Meira, an artist who created wonderful fanart of games by 13Leagues (Superstition, Insight) and also does the official art for 13Leagues' game Throne of Ashes, is now open for commissions!
Just look at those beautiful fabrics, the skin and hair textures, the play of light and shadow, and those backgrounds!
Honestly, you should see the illustrations she did for Ruben's route in Throne of Ashes. They are Patreon exclusive, and completely worth it. The backgrounds - especially on the third CG - are just beautiful (though there *might* be something or someone else in that third CG who is more likely to attract your gaze).

Please do not try to contact me through tumblr as I am likely to miss those. Use the email provided instead (or if you already know me on discord you can also hit me up there).

Tutorial: Coding Pronouns and Verbs in Twine SugarCube
I have seen in different places that people who start using Twine to write interactive fiction and are still unfamiliar with coding in it are struggling with how to code pronouns and verb forms.
This is an attempt at explaining different ways to code pronouns and singular vs. plural verb forms in Twine SugarCube specifically.
If you are using a different Twine story format like Harlowe, you can take inspiration from it but need to see how to transfer the code to your chosen story format. Each story format is coded differently. An explanation about that can be found in the tutorial if you are unfamiliar with the differences.
The tutorial itself is hosted on itch.io and is free to play in browser or you can choose to download the zip file. It's a Twine project itself so you can both see the code used, get an explanation on it, and then see what it does in action for yourself without having to create your own project to try it out.
The project features a dark and light mode as well as the option to increase font size.
The tutorial features different coding commands native to SugarCube, its Template API feature, and a custom macro bundle created by Chapel.

Hi! Sorry to bother you but I read that in Chris route (Superstition season 1) during the party in which Chris and Roe go for investigate for the hunt with Rahim, Chris kisses One of the girls that was flirting with him. But I never see that scene, there are specific requirements for that to happen?
Hello dear anon!
I believe you are talking about Season 2 Episode 2: What Goes Bump in the Night. This is when Rahim sends out Roe, Chris, and Bradley on a hunt to test their abilities.
I'll put the answer behind the cut in case of spoilers.
I checked the scene, and it actually happens no matter whether you are on the romance path with Chris or not.
When you arrive at the party, Chris will quickly be surrounded by a group of girls. Choose either to [remind him of your mission] or to [mind your own business].
This leads to Roe trying to gather some info. After returning to Chris, Roe will find him with one of the girls from earlier, kissing passionately or drunkenly.
Again, this happens no matter whether you were flirting with Chris or not. If you chose to show off with [two can play this game], then this won't happen as Chris leaves the party after seeing you dancing with someone else.
I hope this answers your question and you're having a good day.

Superstition S2 - RO POV Scenes
An anon asked me if I knew how many scenes there are from the ROs' point of view in Superstition Season 2. I didn't at that point, but now I compiled a list with all of them. It took some time, but I hope I have every scene together. Might be that I missed one or two here and there, but this should be the biggest chunk of what's in the game.
What I want to mention from the get go are some of the major requirements for getting the scenes.
In the cases of Rahim, Amari, and Sydero, only their romance variable is being checked. Have enough points at the right time and you're good to go.
For Chris and Zillah however, there's a key scene for each of them you need to experience.
For Chris, you need to have at least 5 points in his romance stat by the middle of Episode 3. This will lead to the "We need to take a break" talk with him. This moment is mandatory to continue with his romance path. If you do not get this scene, you won't be able to romance him down the line.
For Zillah, you need to have at least 3 points in his romance by the time of late Episode 6 and choose the option ["Oh, do you now?"] to keep the romance path active.
There are also two jealousy constellations with the guys. One is with Rahim and Chris, requiring you to see the "we need a break" talk with Chris and having at least 4 points in Rahim's romance by the start of Episode 7. The second constellation adds Zillah to the party, with the same requirement for his single route.
Now to the actual scenes. I've sorted most of them by RO, but Episodes 8 and 9 are a special case so they are below.
  Sydero
Due to her circumstances in this season, there is only one moment with Sydero's POV.
Episode 10
You have returned from hell with Sydero. She's still not quite herself. When you go to check on her, you need to have at least 5 points in her romance to trigger this scene.
Chris
Chris is the RO with the most POV instances, but he is also the one with the most heartbreaking POVs.
  Episode 2
Later on in this episode, you get to decide whether you wish to follow Chris to a campus party for investigation purposes, or accompany Rahim. If you go with a romanced Chris, you will experience Chris the Idiot in his prime form.
One option on this campus party is [Two can play that game.] Requirement: At least 4 points in Chris's Romance.
With this option, you attempt to make Chris jealous instead of gathering information. No matter of what next choice you choose, you will get to read a little bit of Chris's own thoughts from his POV.
