Danny gets mistaken for Superman 24.2.23
DP x DC. Danny Phantom, Superman, Batman.
A group of villains attack an event they know the JL is going to be investigating undercover. They're looking for secret Identities amongst the crowd, and Danny, long since a full-fledged adult, happens to be attending as well.
Danny, unlike Clark, does not dress to conceal his physique, or hide behind glasses, or hold himself to seem smaller or bumbling.
He gets wrongly picked out as Superman within moments.
And Danny, who can fly, who has mild superstrength, who can tell where kryptonite is because it radiates like all food-quality ectoplasam, who's not as concerned about being discovered since the meta rights act overturned the anti-ecto acts, and who's only become more of a gremlin as full fledged adult, figures 'Sure, why not, I can be Superman :)'
Batman is not the only person who is blindsided when "Superman" leans over and eats the kryptonite right out of the man's hand.
"That was rock candy." Not-Superman gave the man a cheshire cat grin. "You might want to double-check your supplier."
"That was definitely kryptonite," Superman informed him over the com, his voice flat with the kind of flabbergasted disbelief Batman had thought they both left behind a couple of world-ending-disasters ago.

Guardian Spirits 7.2.23
DP x DC. Clockwork, Danny, Pandora, Robin, Superboy, The Big Three, confused teachers. Clockwork is Kronos.
“That,” Diana says, sounding like she just got thrown face-first through a building and is struggling to regain her breath, “is Lord Kronos and Lady Pandora.”
Ah.
Clark would’ve said they don’t have any heartbeats.
Neither of them felt the need to play captain obvious and point out things like glowing, floating, blue skin, or Obviously Not Human.
Danny got away from his parents and Amity and is attending school under the name Phantom —because why be subtle when you don’t plan on showing anyone your ghost half. The same school Robin and Superboy are attending.
Some sort of parental advisory meeting or parents day or something— is called, and Bruce and Clark attend in their civvies, with Diana tagging along as the designated holder of the brain cell.
Clockwork and Pandora show up as Danny’s guardians, not making the slightest effort to hide anything at all.

On Display 5.2.23
DP x DC. Clockwork, Danny Phantom, John Constantine. Ghost King Danny.
"Oh no." The words were filled with a quite horror.
John Constantine grimaced. "You can feel it too?"
"How could you not?" Shazam was starring horror struck at the scene of the screen in front of them, Zatana just behind him. "They're family."
John turned away from the screen. He didn't need to watch it to know what was going on, it just provided context for the helpless fear and all-consuming protective rage echoing across the world that any idiot with a smidgen of magical sensitivity could feel. "Well, obviously some idiots are managing to miss that memo. We need to stop this now." He turned. "Bats, stay out of this one."
"What? Why?" Batman -predictably- growled.
"Because this is not the time for your morals," this was not the time for the Justice League to be involved, but the very public broadcast had made keeping it to just the Justice League Dark impossible, "he's going to kill them, and we are going to stand out of his way and let him, unless it's to hold them down for his swing. And hope he doesn't hold the whole planet responsible and start a cross-dimnsional war with us!"
Being ancient and being powerful does not mean being invulnerable. A group of cultists successfully capture Clockwork, planning to use him as a scapegoat/sacrifice to summon the Ghost King. Once the ritual starts they have three hours to plead their case before the summoned King the circle breaks and he is released into the world.
Clockwork makes an incredibly powerful, enticing, and rare sacrifice, what Ghost King would turn that down?
One who's just had his family tortured in front of him for three hours.
Unfortunately for the cultists, Danny loves his mentor, and their fate was sealed from the moment they put their hands on him.
The Justice League/Justice League Dark are racing to rescue Clockwork before the 3 hours is up, to try to lighten the King's ire as much as they can. Sam and Tucker are also racing to find Clockwork and stop the cultists as quick as they can (and probably a bit more willing to break kneecaps to see it done).
Day (618/100) in my #∞daysofwriting @the-wip-project 8th of Feb. Okay technically I wrote almost all the prose between the dialogue today, but I didn’t want to leave it empty T-T T-T T-T

