Might come back!!!!
Hello everyone!! I know this blog has been dead for years now and I kinda just gave up on it, however, I’ve recently been getting into the habit of God tiering again. I decided it would be fun to try and see if I can revive this blog! The other admins will probably not be here so it will be just me. They don't even know I am doing this. But screw it! Send me your questions about fraymotifs, sessions, God tier quadrants, lands, anything! Send me ya questions!

Nobody’s done Homestuck meta in what feels like five hundred years and I roll up to the graveyard with a crash course on classpects it’s just how it is
Aspects are the core element of a player’s abilities, with the Class being how that power manifests. It is already known that every Sburb player’s classpect can be simplified to a title based on their function (ie Prince of Heart = Destroyer of Souls) as a god of the budding universe. 
Classes come in pairs of being either Active or Passive, which is mostly based on whether they are oriented towards offense or defense. For instance, Witches manipulate their aspect to achieve their ends while Sylphs harness it to facilitate healing. Thieves steal the aspect itself from others for personal gain, while Rogues steal from their aspect to share with allies (see Vriska’s theft of luck vs. Roxy stealing from the void).
Active and passive class pairs are united thematically. The Knight and Page are the protector classes, Mage and Seer are the oracles, Prince and Bard are the destroyers, and so on. 
Aspects also come in pairs and are presented as two sides of the same coin. Mind and Heart for example represent the dichotomy of the physical self and the metaphysical self. Hope and Rage are both associated with religion but affect cosmic change through different means (Hope players ‘pray’, Rage players demand).
Aspects are both literal and figurative. John represents Breath’s figurative interpretations of freedom and boundlessness, and his power also culminates in the ability to literally become wind.
Even the figurative interpretations can vary. Rose and Vriska are both Light players, but “Fortune” is made to mean something different for each of them; for Rose it translates to knowledge whereas for Vriska it translates to luck and material goods. So even those who have the same classpect could conceivably have a different powerset!
Sburb tries to facilitate the personal growth and coming-of-age journeys of its players. Classpects can be based on pre-established personality, but it’s important to bear in mind that they are just as often assigned as a challenge for the player to push their limits and realize their fullest potential.

Greetings! Me and a few friends chose 4 letter cuss words for a joke session, but now we ended up with real names, character designs, and classpects. So far in the group we have: mage of rage, page of space, maid of hope, and witch of ??? Which aspect could balance out the team?

Ayy could i get a session analysis for a seer of time, knight of space, thief of void and witch of heart (SoT and ToV start out with a lack of motivation, and WoH is quite volatile, if it helps)
A session ask with set personality types (kinda)? Alrighty. Let’s see how this goes.
The presence of the Knight of Space means that there will be a lack of space in the session, and this can be interpreted in a number of ways. It could mean that there literally isn’t much space in the session, meaning maybe some of the celestial bodies in the session get destroyed quickly? Maybe it could mean that all the players are just really close to each other (literally or relationship-wise) and they really need to give each other some space to do their own things? Or maybe there just aren’t enough frogs to go around? I don’t know. That part is up to you to decide. Regardless of your choice, the Knight’s goal is to try and successfully complete the session with what limited space they have.
With your time player being the Seer of Time, it’s no surprise that they would lack motivation as they’d be able to see the future and how your session will play out. However, their goal is to learn that there’s much more to being the Seer of Time than just seeing the future and past - as they can also see timelines, they must also use the knowledge they gain to help the session grow, avoiding doomed timelines and such. Maybe something happens that is completely different from what they had seen, because it was a branched timeline they overlooked? Maybe then they’ll get their motivation back after realizing that there’s still hope left.
As the Void aspect talks about secrets and nothingness, the Thief of Void will be able to steal these things, as well as things from nothingness itself. They’ll be a good liar, as they’re able to steal things from nothingness (basically, coming up with things that don’t exist). In regards to their lack of motivation, this may be because they found out a secret that they shouldn’t have learned, or maybe they learned that they’re able to steal nothing, and this can put them down a little (not unlike Roxy). Although… I feel like the Thief of Void isn’t really the type to lack motivation? I dunno. See, what they do is they generally put people on the spot - like if they were part of the lighting crew in a school play, they’d put the spotlight on someone who isn’t supposed to be in the spotlight?? Hm… Maybe they just don’t feel like doing that to people? Maybe they find it kind of pointless as it always happens, and it’s tiring to do so. Perhaps… this may cause them to… go off the deep end…?
For the Witch of Heart, yes, they are EXTREMELY volatile. Personality-wise. It’s nearly impossible to tell what they are feeling or what sort of personality they are at the moment. They’ll most likely be bipolar or something like that. They are manipulators of emotion, soul, self, etc. And it’s not just their own personality they can manipulate - they can also manipulate others’ emotions etc. as well. They’ll be pretty difficult to read, for sure. I think that the Witch of Heart has the most snake-like personality, but this may only be the case for more evil witches of heart. If they’re good, then they might only use this against enemies, tricking people into thinking they’re being nice and later backstabbing them. Regardless of alignment, they’ll be good with tricks and can easily turn the enemy to their side.
So… overall your session could use a bit of work. In all honesty I think the biggest threat may be the Witch of Heart - just make sure they don’t get on the wrong side, I guess. Be cautious of the Thief of Void and keep watch for any potential lies if possible. Basically, all of these players just need to learn to understand their role and adapt to it, realizing the other ways they can use their powers. Hope this helped!

