I wonder what Gojo’s emotional outlet is. Like, there’s no way he doesn’t have one we just don’t see it. I was watching this movie where this guy said he goes to his basement and screams and destroys shit for stress relief. It made me think maybe Gojo does something like that in a room at his estate and that’s why he can go back to the school all smiles and laughing. Then I felt sad.

I feel like he's definitely one to wallow and brood, and he'd never (under almost any circumstances) crack when he knows he's being watched. I think he'd be super careful with it, since he knows how he's perceived and he's aware that he's terrifying when he's angry/hurting.

i also like to think that satoru would be worried about scaring his loved ones away by showing this, so he bottles it up and handles his grief by himself </3

I was remembering what you said about Gojo not wanting to lose control in front of the people he cares about because he may scare them away. Then I thought about how you like vampires and how what if Gojo got turned into a vampire in canon universe (don’t even ask how) and he had trouble controlling his desire for blood and one of his students or coworkers cut themselves on accident or something. Just something I thought about.

it would be that one scene from the first Twilight film where Bella cuts her finger in front of Edward's entire family, just in reverse LOLOLOLOL

I know you talk about tags sometimes and how it’s tragic when all the tags are perfect and then it says top character/sub reader. Another one that bothers me too is “Gojo has a god complex.” Can’t read those

literally omg!!!! like okay, I understand that we are all entitled to our own interpretations, BUT: some interpretations are baseless/go against what has been explicitly stated/shown in canon... and this is one of them!!!

you want an actual character with a God complex? try Light Yagami when he fully commits to his alias as Kira. that's an actual God complex.

Gojo, on the other hand, is viewed by other characters as an omnipotent man (until his death, which is why it's so shocking). he is placed on a pedestal by other characters.

one key feature of a God complex is that "the person is highly dogmatic in their views, speaking of their personal opinions as though they were unquestionably correct." we see numerous times in the manga (and now even in the anime) that Gojo makes mistakes, has regrets, and laments over his past. you won't find anyone with a God complex owning up to or feeling guilt about their mistakes.

I could go on and on about this, but yeah... absolutely not. I point blank refuse to take someone's writing seriously if they, in complete and utter earnest, firmly believe that Gojo genuinely has a God complex.