  Episode 3
If you decide to sleep with the witch Leona when you seek her out, you will get to read Chris's reaction from his POV if you have at least 5 points in his romance.
To sleep with Leona, you have to join her in the club and then be open for the physical advances she offers you. When you then ask her for help at her home, offer to [continue where we left off.] and afterwards [So, about picking up where we left off.] And the last choice to take is [Yea later, come on. Sleep with Leona.] if you have the necessary 5 points in Chris's romance to trigger his POV.
  Episode 6
This... is a POV you perhaps don't want to see if you actually intend on romancing Chris through and through. Cause it's a breakup POV. The requirement for getting this conversation is to have had the "we need a break" talk in episode 3. Getting that scene is mandatory in order to romance him further. Requirement: At least 5 points in Chris's romance in EP 3.
When you jump from dream to dream, you will end up at Chris's dream eventually. There, he will try to explain why he needed a break. If choose any option that basically reads [Maybe there shouldn't be an us] or choose options where you see no fault in Roe and put all blame on Chris, then the budding relationship will end for good. Ending the relationship will then result in a section from Chris's POV later this episode.
  Episode 8
See below
  Episode 9
See below
  Episode 10
Looking at this line up, Chris has quite a couple of heartbreaking POVs that people who romance him don't really want to see. This is another POV that happens when you end the relationship for good. In this case, you need to have slept with Zillah when the opportunity for that arose this chapter, and then decide to not keep it a secret. If Roe is open about it, they will tell Chris. And he... does not take it well. It's a break up for good, and you just broke the guy's heart. Enjoy reading his POV.
  Rahim
Episode 4
To see Rahim's POV near the end of this episode, you need to have at least 2 points in his romance. The moment happens at the witch's hut after he pops up out of seemingly nowhere. The scene happens no matter what you choose, you simply need to fulfill the romance stat requirement.
  Episode 9
See below
  Episode 10
Go and check in on Rahim when you get the opportunity. You need to have at least 5 points in his romance to trigger an intimate scene. At the end of the scene, after Roe left, you will see Rahim's POV. If you returned from hell with high nerves, triggered Rahim's solo scene, and then either kissed him or stayed with him, this choice will also be taken into account in the POV.
  Zillah
Episode 6
The setup to see this one is quite specific. You need at least 2 points in Zillah's romance. Zillah just got exorcised, you can choose how to react to him. Choose to [Punch him.] Whether you punch him once or more often doesn't matter for this. When you visit him again later, choose [I wanted to apologize for earlier.] Then, when you meet the requirement of at least 2 points in his romance, you can choose [Tease him.] When you then leave the room, you should see his POV of what just happened.
  Episode 8
See below
  Episode 9
See below
  Episode 10
You need to have chosen ["Oh, do you now?"] in EP 6 to continue the romance with Zillah. And most importantly, Roe needs to be a virgin.
You will meet up with Zillah for him to attempt to further delay Roe's decay. If you're following his romance path, this will lead to possible sexual intercourse. But if Roe is a virgin, they will mention that, and Zillah backs off, leaves the room, and you get to see his thoughts about what just happened.
  Amari
Episode 3
This is not a romance specific moment, and is part of the main story so everyone will read it. On the drive to Chicago, Rahim and Roe are talking. Then there's a cut in perspective to an at this point unknown person, on her way to Chicago herself. This girl is Amari.
  Episode 8
See below
  Episode 9
See below
  Episode 10
You go to check in on Amari. If you have at least 3 points in her romance, she will carefully check out where you two stand with each other. If you are open for her advances, you get to read her excited POV.
  Episodes 8 and 9
These are special cases as both have one moment that checks for various romance variables to determine whose POV you see.
In Episode 8, this happens when Rahim and Roe enter the portal to hell.
The priority of the POV scenes is:
Chris with an active jealousy active (either just with Rahim, or with Rahim and Zillah), Chris single route, Amari, Zillah.
Episode 9 is a bit more complicated. But only for me, basically, it's more complicated for me to put this together.
There are two versions for the return from hell. In one version, Roe falls unconscious. This happens when they have less than 50 Nerves when returning. The other version is the High Nerves one, where Roe has at least 50 or more points in nerves.
In either scenario, a couple of romance variable checks happen to determine which POV you will see.
Their priority in the LOW NERVES version is as follows, from highest to lowest: Major Sausage Fest POV with an active jealousy triangle with Zillah, Rahim, and Chris, Minor Sausage Fest POV with an active jealousy with Rahim and Chris, Chris's single route romance POV, Rahim's single route romance POV, Amari's romance POV, Zillah's single route POV.
In the HIGH NERVES version, the priority list is such: Major Sausage Fest POV with an active jealousy triangle with Zillah, Rahim, and Chris, Minor Sausage Fest POV with an active jealousy with Rahim and Chris, Chris's single route romance POV, Zillah's single route POV, Amari's romance POV, Rahim's single route romance scene. This one is NOT a POV cause Rahim falls unconscious here.
