Having porous skin sucks. Like if I even touch garlic I smell like garlic. And having sensory problems with some smells doesn't help.

the other day i spilled a whole large fast food mango lemonade all over my lap on my way to a college advising appointment and I'm still thinking about that. it was tragic.

Okay I finished Paradise Rot last night and... What the actual bloody fuck

What on earth was that absolute fever dream I just consumed

I will never be able to see mould or rotting fruit or mushrooms in the same way ever again

I absolutely have to reread it soon because I swear I'm only half understanding this ending

hey guys so i'm back from greece and like serious time here

last time i was there i was miserably mentally sick. i didn't know how to deal with what my mother was doing to me, and there i was, alone with her on a trip to one of the only places my little mind had ever dreamed of going.

i don't remember a lot of it. i remember a lot of bad scary parts with my mother from there.

i just went back. and it was so freeing.

i got to go to the temple of poseidon at cape sounion again. the sun was setting and the wind was fucking raging and the little grouses were running around and i could breathe and think, "This truly was wonderful after all. i didn't imagine those little good parts."

i took back what i had not loved, and took it for myself again.