New Family 25.2.23
DP x DC. Greek Gods, Wonder Woman, Danny Phantom, Shazam, John Constantine. Danny & Clockwork. Clockwork is Kronos.
There are, amongst all the other kinds of truth-telling magic that exist, some meetings in the Infinite Realms where you can only refer to others by their correct title, regardless of what you may know or not know about them.
"Lord Zues, God of the Sky and Storms, King of the Gods of Mount Olympus, Younges-" Th announcer cuts himself off awkwardly, frowning and blinking in surprise.
"The Young-" He cuts himself off again, frowning more deeply. After a moment he tries again, this time with a slightly different wording.
"The Son of Lord Kronos." Silence falls.
The meeting continues, everyone there having enough sense -by some miracle- not to cause a scene or insight chaos. But as soon as the meeting is over rumors spread like wildfire across the Infinite Realms.
Lord Kronos has had another son.
From there it spreads to those mortal agents on Earth (most of whom begin to panic, just like the Infinite Realms), including the Justice League, several of whom have a personal stake in the situation.

Do Onto Others 6.2.23
DP x DC. Danny Phantom, Clockwork, Wonder Woman. Clockwork is Kronos.
There was, very suddenly, a distinct presence in the Watchtower, filling the air with an overwhelming sense of power and death-
"Hello granddaughter."
-and everyone jumped.
A large glowing humanoid figure in a purple cloak was standing where there hadn't been anyone before, staring directly at Wonder Woman. He lifted up a smaller figure, a brightly glowing teen in a hazmat suit, by the back of the neck like a cat.
"His will is currently bound to mine through an ancient spell, and it would better if we were not around eachother while I work on breaking it." He set the boy down. "Watch him for a while."
the larger figure vanished into thin air.
Only half the presence disappeared.
The teen grinned up at them from the ground. "Hi!"
The Observants bound Clockwork to their will long ago, manipulating his Obsession to align with their nature and casting a powerful loyalty spell. They could not bind Danny the same way, but they could force Clockwork to do so. There was a distinct short-sightedness to this daisy-chain line of thinking though, especially given that Danny’s Obsession is protecting people.
His loyalty was to Clockwork, not them, and he thought his mentor would be a lot better off without the Observants hanging over him. It didn't take him very long at all break Clockwork free.
Now Clockwork just needs a bit of time to return the favor (and blow up the Observants).
So he drops Danny off with Diana for babysitting.

Reverse Summoning 14.2.23
DP x DC. Clockwork, Batman, John Constantine, the Justice League, Danny Phantom. Clockwork is Kronos.
The Justice League get called to deal with a cult attempting to summon Kronos.
Constantine wasn’t particularly worried about the summoning circle. It had all the appropriate stuff to make contact, but nowhere near enough power to force anything to come through, so it would probably be brushed off by an imperious god.
What he didn’t expect was for Kronos to use it to reverse summon everyone in the room, because he didn’t know that was even POSSIBLE.
And then the Justice League is face-to-face with an absolutely livid Master of Time.
He is not happy with the cult trying to waste his time with summoning spells, and won’t let the JL leave unless they help him with something. Rescuing his son, who’s been kidnapped and is being experimented on by the GIW.
Batman is the first one to agree.

The Council of the Dead Would Like to Inform the Justice League that “Magical Girl” is a Gender-Neutral Term 16.2.23
DP x DC. Danny, Dani, Dan, Vlad, Clockwork, the Justice League. Redeemed Vlad, redeemed Dan, Ghost King Danny.
Amity gets suddenly transported to the DC universe, but that doesn’t mean anybody realizes it suddenly exists. Amity was already extremely liminal and under an information blackout, and both those things stay true making it really hard to think about for anybody that doesn’t already know about it.
Just be DC hasn’t noticed Amity does not mean Amity hasn’t noticed DC, which is why Danny is out exploring this world that’s absolutely full of heroes.
Unfortunately, DC is even more full of disasters, and he’s forced to transform to protect some people. He books it out of there immediately afterward and disappears.
Everyone assumes he’s a magical girl. A black-haired blue-eyed “civilian” had a whole freaking transformation, fixed everything with magic, and flew away. Was he Tim Drake? Related to the Superboys? A random teen? One of Bruce Wayne’s other children? No-ones ever seen a hero with a transformation before.
Danny finds out about this and is more than willing to play along.
He can make his transformation more dramatic, :) he can design some special attacks, :) Clockwork can he use a time medallion as a boost item?* (Clockwork says yes.) :D
With Vlad, Dani, and Dan playing along too they even have a pretty decent magical girl team, complete with Vlad playing the dark horse magical girl rival whose more rude and abrasive but ultimately on the same side for bonus Justice League trolling.
The Justice League is absolutely loosing their minds apparently living through a Magical Girl anime. Especially after threats from the Infinite Realms start getting involved.
*The ultimate boost item is, of course, the Crown of Fire.
Dani, Danny, and Dan introduce themselves as half-siblings. For the pun.