This means that, for example, if you meet the criteria to see both Chris's single route POV (so no flirting with the other guys) and Amari's POV cause you flirted with both of them, you will only get to see Chris's scene.
The requirements for the jealousy situations, as well as Chris's and Zillah's single route are as mentioned above at the start of this post.
To see Amari's scene, you need to have at least 4 points in her romance.
To see Rahim's scenes, you need at least 5 points in his romance in the Low Nerves version, or at least 4 points in the High Nerves version.
And that's all! I hope this helps.

“Father…!”
That scene was so emotional for both me and my poor Mordred :D, I just had to bring a small homage to it.
Thank you, @llamagirl28 for writing tboc’s characters the way you do and for having Mordred as the main character!

I haven’t gotten to play this game myself yet, but a friend gave it a warm recommendation!
A Tale of Crowns is a free to play interactive fiction game created in Twine, featuring fantasy and romance as its main genres. The setting is inspired by the Middle East during Classical Antiquity.
A Tale of Crowns; Chapter Four
After a lengthy wait, the new chapter is finally here! You’ll get to spend more time with your love interests and choose the love interest whose route you’re going to pursue for the rest of the story, all while being introduced to several locations throughout the city!
Without further ado, downloads for pc and mobile:
[ Download it on itch.io ];
For those that are unfamiliar with the game:
A Tale of Crowns is a high fantasy love story with 4 love interests. The setting is inspired very loosely by Kurdish dynasties, principalities and tribes that were prominent in the Middle East during Classical Antiquity, but it also draws heavily from other cultures and countries in the region.
Your character is native to Arsur, a vast empire overseen by a single ruler known as the Crown. Unlike traditional monarchies, however, the title is not inherited through blood. Whenever the Crown dies, their famed golden eyes pass on to the one chosen by the Spirits of this world to be the new Crown. In this story, your MC is chosen as the new Crown.
This current version of the game is safe for those 16 years and older. There will also be an 18+ version with sexually explicit content in the future.
Like the premise so far? Download it and give it a try! The entire game is free!
If you enjoyed the game, please reblog! Share it with your friends! Recognition and reader interaction is just about the only thing I get in return for creating it ❤️

Superstition Romance Poll Results
On June 23 2020, I opened up a romance poll about the interactive fiction game Superstition by @13leaguestories. I closed it on July 21 2020, so a good month later, and then compiled the results! There are a total of 189 answers. I was really happy to read all of the personal opinions people shared on the survey about the ROs, and am going to share some of them here. The results are under the cut! You'll find the results both in tables and described in text.
The Players' Gender
The first question asked was about the gender of the players. With 118 votes, the majority of people who answered the survey said they are female. 53 people said they are male, and 18 people answered non-binary.
Player's GenderFemale118Male53Non-Binary18
Roe's Gender
Next I asked about the gender of the main Roe people usually play. A little bit more than half of the voters said they are playing female Roes, 95 votes. 77 people play male Roes, 8 people play non-binary Roes, then there are 6 people playing a trans-female Roe and 3 people playing a trans-male Roe. The gender of the player and their Roe does not have to be the same. There are female players who play non-binary or male Roes, same with male and non-binary players.
Roe's GenderFemale95Male77Non-Binary8Trans-Female6Trans-Male3
Roe's Sexual Orientation
The votes for Roe's sexual orientation was relatively balanced. 77 Roes are interested in Men, 57 Roes are interested in both, and 54 Roes are only interested in Women. There was 1 person who voted for None.
Roe's Sexual OrientationWomen54Men77Both57None1
Now we're coming to the actual romance survey.
The most favourite RO
The most favourite romance so far (mid to end of Season 2) is without a doubt Sydero! 59 of 189 people voted for her as their favourite romance. In second place is Chris with 44 votes. Then comes Zillah with 39 votes, and Rahim with 31 votes. Amari is currently last with 15 votes to her name, which I'd mostly put on us not knowing her for long yet. Her low ranking might also be due to how I asked the questions.
Most Favourite Romance OptionSydero59Chris44Zillah39Rahim31Amari15
Favourite RO of people playing Roes interested in Women
Sydero got 43 votes here, Amari got 11 votes.
Most Favourite RO for Roes Interested in WomenSydero43Amari11
Favourite RO of people playing Roes interested in Men
Surprisingly enough, Chris and Zillah got the same number of votes here: 29. Rahim is behind them with just 19 votes.
Most Favourite RO for Roes Interested in MenChris29Zillah29Rahim19
Favourite RO of people playing Roes interested in Both
Likely because of the higher number of romance options available to these Roes, the numbers are relatively balanced. Sydero got the most votes here with 16 votes. Chris has 15 votes, Rahim 12 votes, Zillah got 10 votes, and Amari got 4 votes as the most favourite RO in this category.
