Thanks for your ask. Yes, we're still uploading djs.

We're just working on a few anniversary releases but we're running a bit late because we are severely understaffed! If there are any people interested in applying to do HQ doujins, please contact us - especially cleaners and typesetters! <3

We have a lot more Iwaoi by Rototika and a couple of other artists. We also have a couple of Oiiwa as well which is my personal favorite :)

February Shopping - Part 2

I’ve finally received my Winter Comiket package - which had 30 djs in it - the biggest batch so far. Of course, mainly YOI (this time a bit more VicYuu than YuuVic, a YuuVicYuu and an OtaYuri), but got into a few new fandoms (kill me please): Kekkai Sensen (Klaus x Steven), BNHA (TodoDeku), Touken Ranbu (I fell in love with Ookurikara and found this artist with gorgeous style) and Ballroom e Youkoso (Sengoku x Tatara). Got an Ereri SnK one, two HQ!! ones - a BoKuroo and Gusari’s omegaverse IwaOi and Nekota’s latest Hidoku dj.

Among the YOI ones 2 are special: they are official English versions of earlier released Japanese ones and the author is Gift’s Ichinose Yuma.

I bought some doujin goods too - 3 adorable charms/keychains and an Ereri calendar.

This month I got the English edition of the 6th volume of Hidoku Shinaide and the 18th volume of Ao no Exorcist.

Last but not least, 2 adorable editions to my growing Nendo collection: Yurio and Erwin. :3

I am really excited because my YOI DVDs are in the country already, I hope I will get them this upcoming week. (It would have been great to have it this weekend - we marathoned for the Xth time the whole series again. I will never get bored of this story.)

This old kuroken doujin from 2012 is now on pixiv in full, go have a read!

Its meek/delicate Kenma and sentimental interpretation of kuroken was very prevalent in the ship’s early days. Nostalgic to read something like that again now…. :’)

Kenma’s canon background and personality was more ambiguous and tragic back then. There was no Lev to make him pull funny pissed off faces, no banter with teammates, and definitely no feisty outburst like in Ch 266. He was painted as a awkward loner, coy and gentle but often bullied, with Kuroo being his only friend and protector. Consequently, most of the early kuroken releases had a sweet but melancholy flavor.

The hand holding theme in this doujin is v kuroken eh~ (the childhood flashback scenes want me dead! Toddler Kuroo holding bb Kenma’s hand reminds me of Gusari’s Gunjou no Shashin!!!! THEY WERE IN EACH OTHERS’ LIVES THEIR WHOLE LIFE etc *sobs* )

Whether you see their bond as romantic or not, the hand holding metaphor is still true. In another doujin I’ve read, there’s a scene where Kenma almost gets run over by a car. People scolds him to stop playing games and look where he’s going. That’s when he realizes he was allowed to be careless and irresponsible his whole life (getting lost, playing games) because Kuroo was always beside him to pull him into safety… :((((((((((( U ONLY KNOW IT AFTER HE’S GRADUATED

PS. kuroken was the first major childhood friend ship in HQ! They were here before iwaoi’s key scenes! The famous “there are 6 people on the court” speech came 2 volumes later!!! (lmao I actually checked the manga just now)

I can’t believe the Yurio nendo I just ordered is for Jan 2018 release... What’s even more shocking is, after the Sep 2017 releases, there’s nothing more in my calendar until the Yurio. :O

I think I have been quite good this year spending wise? Well, not ~good, but better??? The HQ and tourabu fandoms have both reached the mature stage, therefore goods that need releasing are mostly out, stories that need to be written are mostly published. The market is calm and I don’t feel any URGE. I have the things I want so I don’t NEED to have more...unless they are really good lol.

I know I get into this M O O D every now and again. Feeling all zen and enlightened regarding fandom. This mood is great for the wallet, but...it probably will pass. ╮ (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) ╭

btw this isn’t about me losing passion for either fandom, just the passion for spending money lol. I still want Furudate sensei to take my life every week, and strangely I have been having dreams featuring Mitsutada. Is it coz I read some bomb ass tourabu doujins last week? Teku’s 最期の日までお待ちください straight up murdered me. Don’t even dare to open their (GIANT) antho which I finally got my hands on. Don’t know if I could withstand all the feels, man....
