I really enjoyed pairing @solkiki_chocolatemaker Coasta Esmeraldas Ecuador 100% bar, with it’s low acidity and thick fudge mouth feel with some of their other bars. Hands down winner was pairing it with their Star Anisey. Their Gianduja and Milkless Milk bars were also delicious pairings.