Most Favourite RO for Roes Interested in BothSydero16Chris15Rahim12Zillah10Amari4
Second favourite romance for Roes interested in "both"
I only let people who are interested in either men or women choose *one* favourite romance option, and when put against Sydero, Amari so far simply draws the shorter stick. I allowed people who play Roes who are interested in both men and women to pick a second favourite romance option. There, Amari got another 16 votes in total, especially from people who chose Sydero as their most favourite romance. So it's not that she does not have any fans, but so far she is a bit overshadowed by other romance options. Everyone who chose that their Roe is interested in "both" could answer this question. This means there were a total of 57 answers. In this question, 16 people named Amari as their second favourite romance. 10 of these votes are by Sydero fans, another 4 by Chrismancers, and 2 by Rahimancers. No person romancing Zillah as their main named Amari as their second favourite. Zillah got a total of 13 votes here. 5 by Chrismancers, 4 votes by Rahimancers, 3 votes by Sydmancers, and 1 vote by an Amari romancer. Chris got 10 votes. 5 votes by people romancing Zillah as their main, 3 by Rahimancers, and 2 by Syderomancers. No votes by people who chose Amari as their favourite romance. Rahim got 9 votes. 3 of those are by Amarimancers, another 3 by Chrismancers, then 2 by Zillahmancers, and 1 vote by a Sydmancer. Last is Sydero, who got 6 votes as second favourite romance. 3 of these votes come from Zillahmancers, then 2 by Chrismancers, and 1 vote by a Rahimancer. There are 2 people who are only interested in Rahim, and 1 person only interested in Chris.
Second Favourite RO for Roes Interested in BothAmari16Zillah13Chris10Rahim9Sydero6
Rivalmancing or Friendmancing
This question was about whether people romance a character with a high relationship (friendmancing) or a low relationship (rivalmancing). The dynamic of the relationship will change a bit depending on that in the long run. This question only considered the most favourite romance, not the second favourite romance some people could pick. This also does not say anything about whether players have a platonic rivalry or friendship with the other characters. In summary, there is an overwhelming majority of people who friendmance these characters. Out of the 59 people who votes for Sydero as their most favourite romance, 52 people chose friendmancing vs 7 rivalmancers.
Syd - Friend or Rival? Votes: 59 Friendmancing52Rivalmancing7
Out of the 44 voters for Chris, there are 43 friendmancers vs 1 rivalmancer.
Chris - Friend or Rival? Votes: 44Friendmancing43Rivalmancing1
For Zillah, there are 34 friendmancers vs 5 rivalmancers.
Zillah - Friend or Rival? Votes: 39Friendmancing34Rivalmancing5
Rahim has 26 friendmancers vs 5 rivalmancers.
Rahim - Friend or Rival? Votes: 31Friendmancing26Rivalmancing5
Lastly, Amari got 14 friendmancers vs 1 rivalmancer.
Amari - Friend or Rival? Votes: 15Friendmancing14Rivalmancing1
Best friend
I also let people vote for their Roe's current best friend. Out of all, Bradley got the most votes - 70 people voted for him to be their Roe's best friend. With a bit of a gap comes Chris with 46 votes, followed by Amari with 43 votes. Then there's another gap cause Sydero is in fourth place with only 17 votes. After her comes Zillah in second to last place with 10 votes, and Rahim only got 3 votes. Rahim doesn't quite make it easy to warm up to him.

The Forbidden Ones aka The Cursed Romances
Many people have expressed their desire to get to know various characters intimately, and I gave them the opportunity to vote for their biggest desires. This was an optional question, some skipped it. Furthermore, it was possible to select multiple answers in this one and add one additional answer. I won't make a bigger summary out of this and mostly only list the ranking below. But here's the top five: With 53 votes, the most people selected to call the entire question pure blasphemy and to rat me out to Tierra... I can tell you though that a good chunk of these people also selected other options additionally to this one. With 51 votes, the Italian suit wearing fallen angel Azrael is in second place. He only had a short amount of screentime, but his formal attire and mysterious nature must have enchanted a good amount of people. With 44 votes, the beautiful skeleton from the Superstition Season 2 itchio page is in third place! Who can possibly resist its wonderfully coloured bones? Close behind the skeleton is the Prince of Lust, Asmodeus with 42 votes. There is little more to say, he's *Lust* for goodness' sake. But Asmodeus is almost thrown off his place by the curveous Honda Civic with 41 votes. Such a breathtaking lineup!

