45+ minutes swim class
bike ride home
the swim instructor’s name is Tom. He was in the Navy and he was a diver. There were 5 other people in the class. We worked on Australian crawl stroke and doing better with our breathing. There is 1 lady in class who never swam before. She is working on floating and getting her face in the water.

the gym workers received mini Reeses
top = in true Monday fashion, my bicycle pump hose broke before i could air up my tires. i do have an electric pump until i can get another hand pump
warm and breezy weather today
replaced a toilet fill valve at daughter’s house. she said it has been having intermittent issues but was working fine for me. replaced it anyway so hopefully she has less issues.
my 1st of 4 swimming lessons is this evening. a little anxious. i can swim but need to improve on my breathing.
ham and cheese sandwich for lunch
working on some other projects around the house this afternoon
grilled hamburgers and carrots and beans for supper
