This would indeed be the most idiomatic translation.

I admit I over-thought this one. I sat here a full 20 minutes pondering, "this can't possibly translate in the same way that oispa kaljaa means 'I wish I had a beer'????" then spent another 5 minutes looking through my grammar books trying to make myself feel confident one way or another to no avail, and ended up resorting to "paraphrase expressing the same sentiment"

(I read mainly via context rather than through translation, so short phrases that aren't part of larger paragraphs sometimes trip me up.)