Submitted Opinions on the Favourite Romances
The last I have for you is a selection of personal opinions people submitted to explain why they chose a certain character as their favourite romance. I am thankful for each of these submissions, I read them all, and I'm sharing them with Tierra as well cause I think they might as well make her day! Some of the submissions were very long, so I cannot share those here (the post is already incredibly long). To every wonderful anon who mentioned the Discord but aren't on there cause they are afraid to clog it: PLEASE don't be shy to join the Discord! We are a friendly bunch and love to hear the thoughts of other people about the characters! And to every anon who in the feedback section of the survey addressed their submission to me: I CRIED, I was incredibly moved. Thank you all so much for your kind words! Now, no more talking. Here are some opinions on the ROs!
Why is Sydero your favourite romance?
[[I love this invisible connection Syd and Roe seem to have, The constant denial about how they feel and the tension that's been building since the first time their eyes met. Not to mention Syd's always protecting her Roe *heart*]] [[She's the kind of character that always seems ambiguous in terms of morality and to achieve what needs to be done.]] [[I’m a simple person with simple tastes, I’m big gay for confidence]] [[Why does one fall in love? I have no idea, but I know that I love Sydero]] [[I already found the ways she puts up walls to not get overly attached to other people to be both :( and endearing at the same time but I somehow did not expect the whole "she's sexually experienced by trade" twist and THAT is PEAK gap moe]]
Why is Amari your favourite romance?
[[Fluffy. Cute.]] [[That sweet, sweet Amari fluff]] [["Amari, I want you to (redacted) in my mouth and (redacted) my face. Then kiss me like your life depended on it. I love you sexy hybrid you."]] (redacted by me, you know, cause naughty stuff)
Why is Chris your favourite romance?
[[I'm an absolute slut for angst and the whole friends-to-lovers trope and goddamnit, Chris' route has so much of that, it hits me in the feels like a freight train almost every episode. The pining, the misunderstandings, the sacrifice (you know what scene I'm talking about – I chose Bradley because I would DIE for that child, but wow did my heart hURT), it's all so good! Ngl, if I ever experienced even a fraction of this stuff in a real life relationship, my emotional state/health would almost immediately fold like a lawn chair and snap...but in interactive fiction? Sign me tf up for this angstfest, this girl wants to cry herself to sleep tonight!]] [[He’s very comical, he has more history with roe, and even though he’s almost like the weakest link in the game it makes it seem like my roe is a badass. Plus I’m always a sucker for childhood/best friends romance!]] [[Because he feels real. Like any human being.]] [[He was the first character I met, and Im a sucker for the first option in almost every storie where there are romanceable characters. I loved his personality at first (still do), then formed a love-hate relationship with the angst. Ive never regretted him as my route and I adore both the cute moments between him and roe as well as the scenes where he was being a total dick. Hes a well balanced, realistic, and overall amazing character and hes just the one who captured both my and my roes heart.]]
Why is Rahim your favourite romance?
[[Chris, while understandably, became kind of a jerk. Also he's way too soft and vanilla from reading answered asks. Zillah is cool, but I don't know enough about him yet. Rahim kinda sexy though. And he has money? That's p hot yknow]] [[I want your babies]] [[The tension *chef's kiss* ]]
Why is Zillah your favourite romance?
[[Well, first of, he has my exact kinks. Like, that's a perfect match - Hell, he even has the hentai tentacles. Also, I love me a good bäd boi and Zillah has just the right amount of preciousness mixed in. He is perfection. Only problem is he looks like someone I'm related to lmao So I kinda headcanon the looks.]] [[Because he is straightforward about romance and doesn't jerk Roe around. If Rahim were less of a jerk, he might be my fave, but he is constantly jerking Roe around, acting like he cares then spitting in her face. He's basically an emotional sadist. Considering what Roe's going through, she has no interest in more pain. Zillah is fun and is showing outright that he wants Roe. It's refreshing. (And Chris is just a wuss, so he never did anything for my Roe.)]] [[His directness, he doesn't shy away from what he wants, and his challenging nature.]] [[I love how Zillah tries hard to be an ass to us, but he really really cares.]] [[lil shit, supernatural, monsterfucker, the angst, the smut, I can boop his nose]] With that I conclude the Superstition Romance Poll/Survey! I plan to do another poll at the end of Season 3 to see how things have changed. The end of Season 3 is a good point for that as you do lock into the romances at around that point. If you have any feedback for me what I could do different in the next survey, feel free to tell me. I'm still learning and trying out how to do this stuff. Thank you all for your time! Stay safe. (Edit: I completely forgot about the additional answers to the Forbidden Ones. People were allowed to add one additional reply to that question. Here are some of them:) [[Leona]] [[Listen . . . I enjoy all romance.... as long as they're over the age of 18. Sorry Bradley you're cute but the little bro energy is too much... maybe in a time-skipped extra where you play as a different character lol. Roe is too family.]] [That can of cola Roe didn't finish. Wasteful.[]] [[I just want Faye and Jeff to get married and adopt the crew 😭😭]] [[THIS IS DODGE CHALLENGER ERASURE AND I WON'T STAND FOR IT!! *double rage emoji*]] [[That one guy or gal at the Alley that you could flirt with *pensive* hope they are doing fine in their model career]] [[Let me back into that book world, I miss my book crush]] [[Don't judge me I have issues…]] [[NGHHHHH its HORNY TIME BABE!]] [[I approve of the chaos this will bring]] [[Thank you for those choices. It's hilarious XD]] [[I'm laughing my ass off thank you so much]] [[What's up with the skeleton Question LMAO]] [[nope lol]] [[The only intimate moment anyone on this list (except for Faye and Jeff, purely platonic) can expect from my Roe is the right of a bullet to the skull.]] [[I only love Syd huehue]] [[I am genuinely concerned for anyone who picks the above]]

I’m sorry, my heart (Breach Fanfic)
A roughly 830 words short fanfic inspired by a conversation on a Discord server.
