Appearance: Regent is 5'11"/180 cm tall. He was born with red eyes, something he is very proud of. He is blonde with freckles. He has a collection of ear piercings. He wears fingerless gloves or "reasons". He doesn't wear much makeup since it would cover is "natural beauty" as he claims.
Personality: Regent is the oldest of four siblings (all girls). As such, he is a dotting older brother but also the one most used to their parents' behavior. He tends to be the one given the hardest tasks now that he's reached a certain age. He enjoys that fact because he is allowed to hunt on his own now. He has a huge ego due to the constant praise Rook gives. Regent is conceded because he believes his beauty is unmatched. This leads him to being cruel when he feels slighted. His obsessions with appearance, desire to be worshiped, and vengeful nature makes him the perfect leader of Pomefiore.
Regent isn't all bad. He can make friends with others when he puts his ego aside. When he feels safe he is similar to Yuu and shows his soft side. To the lucky few who achieve that level, he can be a bit clingy. It's almost embarrassing how affectionate he is and always greets them with a kiss. Composure isn't his strong suit.
Love rabbits. Has a pet rabbit named Pistol, a Broken Rex who is extremely friendly.
Regent's 3 sisters are named Contessa, Jubilee, and Reine.
Story: Regent was always raised to be a hunter. Both his parents expressed its importance. Naturally, he developed the idea that to live you must be able to prove your worth. Not that he felt unworthy but he enjoyed taking on challenges. They built obstacle courses and targets for him to train on. Occasionally he would go to his dad's gallery openings where he learned more about his father's devotion beauty. When he saw a painting of him he became obsessed with the praise he received for his beauty as patrons gazed at his likeness. He too began chasing after his own version of beauty.
Pistol has been Regent's best friend since birth. Rabbits were the perfect pets to him and he hates dogs after one attacked one of the family rabbits and making Jubilee cry.
Regent knew it was a matter of time before he would attend NRC and went eagerly. He also knew he would be attending with Vil Schoenheit's daughter Molly but he didn't know he would also be in the same class as Neinge LeBlanche's daughter as well. His father was going to say something but Yuu dragged him away by the ear.
Regent of course had to consider which girl suited his taste but was also dragged away like his father.

Savannah was born and raised in New York. Her father is a hedge fund manager and her mother is a socialite who also runs an art gallery.
As soon as she was old enough, Savvy’s parents enrolled their little princess in ballet class hoping that it would help hone the little girls energy and teacher her discipline, and there was no looking back from there. She had a natural talent that only progressed as she got older. The girl has a love hate relationship with the art. She loves ballet but hates how much discipline and focus it takes while she’s doing it. The classes and rehearsals are the bane of her existence, but she thrives being on stage. There’s no one there telling her what do to, counting steps, asking her to repeat variations and she can zone out and do her thing.
Although she does a fantastic job of remaining poised and graceful onstage, off stage, not so much. As soon as she’s done performing, she lets her hair down (literally and figuratively) and is focused on having a good time. She feels that life is much more fun when it’s a party, so her carefree, live it up attitude typically makes it easy for her to make friends.
After years of dancing with the New York City Ballet, Savvy decided that she wanted a change in scenery and that’s how she ended up in Red Edge. She very much enjoys the more laid back demeanor of the west coast.

Savvy had actually gotten quite a bit of cleaning done in her closet, there were at least 3 large trunks full of clothes that she was going to donate. But as she said, it wasn’t as quick and easy as she thought it would be. But still, she got it done. As a reward, she decided that she would have a drink and layout by the pool in her backyard. After deciding on a red bikini, the brunette would pull her hair up into a pony tail and head downstairs to the kitchen. She quickly mixed up a rum and diet coke and made her way outback.
Laying down on one of the loungers, she would grab her phone and shoot out a text, telling her friends that if he wanted to they could bring bathing suits and that she would be out by the pool. They had been to her place enough times to be able to maneuver their way into and around the house to get to the backyard. Setting her phone down on the table next to her she picked up her glass and took a long drink. Soon enough she set that down as well, and gave herself a quick sunscreen application before laying back, getting comfortable and closing her eyes.

Once she finished High School she took a gap year to travel and see the world because she was always a very creative girl who liked to paint and sculpt gifts for her family with clay and such things. After a year of traveling, she decided to go to the college she got accepted into called the University of the Arts in Philadelphia majoring in Illustration with minors in Art Education and Museum Studies. At college she met a guy who she thought was the love of her life, getting married on a whim in Las Vegas when she had only turned 21 and then divorced a year later. Ryker helped her through the divorce so once she finished her studies in Philly she temporarily moved back to New York. As someone who was always on the move, Abbey tried to settle and find a job that felt fulfilling but after dabbling in fashion for a while and becoming a stylist’s assistant she eventually went back to traveling the world, taking professional photography classes and learning new techniques for her art. Two years ago she gave living in New York another try, opened her own art gallery and works part-time at New York’s School of the Arts, giving workshops for those as passionate as her about art. She also recently did an excursion into the acting world through her connections, being casted in the role as ‚Barbie‘ and now winning awards for it but she has decided it would only be a one-time experience as she doesn’t like the shallowness of Hollywood.