Thinking about those pevensie children 18.2.23
DP x DC. Danny Phantom, the Justice League. Ghost King Danny.
Time runs differently in the Infinite Realms. It takes Danny a while to realize, but matter how long he spends there, no time has passed at all when he returns to Amity Park. His friends still don’t really comprehend it, they’ve only taken trips that last hours, a couple days at most, where it can almost be brushed off as time simply running fast when they get home.
Danny’s taken trips that have lasted months, years, (a decade of training,) he knows that no matter how long he takes, when he returns it will be as though he never left.
The ghosts get used to Danny’s constantly yo-yo-ing age as he ducks in and out of the Infinite Realms, growing and aging and resetting every time he goes back to Amity.
Then he becomes the King, and years becomes decades and centuries.
All things accounted for; the number of calls for help they receive, the world-ending disasters they have to deal with, how good a job Danny has done keeping his city under control, the Justice League arriving in Amity Park two years after the hauntings begin is not all that bad.
It’s still too long.
Danny is not a 14 year old anymore, he’s an ancient being who has grown up again and again, who steps back into a 14-year-old body when he returns to earth. He is the ruler of a kingdom and Amity Park is part of it.

Family Bonds 11.2.23
DP x DC. Danny Phantom, Justice League, Clockwork. Clockwork is Kronos.
Danny is stuck with the Justice League, unfortunately they’ve decided his ghost powers —his “Lazarus Pit infection”— is a danger from which he needs to be cured, and bound his powers.
Thankfully he has learned a bit about how to lie and manipulate over the years, and many of the people here know how to contact Greek gods the old ways. Even if it’s technically not a god Danny wants, but a titan under a different name.
He’s rapidly assembling the pieces needed to summon his dad guardian mentor (read: dad), all he needs now is opportunity. And if the Justice League thought Danny was dangerous they are going to have one nasty shock when face-to-face with the Master of Time.

Zone Royalty 3.2.23
DP x DC. Danny Phantom, Clockwork, Wonder Woman, John Constantine, Shazam.
So, Clockwork is Kronos! Also, the Infinite Realms include all the various afterlifes and hells (there are a lot of them), which means one of the lesser kings in attendance when the High King/Ghost King calls a meeting of Important People, is Hades.
Now Hades doesn't know anything about the new Ghost King, but Danny calls a meeting, so he attends.
And then in walks Clockwork.
Now, the ancients are supposed to be like advisors to the King, but everyone knows why the ancient of time never shows up. He's kinda, ya'know, a little supposed to be imprisoned. As soon as the meeting is adjourned Hades rushes back home to tell the rest of his family that Kronos is free, and they all panic and end up contacting their mortal agents and intermediaries, because, well, none of them really want to risk going 1-on-1 with the titan of time. Which is how the Justice League gets involved and sent to investigate the situation.
So Diana, Shazam, Constantine, and a few others end up making their way into the Zone and going to look for Clockwork. He's pretty easy to find actually, he's hanging around Danny, and finding Danny is just a case of following his rouges. Now they just need to find out what he's is up to. Is he going to attack Mount Olympus and try to retake his throne from Zeus? Is he going to try to reignite worship of him on earth?
And Constantine is like; I don't know what to tell you, but That Is A Ghost. He looks like a ghost, floats like a ghost, radiates ectoplasam like a ghost, and freaking purrs like a ghost. He's not a god, he’s a ghost.
Or; leave a dead guy (even a god) in the Ghost Zone long enough, and, big surprise, he turns into a ghost.

Flash gets kidnapped by Clockwork 9.2.23
DP x DC. Clockwork, the Flash, Danny Phantom, the Justice League. Liminal!Amity.
"You," Flash found himself very suddenly upside-down, face-to-face with someone who had blue skin, and in a glowing green room full of giant gears, which was not at all where he'd been before, "are threatening to make me miss my son's graduation."
The blood should've been rushing to his head by this point, should he be concerned that it wasn't? He'd been to space before, and somehow gravity felt more optional here.
Flash's powers make him a headache to deal with for the Master of Time —so many small disruptions to the time stream that threaten to spiral out of control— to the point that Clockwork kidnaps him and leaves trapped him in his lair for a day to make sure he can't cause any problems that force Clockwork to miss Danny's graduation.
Investigating this leads to them to Amity, which is so liminal (so much Danny's, so much Clockwork's,) that Flash's powers simply stop working the moment he sets foot in its boarders. It's all but within its own bubble of time that's not connected to the rest of the universe -or the speedforce- at all.

