- omad 🍂
- 307 cal. limit 🔥
- two 45hr fasts a week ☕️
- go for a run every other morning 🦊
- only eating in front of people (it’s so embarrassing, hoping it makes me think twice before eating like a pig) 🌾
- drink 2 large bottles of water a day ✨
- only 1 caloric drink a week (Starbucks in Fridays) 🌙
- make a post each day (unrelated) 💌

I hate halloween :( I broke my 45hr fast with candy and I feel sick 🫥 thankfully I didn’t go over my normal cal limit (307). Starting another one tommorow, hoping to get past 72hrs.