We were talking about Rook being a father and how he might react to holding his first little burrito. The conversation itself was nice and light-hearted, but I got an idea for a less than happy fanfiction thanks to it.
So here have Rook having an anxiety attack about past events and actions, caused by being confronted with the innocend bundle that is his baby.
TW for anxiety, panic attack, descriptions and mentions of death and torture.
Read it here on AO3: I’m sorry, my heart
Thanks to Desi for translating the Spanish bits for me.

Thank you so much, Moth, for taking this commission and turning it into something this amazing! I love it so much <3
It is based on this ask about taking Zillah to the Egyptian section of a musem:
https://13leaguestories.tumblr.com/post/618551536359030784/i-know-that-zillah-hates-antique-stores-but-what
Instead of Roe, I asked Moth to put in Chris. The dialogue was adapted by me based on the ask.
Tumblr media
@sylveranty commissioned me to draw Zillah, Amari and Chris from @13leaguestories doing something slightly illegal (mainly Zillah’s fault)  probably one of the more fun commission I have done  ∠( ᐛ 」∠)_

Superstition Romance Poll (Fan made)
If you have played Superstition by @13leaguestories, please take a moment of your time and answer a short poll I made about favourite romance options!
Me and a few other people on the Discord server were curious about who the most favourite RO is at the moment, so I decided to make a poll!
Please keep in mind that the author of this story has stated she doesn't wish to see the results herself, so to not influence her writing. So this poll and the results are more for curious fans!
I'll probably keep the poll open for a month or two, and then make a public summary of it.
Here's the poll! https://forms.gle/fWqm1N8VsyhqZS1X7
Thank you for your time!

I updated the Guides for Season 2 with Episode 5.
No skill changes. The focus in this episode is on changes to the Nerves stat.
With Chris and Sydero, you can only gain one romance point towards the end of Act 2, no other changes for them. There are a few opportunities for relationship changes with Amari and Rahim, as well as a sensitive conversation with Bradley.
The conversation with Bradley deals with potentially triggering topics and can be skipped. A warning is in place in the game when the conversation comes up.
Superstition Season 2 Episode 6 is scheduled to release on Tuesday, June 23 2020! Don’t forget to check the new episode out!

The Wayhaven Chronicles: Book 2 - Story Spoilers Guide
This guide contains spoilers for the finale of The Wayhaven Chronicles: Book 2 by Mishka Jenkins, @seraphinitegames. Here you can find the conditions to decide the fate of a certain character and the group of Supernaturals you are dealing with in this game. Only proceed if you really want the spoilers.
The Maa-alused - Treaty, Peace, Hostility
With your choices when dealing with Falk, the leader of the maa-alused, you can influence his stance towards the Agency. The possible outcomes are him signing the offered treaty, him declining the treaty but being at peace with the Agency, or him and his group becoming hostile to the Agency.
