now that it’s been 4 years since the pandemic can i just say i will never forgive myself in that era for what i did to my body i went from a girl who wore sizes 0-4US played sports for 12+ hours a week to the fattest one in my friend group. granted i wasn’t huge but it was enough to make me want to DIE…luckily my body loses weight quickly but NEVER A-FUCKING-GAIN.
for stats i’m 5’7 and i was like 170s at my highest i think

idc what anyone says you need metabolism days…those 700 calories you eat a day does not mean anything if you’re metabolism is too slow and unwilling to process…if you heavy restricting and r still not losing significant weight eat 1700+ calories for one or two days and then go back to restricting….