The Movie Poster Project
The Assignment
Person A describes a movie plot to Person B.
Perhaps in a different language. Do not reveal the title. Do not art direct the image. Remember The Wizard of Oz.
Person B draws/paints movie poster.
Move quickly; don’t overthink it. Liberally add guns, explosions, cleavage, muscles, monsters, Michael Jackson—whatever you think will help sell the movie.
When nearly complete, Person A reveals the title and Person B adds the title to the movie poster.
Suggested medium: watercolor on 6" x 9" paper.

The Story
The Movie Poster Project emerged from a conversation between Brian Stimson and me. I had been admiring bespoke Ghanaian movie posters, a bizarre and magical treasure trove of artistry. (Find more here, here, here and here.) I shared them with Brian, an 80s action movie enthusiast.
Immediately, we had questions:
Had the artist seen the movie? Who described these movies to the artist? Were the descriptions transcribed from an unfamiliar language? How could you account for the gratuitous violence, explosions and Michael Jackson? Are Ghanaian audiences expecting to actually see Robin Williams in drag stab a guy in the eye with a broomstick? Are they disappointed to find The Godfather isn’t about a giant cat?
These unlicensed images have an abundance of creative license. While deviating from the true plot, these posters feel like they were created by true fans. Unlike the heavily Photoshopped detritus to which we are so accustomed—official Hollywood posters—these masterfully crude artworks feel celebratory and precious.
Brian and I imagined being assigned the task of creating movie posters for a cinema. We added a few parameters (see above) to inspire unexpected solutions and set forth to make our own movie posters.
We assigned more friends to make posters, and the results were amazing. We shared prompts with strangers/new friends at drink & draws, and the results were amazing. The earnestness, silliness, winsomeness and, indeed, artfulness are amazing.
We want to share The Movie Poster Project—by assigning posters to folks and by posting them online. As they accumulate, I will post the results here. Who knows? Perhaps it will inspire you to make some posters with friends. (I’d love to see the results! Contact me by email via michael at buchino.net.)

Character Information
This is the story of how I died. Don't worry, this is actually a very fun story. And the truth is, it isn't even mine. This is the story of a boy, named Eugene Fitzherbert.
It starts off like any fairytale, the Prince is born to wealth and fortune, his parents sparkle in the eye of the public even though their true image is much more sinister and dark. You see, there’s always a market for illegal magic goods, and if you know what you’re doing well you can live in the sun and the shadows.
This isn’t that story, in fact after dear Eugene Fitzherbert was born his family only remained in the spotlight for another seven years. That’s when they came, seizing all assets, everything they used to make their money. The family split apart, fractured and Eugene was left on his own.
That day he ended up in an orphanage, and you can only imagine how a boy with a silver spoon reacted when he had nothing left.
It wasn’t pretty, and it was half the reason he didn’t stay in foster homes for too long. Poor Eugene ended up in a group home. You can only imagine for a kid with the name Eugene, well it didn’t go well.
The next part of this story follows a boy named Fitz.
Fitz learned quickly he was on his own. He had learned unless he provided for himself no one else would. This came in the form of stealing. Every door was open to him, something he never understood how anyone else couldn’t see. Was it not normal that someone couldn’t see all the bearings of that steel vault or pick up on all the security cameras in the gallery. Well sucks to suck.
Fitz made a name for himself and never went back. By the time he was 18 he was living by himself admiring the castle (Penthouse Apartment) he had returned to.
But like any good story there is tragedy.
Fitz’s wealth came from illegal magick items and it shouldn’t be surprising that he ended up stealing a car meant to transport those very items.
That should have been his end, but it turned out his skill set was of certain use to them and well it was a steady paycheck.
But Fitz was a curious person, and locks and doors never kept him out. It didn’t take him too long to figure out just how deep he had gotten himself, and with no plan B, Fitz was sunk.
Here’s where the heroes come into play by the name of the Rescue Aid Society. You thought Fitz was the hero? Nope, Fitz is just a clever thief. And thieves aren’t real heroes.
The Rescue Aid Society promised help if he returned the favour. Information was the key. Locations were even better. And maybe, just maybe the thief could become a hero.
It was only a matter of time before they realized they had been betrayed and the shot to kill order went out.
The heroes step in and save the day relocating the ex-hero to a sleepy little town that apparently isn’t so sleepy.
The next part of this story follows a boy named Flynn Rider.

Heeeyyy so we’re kind of broke rn (tl;dr one of our debit cards got declined at the grocery store this week, I haven’t been getting much freelance work, and I’m trying to afford a $60 copay for next Friday), so commissions are pretty much available indefinitely until further notice. :V
Prices are still flexible but here’s a general idea of what I’ll do:

Digital, flat color - $20 (additional characters +$10)
Full color digital (vector or painting) - $30+ (additional characters +$15, backgrounds +$20)