Chapter 8 - House of Mirrors
Your first opportunity is inside the House of Mirrors when you find your Unit Bravo companion paralysed and judged. Damaging the mirror damages the relationship between the maa-alused and the Agency. Explaining gives a point towards the treaty, every inquiring choice gives peace points. [[#Move between UB and the hand to ask what the supernatural wants.]] +1 Peace [[#Smash the mirror.]] +1 Hostility [[#Move between UB and the hand, then demand to know what's wrong with UB.]] +1 Falk, +1 Peace [[#Move between UB and the hand, trying to explain there must be a misunderstanding.]] +1 Treaty, +1 Falk [[#Move in front of the mirror and plead for them to stop.]] +1 Peace, +1 Falk [[#Shoot the mirror.]] +1 Hostility
Chapter 12 - Diplomacy
The next opportunity is when you actually meet Falk face to face to propose to him the Agency's offer of a treaty. How do you start the conversation? [[#"I'm glad we could meet like this, Falk."]] +1 Falk, +1 Treaty [[#"I'm here on behalf of the Agency only."]] +1 Peace, +1 Mason/Morgan [[#"Interesting decor you have here. Love how you turned the leaky walls into a feature."]] +1 Hostility [[#"We both know why we're here. Shall we just get down to it?"]] +1 Falk, +1 Treaty [[#"It's nice to meet you. I hope we can find common ground in this meeting."]] +1 Falk, +1 Treaty [[#Give a simple nod of respectful greeting.]] +1 Falk, +1 Peace [[#Take a seat without greeting.]] +1 Hostility Falk explains to you the maa-alused way of judging people's guilt. What's your reaction? [[#"That's not justice. That's just judgement based on your opinion."]] +1 Hostility, +1 Falk [[#"I understand you have your way of working, but it causes too much harm."]] +1 Treaty [[#"Everyone feels guilt over something. You can't judge a person on that."]] +1 Treaty, +1 Falk [[#"I suppose it's a quicker justice process than we have."]] +1 Falk, +1 Peace [[#"What about when you threatened me? Your lackeys didn't judge Bobby|Douglas at all."]] +1 Hostility [[#"That just sounds like invading someone's privacy."]] +1 Treaty [[#"You will have to stop. Your way of justice is not fair. Not logical."]] +1 Peace
Chapter 13 - Falk visits at Night
Falk will visit you alone at night, inquiring about your personal opinion of the Agency. [[#"I don't really know yet. I've only just started with them."]] +1 Falk [[#"They are doing what they can in difficult circumstances."]] +1 Treaty [[#"I admit they seem a little…cagey on some things."]] +1 Peace, +1 Falk [[#"They seem better than most big organisations."]] +1 Treaty [[#"Anyone keeping so many secrets is always hiding something of their own."]] +1 Hostility, +1 Falk [[#"My opinion on them is my own."]] +1 Peace, -1 Falk [[#"I trust them. They've opened me up to a whole new world."]] +1 Treaty, +1 Falk [[#"What I think doesn't matter. Only what you do."]] +1 Peace, +1 Falk
Chapter 14 - Attack on the Warehouse
Falk and some of his group attack the warehouse in desparation and indignation. How do you react to them? Failing the skill check will result in, +1 Hostility. Succeeding in the checks will either result in, +1 Treaty or, +1 Peace. Using the DMB Spray will have negative consequences. There is one choice for every skill. You need to have at least 70 points in said skill to succeed. Two of the choices also use the Supernatural Research skill, two others the Supernatural Combat skill to help you succeed if you have at least 40 in the professional skill. [[#Offer them help and try to calm them down without conflict.]] +1 Falk, +1 Treaty (People 70, or 40 and Supernatural Research), else +1 Hostility [[#Join in with the fighting to subdue them.]] +1 Peace (Combat 70, or 40 and Supernatural Combat), else +1 Hostility [[#Examine them closely to see if I can deduce what happened.]] +1 Falk, +1 Peace (Deduction 70, or 40 and Supernatural Research), else +1 Hostility [[#Use a soundtrack on my phone to fool them into thinking backup is coming.]] +1 Peace (Science 70, or 40 and Supernatural Combat), else +1 Hostility [[#Use the DMB spray.]] +2 Hostility, -1 Treaty, -1 Falk (if you already have points in Treaty or Falk)
Chapter 17 - Trappers Aftermath
If Sanja is alive you get +2 Treaty. If Sanja is dead, your points also change: If you had points in Treaty, you lose -2 Treaty points. Either way, you gain +2 Peace if you have more Peace than Hostility points. Otherwise +2 Hostility. Directly after these points were applied, another change happens (still if Sanja is dead). If you have more Hostility points than Peace points, +2 Hostility. Otherwise (so either equal points or more Peace points), +2 Peace. Falk then accuses the Agency of being the reason why the Trappers knew of his group's location. [[#"You hardly made yourselves inconspicuous. They could have found you on their own."]] +1 Treaty [[#"It does seem the Agency isn't as infallible as they like to think."]] +1 Peace [[#"The information didn't come from us. The Agency wouldn't allow it."]] If Sanja alive +1 Treaty, else +1 Peace [[#"And yet we still tried tried to get/got your friend back after it happened."]] +1 Hostility, -1 Falk if you have points with him [[#"Can you guarantee that nothing gets slipped past your people either?"]] +1 Peace [[#"No, it's not true."]] +1 Treaty if: People 60 or Combat 70 or Charming 60 or no higher