OUaT had shown parental abuse, rape, murder and shit but the moment 1 gay couple in the whole of 5 seasons shows up y'all are like: “omg I’m not gonna watch anymore this isn’t the family show I signed up for! Y'all gotta go bitch about it on Facebook dot com because that calms my nerves because I gotta vent like the straight person I am! I’m entitled to vent because this is a family show!”

This is totally me. Except that the show is every Friday mornings here and I had to wake up real early to prepare the live stream and myself, of course. And I’m basically incapacitated for the rest of the week until the next episode. What even is life?
Clexa kru life cycle
Thursday : hyperventilating. Get stuff done early that day despite lacking of focus on everything and everyone. Rewatch the previous episode. Prepare beer and good food. Don’t sleep that night.
Friday: hope to get works done but too tired of last night and need to reblog gifs and read every review. Fight with blarkers sometimes. End up taking a long nap in the afternoon.
Saturday : here comes the theory of Lexa’s death. Panic as fuck but still reblog. Those fan videos and fics are ready today. Trying to tell blarkers to tag properly and stop there invasion. They are so arkers. They don’t know they are invaders and feel no guilt. Sleep really late because of fics.
Sunday: Prepare for tomorrow work day but then there are new BTS pics and you need to speculate all the tiny bits of them and make a long post. Panic as fuck if no Lexa. And if lexa is the next episode, we stress ourselves about the possibility of clexa fluff and kiss.
Monday: work hard but then there’s new promo. Check imdb about Lexa’s episodes and when there’s no lexa in the next two weeks episode, we feel vulnerable and seek every reason to rationalize Lexa’s existence.
Tuesday: spoiler time.
Wednesday : much spoilers no one is safe. Argue with blarkers about Bell’s behavior. Thursday: …..

Lexa and the City of Light?
We've been dreading Lexa's death for as long as I can remember. I mean, didn't we all spend the last half of S2 worrying about her survival chances? I did.
Anyway, the anxiety continued up until today (S3). And I know we've all but lost hope because Alycia's not listed for quite a few episodes this season,but then Vanleaks happened and we're all like: 'OMG, SHE'S IN THE FINALE?! THAT MEANS SHE SURVIVED! YAAAAAAS!' We felt elated and relieved for once, because how else is Lexa is in the finale gonna be interpreted, albeit without the context of S3's storyline? I mean, of course we want her to be safe and alive, right? YES! So, we rest easy for a while.
But then as we go into this season, we get to know more about the City of Light and suddenly Lexa's survival chances was no longer as high. Her being in the City of Light in the finale can mean a lot of things, but mainly negative ones (I could go on and on about how bad things look, but we Lexakru already know them.) We know from Ep.2 that death doesn't stick in the CoL, so Lexa must have died and ended up in the City of Light. There are still a lot of things we don't know about the CoL, but we'll know pretty soon. Thank goodness there is no midseason hiatus!
However, I as I was rewatching Ep.2 today, I realized that in the City of Light people are their best selves - no pain, no hate, no envy and more importantly NO DEATH. So the people there are basically living their ideal lives, away from reality. In the case of Jaha, he's at peace with everything that's happened, it's like being in the City of Light was his nirvana of some sort. With Gideon, he's not dead and deformed. Otan's facial scars are absent too, so he no longer had to wear a scarf to hide his face.
Which brings me back to Lexa being in the CoL. Yes, we saw her and Clarke there and Lexa's being all OOC smiling and shite. But then what struck me was her wearing war paint while in the CoL. If the CoL is really a projection of people's ideal world then there's no way Lexa's ideal world is one where she has to wear war paint. Going to war (which the war paint symbolizes) is, I'm pretty sure, not in any of Lexa's versions of utopia. I have a headcanon of Lexa since she said: 'You were born for this, Clarke. Same as me', that if given a choice, she wouldn't want to go on any war and fight all her harsh life, but she didn't have a choice since she's born for this life. I have headcanoned her to be inherently peaceful that she sought peace in places they can't be found. Yes, we all know she's a legendary peacemaker by now. All of those point to a theory that maybe she's not dead. That maybe she's just in a coma somewhere or something. I don't know the TV gods are gonna pull that but I'm hoping still. I really don't care if Clexa doesn't happen, as long as Lexa lives I'm gonna be happy. I want to see her have her happy ending, even if it's not with Clarke. But then again, I don't expect a show like The 100 to shower us with happy endings come the series finale, right? But to borrow a line from OUaT, "BELIEVING IN EVEN THE POSSIBILITY OF A HAPPY ENDING IS A VERY POWERFUL THING." I mean, "LOVE IS WEAKNESS" is a canon line from both shows so... Haha. I'm such TV trash! :D
