Apparently according to Dash, which I already knew from other animals that something that looks human been drinking their friends blood.

“Hm, that what we human call a vampire” setting Dash down on a tree branch. For a while I stayed in the woods, close to home of course. Don’t want to get lost like Bella did.

I know the Cullens are vampires, Cold ones... but I sort of feel sad that Bella going to some how disappear from our family life.

Was suddenly snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a twig snap from behind me.

“Hello? Anyone there?” I spun around facing the direction of the noise, I could hear my heart thumping against my chest.

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you Cara Mia” The person spoke coming out of the shadows. I could feel my face heated up. I most likely resemble a tomato right now.

“Are you alright?” The stranger spoke. ‘Oh god! Why did he have to be so handsome’

“Thank you Tesoro” He smirked, I gulped.

“Did I say that out loud! Urgh bye” I ran away, a girl can run if she embarrassed herself infront of someone they just met. A hot stranger but a stranger none the less!

I managed to get home safely and face plant into my pillow. ‘Y/N! You are going to go out tomorrow and pretend that today never happened!’ Mentally telling myself this was the best way to cope.

If only I knew that meeting was going to change my life forever.

Demetri PoV.

“It appears that the Cullen’s have got another secret” Aro spoke excitedly. I kept my guard up waiting for the Cullens to make their move, the sooner this ends the quicker we can go back home.

“It seems that they have prevented on countless occasions in preventing Y/n Swan from meeting Demetri. Who is his Soulmate!” Aro spoke letting go of Alice’s hand.

Anger burst through me, I have waited an eternity waiting for my mate only to find out that I could of met her sooner if the Cullens didn’t interfere.

‘Sooner this is over, I will go get her’

“Demetri don’t! Let her live a human life!” Edward spoke from across the field.

“Don’t read my thoughts, bunny eater” I growled out.

The rest of the coven including where prepared to fight if need be.

Y/n PoV

I was in bed, cuddled up in my blanket reading (y/f/b) when I heard someone knock on my bedroom door.

“Yes?” I asked putting my book down as Dad walked into my room.

“Hi Y/n, I’m going to the station there some sort of trouble going on down there” Dad spoke. He can be so awkward at times.

“Alright, stay safe Dad” I sighed while Dad left my room, Home alone again. Like usual.

‘I already miss Bella, I hope I find someone to spend my time with’

Soon I heard a small tap came from my window. Pulling my (h/c) into a bun, I went to the window opening it I found an injured squirrel.

“Aw you poor thing, we will get you patched up.” I spoke softly. The squirrel let me pick them up “what your name little one”

“My name Dash!” Yes I can speak to animals.