Aspects and Majyyk:
Basically, every Player gets access to majyyk in their weaponization, the aspects defining which kind of Majyyk they are able to use, Seers and Mages both get extreme boosts in their majyykal abilities in order to balance their rather weak combatitive abilities. This doesn’t mean that every player uses majyyk in their weaponry, just when using Spellcaster-type weapons (Wands, Rods etc.) these types of majyyk will be available to them.
Time:
Clock Majyyks, an advanced form of majyyk that allows the user to manipulate time, especially helpful for players that can’t stay in fights for too long, this majyyk revolves around the manipulation of the “time” of objects, of non-living things and non-sentient living things. The user can fast forward an object’s “time” into the future, making it decay rapidly or rush to attack an opponent. This majyyk can be even used to stop an object’s “time” by freezing it in midair. The user can also rewind a damaged object’s “time” to restore it to its original state, like turning ice back into water. These players would be great at one-on-one battles, concentrating on keeping one for locked down while attack them with all they’ve got to make for a quick battle without any losses on their side.
Space:
Spatial Majyyks, a form of majyyk that bestows a player the ability to create, shape and manipulate physical aspects of space within an area of their choosing, including an area and whatever is inside it. Advanced players are also able to generate and redirect space in a number of ways, from affecting the course of gravity, inverting the dimensional properties of whatever the user can visualize, and even create holes in the fabric of reality itself in order to teleport. These players would be amazing at disrupting the flow of the battle, making the enemies unable to hit them and their team and redirecting all attacks back to them.
Light:
Lumination Majyyks, like our canon Seer of Light, Rose Lalonde, these players have the ability to manipulate and utilize light in various ways. Occasionally, a certain technique is used to cast a Light spell. When used for offense, the majyyk can take the form of a sphere-like object that can be ejected at the opponent or as a beam that can be blasted. Light can also be emitted from the caster’s body; depending on the brightness or heat that the light emits, it can be capable enough to blind an enemy or cause the surroundings to explode. These players would excel at decimating waves of opponents at once.
Void:
Umbral Majyyks,  With this Majyyk, the player is able to fade themselves shadows to move swiftly, dodging efficiently and to make surprise attacks. While they are in shadow form, the user’s senses are heightened to a large degree, and they are still able to see as if they were above ground. The player is also able to use their shadows offensively, materialising them and using them to cut and cleave away at their opponents, this ability is stronger the darker the area is. The ability to use this form of majyyk makes a good base for an assassin.
Life:
Invigoration Majyyks, players with access to this majyyk are able to utilize a powerful healing majyyk, the user’s power is capable of performing various feats, such as draining poison from an infected victim. By using a lot of energy, the user can even revive people that are in a near-death state. With the use of this majyyk, the user is also capable of restoring the body internally and externally including a patient’s fatigue and body stress. These players could just swing themselves into the fray and beat up everyone while regenerating all their health, true unkillable tanks.
Doom:
Curse Majyyks, this form of majyyk allows the player to cast powerful curses on their targets, like serious ailments that chip away at their health and end in death, this form of majyyk is the most destructive and dangerous and should be handles with caution. Players with access to this form of majyyk would be able to destroy whole armies of pawns in mere seconds, but struggle when fighting larger adversaries.
Breath:
Gust Majyyks, This variation of Majyyk enables its users to generate wind, as well as to manipulate the wind around them at their will. Wind Majyyks grants them high offensive power, allowing them to assault enemies in different ways: the most prominent aspect of such majyyk lies in the ability to give the wind cutting properties, manifesting it in the form of fast-moving air blades which are employed at mid-to-long range; they can also generate powerful gusts of wind to inflict blunt damage upon enemies and send them flying away, and even form hurricanes of various scales. These players would excel at fighting one-on-one, able to hit their adversaries hard while maintaining a clear distance.
Blood:
Sanguine Majyyks, this form of majyyks manifests itself in extremely strong crowd control abilities, stunning and rooting their enemies in place for long times, the player is also able to take control over others bodies, making them attack themselves / other enemies, allowing them to be an instigator to fights between their enemies. These players are incredible disruptors and are strongest when facing multiple enemies.
Heart:
Soul Majyyks, this variation of majyyk allows the player to manipulate and interact with the souls of their enemies, their attacks wouldn’t cause physical harm, but would be able to pierce the soul directly, they’d also have the ability to control lost souls nearby and order them to attack their enemies, like inciting a mass of invisible and intangible beasts to home in on a single enemy. These players would excel at ravaging huge amounts of enemies at once, becoming stronger with every kill.
Mind:
Cognizance Majyyks, these majyyk users would be able to mindcontrol others and make them their personal servant, although their powers get weaker the more beings they control at once, the less intelligent their prey the more they could control, these players could either opt to have one huge pet or many small beasts. These players would probably not even be near the fight itself, rather letting their beasts fight for them.
Hope:
Faith Majyyks, the unwavering faith of these players would allow them to use massively destructive and diverse majyyk, they’d be able to wish anything they’d need into existence at any moment in time, reality would warp around them, and the domain in which the fight takes place would change to give the player an advantage. These players could just flail around on the battlefield and leave vast destruction in their wake, a true powerhouse.
Rage:
Fear Majyyks, this majyyk would give the player the ability to break even the most strong willed enemies passion and will to fight, they’d be able to scare any enemies they’d face and stop them from fighting against them, most would flee the scene upon seeing this player. They’d have access to illusions as well as taking over some of the abilities these illusions would have, they’d have a voice of thunder and a bone shattering shriek that’d leave many adversaries unconscious. This type of player would excel at demoralizing their adversaries and then cull the helpless and immobilized prey.

