waking up jolting from a nightmare out of your shared bed. It’s Makis inner demons from the zen’in clan. As a jujitsu sorcerer, it’s one of the most rewarding yet gut wrenching experiences to have as a result of an occupation. Maki looks over by her left side, seeing her lovely y/n sound asleep. you woke up maki from their nightmare multiple times.. And sounding soft asleep. maki puts up her glasses, and looks at you. after a few minutes she’s watching you tossing and turning in your sleep, Maki is holding you close and rubbing your head “y/n…squishy…”

“Squishy wake up… it’s okay it’s okay I’m here .” You’ll hum softly nodding stretching, when you had to use the bathroom. you’re back in bed from doing your business. “Is everything okay, mami?”

“Y-yeah no everything’s fine-“ y/n tries to cover up the fact she had a nightmare. But she starts to tear up. “No…. No it’s okay.” Y/n wanted to hug maki. And just started crying.

here you are being comforted by maki, she’s been having some bad days, or some nightmares. She’s used to it. Maki has already lost her innocence. “You were bleeding out badly..” Maki is holding onto to you tightly. “I can’t lose you again…” y/n muttered against her shoulders, maki began to rub your bag and kiss your forehead softly. “hey hey hey. Y/n.” Maki would speak so softly to you with her honey like voice. “Look at me baby.” your colored eyes looked into Makis dark golden hazel orbs. she’s holding your face with her slender yet delicate hands, that have calloused over the years of her training.

“Im not going anywhere y/n.” Maki would smile as she wipes the tears of your eyes with her thumbs kissing your forehead softly.

“Nor am I ever leaving you for another girl…” you’ll sniffle and wipe your eyes, with your oversized sweatshirt, “why not…I feel like a crybaby…” Y/n mutters sniffling
