This whole situation definitely appears like a set-up by HYBE to defame Min Heejin…they got out in front and put her on the defensive. The only situation that would be similar in U.S. public companies are proxy contests to force a vote to place people on a company’s board. You’ll see tons of mudslinging. But what was the motive here? MHJ didn’t have enough stock to take over ADOR. The stock isn’t HYBE stock but ghost shares I imagine to compensate her based on the performance of NJs. Did they not like her success? She’s unhinged, but the results are good.

I feel like it's not even all about money for Bang, it's his massive ego man. He is so obviously a hack who got lucky with BTS and let it get to his head but BTS is BTS because of the immense talent of the members and the hard work and crazy situations they put themselves through in order to make it. He doesn't get it though. He really wants people to think he is a genius who came up with some magic formula and he thinks he can replicate it but he always overestimates himself and is a horrible judge of character.

From what has come out so far I feel like New Jeans was a passion project for MHJ, one that Bang didn't care about because he was too busy with his own agenda and wanting to step on other girl groups that were doing well. He never took New Jeans seriously until they actually started making waves but it was a knock to his ego because they were not under his direction and he couldn't associate himself with them so he got salty.

Same thing with Tae. He saw Tae as just a pretty face that he could add to BTS visual appeal but then he started showing talent in other areas and becoming popular and it pissed Bongo off that he was deviating from the dumb blonde weirdo side character Bongo was trying to push on him. By this point Tae already was open about the fact that he didn't fuck with him and he couldn't control him so he tried to ruin his image, dull his shine and make the fandom turn against him. And I can imagine it made him even crazier that Tae went to MHJ for his solo debut.

He is so bitter and jealous he would rather block and sabotage his moneymakers because he is not getting praise for it. He is such a bad business man with a huge inferiority complex and only got this far on BTS blood sweat and tears. Defending Hybe is the least useful thing people could do right now, because even if Taehyung is the unfortunate one who’s used as a scapegoat, who gives you all the reassurance that they won’t switch to someone else? They think they’re innocent and working hard in the background, but when it comes to defend Tae they take years or just not resolve the whole thing at all. They don’t take articles down, they don’t sue this or that, they let medias speculate and leave up videos on stan twt (Yea, some other members videos were removed). this isn't directed to what anon said but i do kinda hate how every rumor involving the military that's from someone's brother's friend's cousin is shared to thousands of people immediately because so many people assume it as 100% fact. there haven't been any negative rumors (as far as i know at least) and i wouldn't mind the nj one being true either but i do think people should be mindful about these random claims because it's now more easier than ever for people to just make shit up. i know we all want updates about tae, but sometimes i wish huge fanbases wouldn't post every rumor
