I've been using emp a lot, she might not look much but she can be your sniper and also a core breaker. Her ult refreshes when you get a kill with it, perfect for those enemies that got through your sinners. Aside from her, there are also good b rank sinners, especially for early game. Laby and Che, they're also core breakers too. You have, in my opinion, one of the best healers which is Ariel. Just give her energy and boom, heals for life.

I would also suggest Hecate but since you have raven, it's up to you if you want to build her.

Some tips though, don't hurry up or anything. You will get stuck in a story because of how hard the enemies are but take your time. You can use some assist sinners from your friends if you really need to.

I've been playing this game since day one and I really hope you enjoy it!

I've definitely been enjoying it! The story is so addicting!

I don't know much about Ariel's character so I'm not that big of a fan, but her heals are very helpful. I can easily heal 50% of all my sinners max hp using one ult. Hecate has been useful, but I'm not sure if I'm going to keep using her because I don't like how long her ult takes to deal core dmg.

I hope they buff the endura class, though. It'd be nice if they could block the enemies that would normally pass through any other sinner.

Oh, she's definitely annoying. She's the type of person who's petty enough to go out of her way to make everyone's lives harder just because of a minor inconvenience. I think it adds to her charm, though.

It's up to you whether you think of her being annoying as cute or irritating! Everyone has a right to an opinion, no matter how others might disagree with it.

For me personally, i find EMP as a very reliable unit to snipe certain enemies before my zoya or ninety nine. She is even able to use her skill twice if the first one kills an enemy, where it immediately recharges and i can shoot it again.

I also love PTN, but im not a complete nerd about the game, where i know how to optimize my team and such, i just put in however i like and whoever is needed in this specific momment

But speaking from experience, if I take a look at your characters, EMP is actually worth investing in, but idk I'm not really a pro at this game😭

I was planning to do that at first, but I quickly realized that there were way too many beautiful women in the game for me to do that ahaha

EMP can deal a lot of damage consistently at the rear and deal core damage quickly. I'm a bit hesitant to invest in her because of how squishy she is, though... I'm not sure if that's a me problem or just a reticle thing. She always dies so quickly when fighting against long-range enemies.

Then again, she shouldn't be fighting one-on-one anyway, so maybe I just don't know how to use her.

Ninety-nine, Raven, Donald does a lot of damage. Even if lovable most B rank sinners aren't good in later chapters. Cinnabar is a good shield since she can protect around her but I don't really use endura. Idk about everything else. I just know that Ninety-nine is worth it, she carried me to like chapter 7 (and will carry me more because I still didn't finish it) but honestly, invest in who you like and it will go good whatsoever

Donald has been my main carry so far, but Raven is really good at dealing core damage! I think the Endura class is a bit boring honestly, but their ability to block 2 enemies at once has been really helpful.

I also got Coquelic, but I'm not sure whether I should use her as my healer instead of Ariel because Ariel can AoE heal all of my sinners at once.

Hi Mei, how good is path to nowhere? It's been on my list for a while, but i'm hesistant since i'm currently on honkai star rail and impact and i've been playing a bit of punishing gray

I think it really depends on your tastes! The story is great, and it's definitely darker than games like Honkai Star Rail and Genshin Impact. PTN isn't afraid of tackling heavy topics and has a lot of gorey descriptions, so I wouldn't recommend playing it if you're uncomfortable with those.

There's also the tower defense gameplay. I find PTN way more engaging than most tower defense games, but just like turn-based combat, it's not for everyone. Also, PTN has been very f2p friendly (from what I've experienced so far) so you won't have to spend much if at all to get the characters you want.

Any PTN players here? I have no idea who's worth investing in...

But also. I absolutely HATE Ted and I was so disappointed when the gray-haired girl didn't kill him. Me personally, if I were the chief, I would've done it myself. Funny how Ted somehow manages to be far more repulsive than any sinner out there. He's absolutely disgusting. I was sick to my stomach when they implied that he wasn't only abusing the girl mentally/physically, but also sexually. Not even just Ted himself, but he also let (and probably encouraged) his men to do the same. The girl didn't even look older than 12 and she was covered in wounds that they didn't even bother to treat/dress properly.

I was FUMING when the Yagsu (Yasgu? Yusga?) guy tried to get the Chief to hand over Hecate and Hella to be "trained" the same way the gray-haired girl did. He even praised Ted for how he practically turned a sinner into his slave and said that Hella and Hecate "are at the perfect age to be trained" when they aren't even 18. Even Zoya, an S-Class sinner, has more morals than him.

On a more wholesome note, I really love the relationship between the Chief and her Sinners. The Chief lost her memories, and the Sinners have never experienced being treated with such kindness before. Even though the Chief has her shackles, she still chooses to treat the Sinners with the same respect as she would any other person. The Chief cares for them so much, and both parties trust the other with their lives.

When the Yagsu guy beat the Chief up, Hecate and Hella were ready to start a war. In particular, the way Hella was so concerned for the Chief made me feel so... warm? inside. The tone of voice she used and how soft it was (I'm using the JP dub), along with how genuine she was being was so wholesome to see. My reaction is probably a bit overkill, but it's probably because I've never had someone show so much concern for me and it affected me more because it was Hella of all people who showed so much genuine concern when she's usually so brash and almost rude to the chief. Speaking of the Chief, I love her. She's so sexy and smart and witty.

But also Hella and Ninety-Nine's relationship is so cute. They're like siblings! But of course, PTN is allergic to happiness so they both have tragic backstories and fates. I was so close to breaking into tears when I saw this doodle in a maze stage. I swear to GOD if anything happens to them I will go mad.
