Ísland Vacation!
Eddie, the little wolf, and I arrived in Iceland safely. We are celebrating our 10 year anniversary early this year (it falls on Halloween), and visiting family in Iceland before our first child is born (due around our anniversary.) We are so excited about all of that as well as the fact that we have been looking forward to coming here for many years!
Even after all of these years it still feels like home. It is my favorite place in the whole world. Eddie has never been, it is his first experience here! I have been meaning to take him the whole time we have been together but it has never lined up until now. I can’t wait to show him such a big part of my heart, family, and soul.
I have missed so much about Iceland, the energy, the air, the smells, and we definitely appreciate the weather. We were melting in Oklahoma. We will be posting about our adventures this week. 💙🇮🇸✨

I babysat this cute Agkistrodon contortrix so Eddie could finish the outside chores for us last night without worrying about stepping on him on the grass. We never see them by the house, so this was a new sort of encounter. We recently lost Compy. My heart is aching without him. I'm not sure what happened to him, there was no discernible reason why he passed, but I know that he was a kind and special soul.
