいです。昨年末のダウンタウンの特番で強烈スケバンを淡々と演じた彼女ならきっとすごい演技ができると期待しています。女優としての飛躍のチャンス。是非掴んで頂きたい。■unity:まあ少し進んだのだけどどうなんだろ。わかるのはプロではないことだな。でもプロになりたいわけではない。■プロモーション：おやすみ。■水泳：最近行くとすぐにすべてのドリルが成功してしまう。次のフェーズへ行くべきと感じます。【継続中】⑤⑥は⑦が確定してから再開する【定常トレーニング】①蹴伸び12.5m、②25m8ストローク非連続、④そしてグー泳ぎ、⑤25m10ストローク息継ぎ5回（毎回息継ぎ）、⑥毎回息継ぎで50m泳ぎで帰りの25mを10ストロークで泳ぐ。⑦停止状態から12.5mを息継ぎ付き4ストローク（最初の左手掻き0.5ストロークは別に付く）■映像：創作継続中。デジタル陶芸方式イラスト創作手法。DAZ Studio研究中。この作業だけは続いています。ピンナップ100枚作成中。pixiv & artstation連続投稿中。■物語：お休み。ちょっと別物の構成検討始めて見た。■運動：■考え：■造形：■その他：■グッズ制作： お店トップはこちら。 https://chairhouse.booth.pm よければ見てやってください。 ☆☆☆☆☆