than 30 or Falk at least 3 points, else +1 Hostility, -1 Falk Afterwards, you get another opportunity to discuss Falk's understanding of justice. [[#"The world is harsh, but punishment and justice shouldn't be ruled by that."]] +1 Treaty, +1 Falk [[#"Your brand of justice is flawed, no matter what the world is like."]] +1 Hostility [[#"Doling out justice is a heavy task. Why do it when someone else is willing?"]] +1 Treaty [[#"If it's so harsh, then why not retreat from it? We can offer that."]] +1 Falk [[#"Maybe you're right. We have our methods; you have yours."]] +1 Peace, +1 Falk Once the talk is over, your relationship with Falk is checked by the game. If you have at least 4 points with Falk, you will get either +1 Treaty or +1 Peace. If you have more Treaty points than Peace points, you get the +1 Treaty. Otherwise, you get +1 Peace. After this, the fate of the maa-alused is decided. This is the order of checking: More Treaty points than Peace points --> Treaty More Treaty points than Hostility points --> Treaty More Peace points than Hostility --> Peace More Hostility points than Peace --> Hostility More Hostility points than Treaty --> Hostility Every other case --> Peace
Sanja
Towards the end of the game, you have to head out to free Sanja, who was taken by a group of Trappers. There are four components playing into her fate: - your decisions on the way to Sanja - how well you're doing in the skill checks - whether you choose to save Sanja or one of Unit Bravo - whether you let the Agency do the blood test in Book 1 to learn more about the MC's blood or did not. These choices affect Sanja's fate: When A or N talk about "We get in, we rescue Sanja, and then we leave.", choose one of these options: [[#"We have to do everything to get her back safely."]] +1 Sanja Safety [[#"In and out. Got it."]] +1 Sanja Safety [[#Give a sharp nod. "Agreed."]] +1 Sanja Safety Here's how to locate the Trappers. There are five choices. One for each skill and one random choice (not recommended if you care about saving Sanja). The special skill you acquired earlier in your training with Unit Bravo comes into play here and can make a skill check easier. Upon success, you get, +1 towards Sanja Safety. If you fail, you will lose the point gained in the previous choice. You either need at least 65 points in the respective skill or at least 40 and the right Supernatural Defense skill. [[#Put the vampires' hypersenses to use.]] People 65, or People 40 and Supernatural Research [[#Search the area tactically.]] Combat 65, or Combat 40 and Supernatural Combat [[#Use my own equipment to get the lay of the land.]] Science 65, or Science 40 and Supernatural Research [[#Attempt to work out the Trapper's location.]] Deduction 65, or Deduction 40 and Supernatural Combat [[#Pick a tunnel at random and go for it.]] Random Roll 1 to 8. Success on three results, failure on five Now you are dealing with the first Trapper: - If you did do the tests on your own blood in Book 1, the Trappers will know about you. And they want you and Sanja will suffer because of it. You automatically lose -1 Sanja Safety points after dealing with the first Trapper. - If you did not do the blood tests, the Trappers won't know about your blood's abilities. Sanja is safer cause the Trappers still want to keep her alive to sell her off., +1 Sanja Safety. Next, you have to choose how to act in combat. There are four options, one for each professional skill. You will need at least 70% in the chosen skill to succeed. On sucess, you gain, +1 Sanja Safety points. On failure, you get %+5 in the respective skill. [[#Attempt to join in the fight.]] Combat 70: +1 Sanja Safety. Else: %+5 Combat [[#Try to look for a way to work with the vampires.]] People 70: +1 Sanja Safety. Else: %+5 People [[#Attempt to use the equipment on hand to gain an advantage.]] Science 70: +1 Sanja Safety. Else: %+5 Science [[#Attempt to deduce who the leader is and take them out first.]] Deduction 70: +1 Sanja Safety. Else: %+5 Deduction Then you are forced to make a choice that may make you scream "NOOO, WHY" or it's an easy choice for you to make: Save your RO OR save Sanja. If you don't have an RO, hey, you don't have to choose! You always save Sanja. RO or Sanja If you decide to save your RO, then subtract -2 Sanja Safety points from your counter if you already have points in it. If Sanja Safety is 0, then still -1. If you decide to save Sanja, add +2 Sanja Safety points. After the rescue choice, Sanja's fate is sealed. If you have at least 2 Sanja Safety points, she will be alive no matter who you saved. If you have less than 2 points, then she is dead. Summary In effect, if you did the blood tests in Book 1, Sanja can only be saved if you actively decide to save her over Unit Bravo. At most, you can have 2 Sanja Safety points, but you lose -2 when choosing UB... resulting in 0 Sanja Safety points, which is clearly not enough to save her. If you did not do the blood tests, you can choose to save your RO and Sanja can still live. You will have to succeed in all the skill checks and go into the sewers with the right mindset to achieve saving both. EVEN SHORTER SUMMARY Did the blood tests: Save Sanja or else Sanja is dead. Did not do the blood tests: Hit all the right choices and you can save your RO with Sanja still surviving.
