woaugh im trying to stay awake so im thinkin about the little guys and mmm mulberry... shes so cool and deserves so much appreciation and love its so sad how she's overlooked as a character I mean look at her. look at how shes so full of anxiety she can't even sleep at night without her plush. and yet her job asks her to flirt with death constantly??? she's being so brave about it and I'm proud of her it was her choice to help victims of catastrophes and despite her family being against it she did it anyway!!! and she's doing amazing!!! everyone should give mulberry a little headpat

So, wasnt the arknights official art book supposed to come with a code for an Amiya skin? Because mine did not.
Did I miss something? There just straight up does not appear to be one. But whe website clearly said there was supposed to be one for Amiya´s planter skin.
I dont really care that much about the skin but its the principle of the thing moreso.
Since im pretty sure this is just Yostar messing up and I seem to recall hearing other people did not get theirs, any idea where I should contact to fix this mess? Yostar took down their complaints forum last I checked.

Took a look at the Arknights official artworks design document, which I found uploaded by @koplakever. Very good. Gonna give some comments on some of them.The following images are all taken from “Arknights Official Artwork RESET Vol. 1″
Really good poses. Always found her outfit nice and easy to parse, but on further inspection...
!!!
Unlike Astesia, GreyThroat’s outfit I find difficult to get a grasp on. (Her Elite 2 outfit is much easier.)
But... even like this it still doesn’t fully make sense to me. The cloak it so layered, that it’d deserve its own breakdown. Also, why are you just walking around wearing a neon leash? You do you, but I’m still going to question it. Until now I thought it was part of the cloak.
Extremely rare hatless Glaucus. Look at the widdle ears. Also great concepts for the E2 artwork poses.
May is so cute here! She’s always kinda cute, but in an annoying little sibling way. Here she’s just cute. The jacket tied around the waist was always a good look. Again, love the E2 concepts. Even more varied here than with Glaucus, with some very different moods even. The final one is great, but I really love top left with the different hat too.
Orchid looks so... light without the extra skirt. A good look.

PLUUUUUME!!!! God she’s perfect. I had already understood her outfit, but even so it’s a lot of effort to draw properly. I usually simplify the cloak.
This breakdown is so good though. Absolutely based deel. Please hire them for the artworks for another operator.
Also...
Very cute Silence. She’s so sleepy... You will look at her wing. Also some more good concept pieces. I now also theoretically know her full name... if I could read the last part of it. Hermer? Hekmek? Who knows. I’m leaning towards the former.
Soggy bird. Give her a hug and buy her a meal.
The alternate horn design is really neat. Love the extra poses again.

Thank you so much to all my followers who supported through out the entirety of 2023!
It has honestly been A YEAR for me. I received my very first official commission, and not just one but about 5 of them!?
It's such a dream to me to be able to earn money off my own artwork...!

To put it simply:
❤︎ This is a series where I make fullbody artworks (duuuuuhhh) of a character (original or fanart) as if it where an official artwork (if it’s an artwork of an oc it IS official then!)
❤︎ The purpose is to use those artworks for merch and also to show exemples of what I’m able to do if I had to draw official sprites for any kind of potential project (games, merch etc..)

thank you so much for liking it 🥹🥹💖 my chongyue liker friend actually sent me a bunch of screenshots from dillongoo's LEGEND OF CHONGYUE arknights animation!! i took some artistic liberties while drawing it but these reference images really helped and it was way better than attempting to look at other official artwork lolol
im so glad someone else noticed the stupid amount of detail i drew in his arm tattoo because i genuinely fretted over it JDJSHDKS ,, its no trouble at all really, i love when i get asks :D

So instead of doing something fun I wake up to finding out more bs from Yostar Korea, I will explain below but first, reminder, please write in about this to Yostar and Hypergryph (again, unlikely HG had anything to do with this but their silence on this matter is still extremely disappointing)

They did not take down an artist´s work this time for extremely flimsy reasons and call not hating women a divisive position that divides people and then go on about how Arknights strives to be apolitical. Or have the social media manager liking on the official AK Korea twitter account art of Jessica being tortured.
This time it was a bit less severe, they censored Jessica the Liberated in game artwork.
For those unaware there is a conspiracy theory in South Korea about there being a wide spread thing of femenists in video games hiding hand signs that imply small dicks in gacha games specificallly to harass men.
Because of this many gacha games will censor any hand gesture that can even remotely resemble such when publishing in Korea, this is very common and done by many gacha games.
Which like, is part of the problem.
They are catering to sexist pigs which then helps cultivate an audience of said sexist pigs who they need to keep placating.
And quite frankly, the people who make these games, artists, writers, etc. Deserve to be treated better then to have their work censored or removed to appease sexists. Because I love Arknights and it means a lot to me it really hurts seeing the people making it have their work be disrespected like this by the publisher, and it hurts seeing the studio being silent about this.
I strongly suggest completely boycotting originite packs and similar things, make clear on any survey for the game that actions such as this make you NOT want to spend money on the game, WRITE to both Yostar and Hypergryph and explain you do NOT want to support a game that bends over to the whims of sexist pigs.
I want to be able to say that I did *something* about this. Arknights is the gacha game I have spent the most money in, but I have a hard time justifying doing so anymore if this situation continues, which I am going to tell Yostar and Hypergryph, and I think anyone reading this should do so as well, also I think you should tell other people to tell them that as well.
Yostar needs to issue a full apology and put back all the artworks they took down or censored to the way they were, and unless that or HG cutting off their partnership with Yostar happens, or at the very least strongly condemns these actions, I am gonna stop buying any more packs for the game.
I do however suggest you go support artists harmed by such practices, im sure other people know of more but the only one I know of from the top of my head is here: https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/16826909
For Arknights ones, for other games i also know at least of Vellmori for Limbus Company who was also targetted by incels.

EDIT: Previously suggested boycotting Jessica banner, this was a pretty silly suggestion made in anger when not thinking clearly. The important thing is to refuse to give any MONEY. Pull all you want. Just dont spend ANY money.

haven't seen anyone put a full recap anywhere, which is a shame because there's so much going on in this one! so i'll be posting everything you might have missed in text-form, for anyone who wants that kind of summary.