so this is long but *inhale* Prince of mind, Knight of heart, Seer of space, Maid of void, Theif of rage, Page of doom, Rogue of life, Mage of time, Sylph of hope, Heir of blood and Witch of light. (Soz ;))) )
Firstly, I’m gonna get this out of the way and mention that the presence of the Knight of Heart means that the session will lack emotion, self, and soul. Examples to help you visualize - the main character of an anime (brightly colored) among dully colored background characters, or an emotional character in the midst of a bunch of Dirk Striders. Their goal is to take what emotion there is in the session and use it to help the session grow and progress.
The space and time players are both “understanding” classes, which is good because this means that they will be useful for success in the session. The Seer actively seeks for information about the space aspect, while the Mage just knows things about time through experience. They are probably like walking encyclopedias of their aspect, especially the Mage. Since the seer can also see space, they can be like a live GPS as well and get around the medium easily. The seer can also probably see what a healthy Genesis Frog looks like, and therefore frog breeding will be easier. With the Knight of Heart helping with this, chances of a healthy frog appear to be high.
The Sylph of Hope creates hope and belief in others, which makes them a great motivator for times when everyone seems to be feeling hopeless. Combined with the Knight’s ability to wield emotions and soul, they can probably give the team so emotional support and determination to keep going! The Thief of Rage as well, with their ability to steal rage from people, will be a good mediator for their team. I think I might have explained this before?
The Heir of Blood, with their ability to inherit/pass on relationships and bonds, is most definitely the leader. They’ll most likely be friends/will become friends with everyone, and since heirs are naturally protected by their aspect, they’ll be protected with these bonds (the power of friendship!!). I’d imagine that since they are quite literally the embodiment of their aspect, their disappearance may cause the team to fall apart.
The Maid of Void is gonna be a mysterious one - they’ll be like a ninja, keeping secrets, doing their work in the shadows. They may do these for the horrorterrors, as they are also strongly associated with the void. They’ll rely on others (possibly close others) to keep secrets for them until they learn to so themselves.
The Prince of Mind would start off emotional and narcissistic at first but will later become a great strategist as they wield mind and destroy enemies using it, or they can literally destroy people’s minds. Like, as in blowing heads up, or just finding breaking points in their mental composure. They’re the type of person that can mess with your head if you’re not careful. If they have healthy development, however, they can be a useful asset to the team!
As the Rogue of Life steals and redistributes life to their teammates, they’ll be a great healer by taking the life of enemies and healing their friends. Pretty simple.
The Page of Doom would start off as someone who is emotionally conflicted at first, but afterward will become a strong enforcer of rules. They’ll be a great destructive force on the Battlefield.
And lastly, the Witch of Light. This is kind of a dangerous one if they’re turned to the wrong side, as the Witch of Light would be able to manipulate knowledge, luck, and quite literally light itself. So… think Vriska, but she can manipulate the luck of others as well. The Witch of Light can make themselves the center of attention, distracting either their allies or enemies, possibly adding the occasional light trick/mirage here and there. They’re definitely a master trickster (as in the kind that tricks people), and depending on who they’re aligned with they can be incredibly dangerous or beneficial.
So… with this in mind, I think your chances of winning are high. Of course, you’ll have to keep watch for the potentially dangerous classpects such as the Witch or the Prince, but if you keep them on the right side and promote healthy development then you should be fine! I hope this helps!

explaination to KoH’s ‘hatred’ to Prince of Breaths
ok so uh… haha let me explain.
there’s this sburb simulator game called “SBURB Session Simulator” on this website made by jadedResearcher, and one session KoH decided to do a random session that had a Prince of Breath.
apparently that Prince kept dying so many times, but kept coming back to life so many times, the Black King LEFT.
KoH was very triggered.
but it’s a joke!! he, stated below, jokes so don’t take it the wrong way.
okay, that’s all i really wanted to explain, keep sending in those asks!

Because, Anon, The Prince of Breath regime is the most evil of all the other Princes! They will destroy everything that you care about and laugh as your life crumbles to the ground. Anon, I implore you to watch out for the Prince of Breath as they will murder everything in your life

Oh young grasshopper. I must teach you the evils of the Princes of Breath. They have haunted my family for generations on end and have slowly consumed my nightmares daily.
