Summary:
Scar can’t risk giving out trust easily, but he can’t help but hand it over to Grian completely. It’s a weakness, but one he’s fully accepted. He’s signed away his fate now, whatever that means, and now can only wait for that fate to arrive.

Summary:
Grian hums and switches tactics, “Alright. So, using an example, there are probably worlds that you can travel between as it is. Although those worlds would be similar to this one, at least in its base form.”
Scar falters in his steps, the vulnerable tone returning to his voice, “I can change worlds?”
Grian grimaces a little, “You can only go to worlds you know of. If you don’t know of an alternate world or how to make one, you’re stuck in the world you’re born to.”
Scar frowns and doesn’t reply, forcing the walk to return to silence. Grian doesn’t push the conversation further, letting Scar control it. Grian hates how little he can share that isn’t akin to putting salt in Scar’s wounds.