Higher Power 3.2.23
DP x DC. Danny Phantom, Clockwork, Justice League, Clockwork is Kronos.
Someone summons Clockwork/Kronos, basically a summoning a demon type deal except with a god. Whatever members of the Justice League were here to try to stop this guy start to panic, because they were not supposed to let this guy succeed, if he manages to bargain power out of Kronos it is going to be bad, but Clockwork just;
"I call upon a higher power to speak in my place."
And suddenly there’s a floating teenager with white hair?
Bonus: Clockwork is gonna get in trouble for this. It's against whatever rules the Observants have him obeying for him to 'act under the name Kronos', and this was technically in violation of that. The Observants don't care that he was literally summoned against his will they're going to punish him for it anyway.

Death Throes 2.2.23
DP x DC. Danny Phantom, Clockwork, Wonder Woman, John Constantine, Nightwing.
Clockwork goes to war with the Observants to protect Danny. It ends up spiraling into a fight that destroys the entire time stream, and with it the rest of their universe.
Clockwork manages to get them safely out to another universe, but with the time stream of their universe -the very object of his obsession- destroyed, his core is fractured, he has a few weeks left at most before his End. And with Danny's obsession being to protect, well... with Clockwork's impending death on top of the entire rest of their universe, the clock is ticking for him too.
No-one in the DC universe knows any of this when they first arrive. All they know is that another universe's version of Kronos and his firstborn son Hades have entered this universe, which gets passed on hard and fast to the Justice League by anyone even remotely capable of sensing the problem, because That Is Not Good. A pair of critically injured ghosts were not what the Justice League was expecting to find.

Clockwork Objects 1.2.23
Dp x Dc. Clockwork, Danny, Wonder Woman. Clockwork is Kronos.
Long ago, the Titan Kronos was overthrown by his son Zeus and 'killed', as much as a god can be. He was imprisoned within the Infinite Realms to act as the keeper of the time stream, where he stayed until the most recent King, Danny, decided his mentor didn’t deserve to be locked up any longer.
The next person who succeeds in threatening Diana Prince revives a very nasty shock when her grandfather steps in.

Ancient Bloodline 26.2.27
DP x DC. Clockwork, Wonder Woman, the Observants. Clockwork & Diana. Clockwork is Kronos.
The Observants have had enough of Clockwork's willful disobedience of them, so they team up with a group of mortal mages to find another to whom they can transfer the role and the bindings of Timekeeper. While they would have preferred to keep everything within the Infinite Realms, given the strength of Clockwork's powers the only way to be certain it would be successful is to use one of his own blood.
Before Diana can really register what's going on, she's already been scooped protectively behind the other figure in the circle, who's growling threateningly at their captors. There are few people who would instinctively protect one of the big 3, and Diana is a little floored to find out Lord Kronos is one of them.
Clockwork's powers are contained by the circle he's trapped in, but his captors made the mistake of throwing his granddaughter in with him and assuming he wouldn't do everything he could to keep her safe. And as her com is in the circle with them, it is an easy matter to set it back 30 minuets in its personal timeline, to before its connection to the Watchtower got cut.

Superman gets adopted by the Ghost King 15.2.23
DP x DC. Superman, Danny Phantom, JL, Lex Luthor. Danny & Superman. Ghost King!Danny. Character (un)death(?)
Superman dies, and wakes up floating in the Ghost Zone. Not that that means he isn’t dead, quite the opposite really, it is the Ghost Zone after all.
King Phantom gets to show the new hero-ghost around the Ghost Zone, showing him the ropes, figuring out what his Obsession is, and what to do when it points back toward the living world.
And hey, he heroed for the world while (half)dead, if Clark wants to, all it’ll take is figuring out how much the world is ready to cope with, and getting used to a new power set.
“Superman.” Lex deadpanned. The (dead) hero was floating in his largely kryptonian-proof living room, somehow not setting off any alarms or motion detectors. And glowing green. Either someone was trying some new kind of magic or shapeshifter or something on him, or he was hallucinating. He wasn’t up for dealing with the former. He groaned. “Great, now you’re haunting me.”
Superman winced and grinned somewhat sheepishly. “Uh, yes, actually.”
