Wearing a mask is vital to prevent the further spread of SCR
• SOCIAL DISTANCE!!!
Keep your distance from others, limit physical touch, do not share food or drinks

//i really don’t want to be that guy, especially considering the situation you’re in, but please don’t call abusers narcicisstic. it places a big stigma on people with npd bc it implies that narcissists are inherently abusive. a lot of the time when people call an abuser a narcissist, it’s often that they don’t actually have npd and are just a shitty person. and even if they do, the term “narcissistic abuse” implies that they are abusive BECAUSE of their disorder. imagine if “autistic abuse” was a thing, where people claimed that there was a specific form of abuse that only autistic people did. it’s basically what’s happening.
//some people try do defend themselves by saying that “narcissistic” doesn’t specifically refer to npd, but that’s like saying “autistic” doesn’t specifically refer to autism or “psychotic” doesn’t specifically refer to psychosis. it’s just that the word “narcissist” has become a stand-in for “manipulative egomaniac” when npd is so much more.
//“emotional abuse” covers the same ground that people believe “narcissistic abuse” covers, and since it’s not attached to a disorder, it’s a better of a term to use. a lot of pwnpd have the disorder because of trauma and have suffered from the very same kinds of people that victims without npd have survived and claim we narcissists. many narc abuse truthers don’t even consider us human, but more like a predatory animal that they can slaughter and show off their victory of.
//i do want to clarify- i’m not saying you’re abuse is invalid. abuse is fucked up and nobody deserves to go through it. i just wanted to try to inform you about a term that may seem fine to use, but is actually ableist. we’re supporting you, and i hope you find a better home! stay safe!
