Hi: If you send me private twitter/instagram accounts, how am I meant to verify you're a real human being? The whole purpose of me being able to verify accounts is so we avoid instances of scamming. If you're on private there's no way to do that. You can message me privately should you wish to figure out another way to verify yourself!
And I feel like I am saying this every other day: please read the masterpost. I know it's long, but it's put up for a reason. It's pinned to the top of the blog. You can't miss it.

A reminder that while we would hope people are being honest and open about their tickets, a word of caution: make sure you are getting all the information and doing everything you can to protect yourself before making a decision to buy. That means:
Being aware of the people who are trying to scam money from others because they think they can make a quick buck.
Reading the rules/regulations of ticket resale sites such as stubhub/ticketmaster/stubhub/etc.
Not giving over *any* personal information that you’re not comfortable giving.
Do not give money over before you are sure you have the tickets. (come to a mutual agreement on the exchange!)
Make sure your tickets are real - you never know what people are capable of!
If you’re going to pick up tickets, make sure you’re in a public space, or with a friend/family member.
Internet smarts:
- When talking to someone on the internet about tickets (to any show) I highly suggest a quick search of their username. It takes two seconds on Tumblr and you can see if they’ve interacted with other blogs, or in some cases, if they’ve been doing some scamming. It’s not always and it’s not all the time, but a search on here can help you figure out if the ‘deal’ is worth going through with.
- ASK FOR PROOF. A screenshot is okay, a screen recording with date and time visible is better. It is not rude to ask for proof for something you may be spending hundreds of dollars on. If they refuse or consistently make excuses as to why they can’t, chances are it’s a scam. Scrutinize everything. (it sucks I know but honestly it’s what has to be done)
- Right now I definitely only suggest Paypal for transfers, through Goods and Services. If someone is insistent/bullish about using another platform, I’d take it as a red flag. Many of the other services I’ve researched have lax policies when it comes to being scammed and sometimes won’t get back to people even if the issue is legit.
- Do not let scammers bully you. They are at the end of the day looking to take advantage of fans (not just in this fandom, but in so many fandoms right now) who are desperate (for lack of a better term) to see their faves. They believe it’s an easy target because they know they can work the system. If someone starts to bully you about buying their tickets, decline and move on. There will be tickets for everyone, there will always be shows, I promise.
- Protect each other. Call out scammers. Talk to a friend before making decisions to see if it’s too good to be true. Getting another set of eyes on something is never a bad idea, and it can help bring peace of mind. I do it all the time, because I want to make sure that I am helping to bring legit tickets to people, and sometimes a friends eye can catch what yours didn’t.
We all want to see Harry, and I want to help people do that - but you do have to be aware of the dangers and repercussions of doing ticket exchanges or buying tickets from resale sites.There’s (unfortunately) only so much I can do, and I wish I could do more and I wish scammers a very bad day for doing what they do, but I do try my best, and I hope these tips help. If you believe that something suspicious is going on, please feel free to shoot me a message and we will go through it together! I am always happy to help out in any way.

just fyi, i was scammed by certainparadisehologram for harry tickets in nyc on 9/21. i tagged you in a post so they messaged me that they had the tickets i was looking for. i wouldn’t allow them to try to sell their tickets through any of your posts. took my money and didn’t transfer the tickets and kept asking for more money making up extra fees. just trying to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else 😔
I am so sorry to hear that and I've blocked them from the account so they can't see content on here, but there's only so much I can do on my end 😔 so hopefully we can weed them out. It looks like they've changed their name (I did a brief search and they'd been caught out scamming Louis tickets too) as scammers do when they've been caught out.
So to the crowd: if you see certainparadisehologram in any of the posts outside of STE saying they have tickets, just block.
In the meanwhile, I know you're looking for tickets for 9/21 and we will do our best to find you legit tickets, I promise!'
