白米の上に贅沢に敷き詰められた蒲焼がのった「うな重」にはうざく（鰻入り酢物）、一口茶そば、フルーツ、香物に、茶碗蒸しと肝焼きが付いてきます。
鰻は先代の焼く技術を受け継いだ唯一の弟子が、注文が入ってから新鮮な国産うなぎを手間暇惜しまず丁寧に焼き上げます。
