“I used to dislike being sensitive. I thought it made me weak. But take away that single trait, and you take away the very essence of who I am. You take away my conscience, my ability to empathize, my intuition, my creativity, my deep appreciation for the little things, my vivid inner life, my deep awareness of others’ pain, and my passion for it all.”

Types of People: Seasons/Times
Spring Day:
Running through flower fields, watching big bumblebees as they fly past, soft ukulele music in the background, birds chirping early in the morning, doodling on the walls, wears flowy and loose clothes, random songs hummed to yourself, a smile tugging at the edge of your lips
Spring Night:
Rain pounding against a metal roof, the smell emitted from wet flowers, the first lightning bugs (fireflies, whatever), stepping out of the shower and still smelling like outside, organizing your closet at midnight because you’re bored, counting the bats that fly around above your house
Summer Day: Ocean spray, unending sunlight, wind through wind chimes, jumping into a pool without even thinking about it, dancing like nobody’s watching, radio blaring a song that nobody knows the name of but everybody knows the words to, sharing ice cream with a friend, the smell of a fresh watermelon
Summer Night: Neon signs blinking in and out, staying up until 4 AM for no reason, fireworks in a still night, skies full of stars, blaring music so loudly that you drown out the cicadas, staring at the ceiling and daydreaming, cold pizza leftover in the fridge
Autumn Day: Flannel and hiking boots, the scent of fresh apple cider, whicker baskets clutched in your hand, jumping into piles of leaves, indie music, nail polish chipping after the first day, seeing the first Halloween decorations of the year, nearly tripping through a crooked pumpkin patch
Autumn Night: The cracks and pops of a vinyl, the otherworldly feeling of Halloween, the harvest moon, a warm drink clutched in your hands to warm them up, haunted houses, carving a pumpkin into silly shapes, rereading a book that means the world to you, intense nostalgia, trying to name every Halloween legend you know
Winter Day: Snowball fights, bundling up until you can barely move your arms, toasted pecans, holiday spirit for whatever you celebrate, watching your breath mist against windows, running from your car into a warm building, curling up with a blanket when you’re even remotely cold, smelling every single wintery soap in a beauty store
Winter Night: The flickering of a candle flame, starting a new show at midnight and not going to sleep until you finish it, baking late into the night, getting sentimental at 1 AM for no reason, pretending that you’re making the snow fall outside your window, a childhood stuffed animal still sleeping in your bed, a feeling of home

Wonderland: Gaze
Hey people! Here’s part 2 of ‘In Love’ Hope you like it! I’m super open to suggestions:))))
—————————————
‘Yuki, he’s looking this way!’ laurel squeaked.
‘Come on! he’s all over you!’ Jeanne said, equally pumped as laurel.
Yuki rolled her eyes.
‘for the last time, you are imagining the whole thing.’ Yuki signed
How would she not notice? That pair of intense gaze for the back. Anyone can notice something like that, after all, he is one of the most popular guys in class. Not to mention the point that the boy used to be her best friend.
‘used to’ she thought ‘I wonder what drifted us apart? we used to play all the time when we are young.’
The girl felt bitter about her situation, she liked him, but she didn’t know how to deal with her feelings. They drifted apart years ago, to a point where they don’t talk to each other any more.
‘hey Jeanne, Yuki want to come over my house to bake goodies?’
‘Mm. Let’s go then! I can’t wait to do that.’ Yuki flashed her friend a smile.
The girl gave the boy one more glance before walking away with the other two.
lute, what are you thinking?

Wonderland: In love
It’s a bad habit to peek, he knows, but he couldn’t help it. She wasn’t the outgoing and popular type of girl. She was nothing like that. She was like the moon, unlike the sun, she don’t need to stand out by shining brighter than everyone else. She outshines every girl in the crowd just by being there, like the moon outshines everything in the night sky.
‘Lute. Are you staring at Yuki again?’ Cecil asked.
‘Mm.’ the boy didn’t bother looking at his best friend, keeping his eyes on Yuki.
‘You’re hopelessly in love, aren’t you?’
The boy ignored the remark, but he couldn’t deny it. He was, though he doesn’t want to admit it, madly in love with the girl
